Large Selection

Located in the Albertsons shopping center, is Dolly's Donuts. Greeted when we entered. Plenty of seating and plenty of fluffy donuts. We were surprised they had sooo many on Sunday after 11am. I got a raspberry filled and cream filled. Good Stuff.

Very small do it shop. Had 2 staff working in the morning about 730 am. Quick service. Not a lot of choices. Very tiny shop. Not great for dine in. Outside the homeless are a problem and one was sitting on the sidewalk. They are constantly stealing from Albertsons and need to hire security for the center $1.90 for one glazed old fashioned donut. Definitely not my favorite donut shop.

Lots of donuts waiting to find a home in my belly

This was my neighborhood donut shop when I lived in Paso years ago. Was happy to stop in again and sample the goods- still great! Quick service, friendly staff- and overall just good tasting donuts, which is really what matters the most! Great place, come by! If you're still reading, remember that Yelp is a scam designed to extort businesses so leaving positive reviews for local businesses can go a long way for their exposure on this app.

Croissant Donut! Every layer was super fresh, flaky, and sweet

Came to this hidden gem and was blown away by the fresh selection of donuts!! There was everything from classic maple bars and apple fritters to new croissant donuts!! You should definitely check this place out and purchase a few dozen donuts. The service is very fast and will have you in and out in no time. Truly worth taking things to-go!

Stumbled upon this cute, little donut space! They had a variety of donuts to choose from. The service was quick and easy as well!

We have tried the 24 hour donut spot on Spring and Twisted Glaze multiple times and the donuts here are the best. My favorite donut is a glazed twist. It has to be fluffy and glazed all over. This place always gets it right. The 24 hour donut and twisted glaze had the exact same terrible twist. They were both really dense and the glaze was awful. I wouldn't be surprised if the twisted glaze didn't just buy their donuts from the 24 hour spot. I don't know what the complaints are about customer service because we always have an extremely pleasant experience. They are so nice to me and my son.

Delicious maple bar

Dollys donuts has the best selection of all sorts of delicious donuts!! I really enjoy their plain croissants as well as their ham, cheese and jalapeño croissants. Their prices are really affordable as well! Definitely recommend coming here for donuts!! Owners are very friendly as well and keep the store clean and safe.

Amazing donuts and great service! I got a maple bar with cocoa pebbles cereal on top. I would have taken a picture but I ate it too quickly.

We were in town and looking for a place for dinner and decided to make a reservation at the hatch…read morerotisserie bar...We're glad we did! Here is what we noticed: - The inside is very cozy and the location is just about a block or so off the Paso Robles Square. - The menu has a broad range of cocktails, so my wife and I each selected one of those. There are daily specials and so we opted for the Chicken Pot Pie, which was the special on Monday. We started with the Wedge Salad with Chicken, and split both that and the pot pie. It was a perfect amount of food and both dishes were really good. - Service was very good. Bottom line: The Hatch was a great place to go...Not super fancy but also not too casual. Food was great as was the atmosphere. We would go back!

The space is somewhat small and tight for larger parties; however, it is perfect for casual dining. I really liked the place--it wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but I wasn't disappointed either. Keep in mind that it can be a bit pricey; it's not so casual that it's inexpensive. I would estimate spending between $50 to $100 per person for a nice meal, including drinks and gratuity. When you're in Paso Robles, do what the locals and visitors alike do: head over to Hatch Rotisserie & Bar for a nice, down-to-earth upscale vibe.

Tonight's meal was a disappointing experience. My husband and I were seated on the patio. It was a…read morechilly evening and despite the heaters I never felt comfortable. Of note, we were never given an option for indoor seating when making our reservation nor when we were seated. After ordering, we received our starter (shishito peppers) within 10 minutes. However once we finished the starter we waited an additional 30-40 minutes for our entrees. There was no communication from the wait staff at all, no refills on water, nothing. In fact in the patio dining area I saw three plates of food (including our peppers) delivered to tables in the hour we had been sitting there. Interestingly the wait staff all seemed very busy and moved around the restaurant but not much appeared to get done. Having worked in hospitality previously I have a lot of empathy for the staff as they seemed to lack direction and management support. My husband ordered the mushroom and scallop pasta. It was okay. Overpriced, but was tasty. I ordered the chile relleno and steak. The chile relleno was filled with a large amount of corn that tasted freezer burnt. My steak was thin and grey and overcooked. It was nearly all grey inside with a couple spots of pink. It wasn't seasoned either. The sauces on the plate were good. Our server was polite and did take it off the menu. However, no manager ever came by to check on us or any other table on the patio in the time we were there. I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews. It was a real let down to have a lackluster food and service experience at "one of the nicest places" in Paso.

I ordered the beet salad and it was honestly the best beet salad I've ever had -- super fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Total standout. My dad tried the salmon taco, which he thought was just okay. A bit greasy and not something he'd reorder, but still fine for a quick bite. The outdoor seating is lovely -- a peaceful garden-style patio that makes the whole experience feel relaxed and charming. My only wish is that the menu had a few more options, as it's definitely on the limited side. Overall, great ambiance, exceptional salad, the service is fast, friendly; a nice little stop if you're passing through Paso Robles.

Ziggy's is fully vegan but Sylvester's is not. Staff recommended the house plant burger. I got the mushroom -it was loaded with greasy, oily, mushrooms. The burger was overly fried to the point you couldn't taste anything besides char and oil. My partner ordered the onion ring burger. The onion slid right out of the breading. He tried to eat the naked onion but it was not chewable. He said his plant burger was just as nasty as mine. We also ordered the Korean fried cauliflower. Very very fried. The flavor was decent but overwhelming and the pieces were drowning in the sauce which made it also inedible. The only staff member we spoke with was nice. The space isn't not nice inside. Small and diner like. They close at 7pm so we had to rush since we arrived at 6:30. Maybe it's more of a lunch spot? This is extremely unhealthy fast junk food. We like our plant food to remain plants, not fried, greasy, oily, char that makes you feel sick. I want to support vegan spots but I can't recommend this. Maybe they have other menu items that are good but it wasn't our thing.

From the moment we walked in, it felt less like a restaurant and more like being invited into someone's passion project. The intimacy of the setting made it special right away--small group, shared experience, and a level of attention you just don't get in a traditional dining environment. Each course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, but more importantly, it delivered. The food was the clear star--clean, intentional, and incredibly well-executed. Every dish felt like it had a purpose. The steak and mushrooms were a standout, and dessert was right there with it. The wine pairings introduced us to bottles we wouldn't normally find or order ourselves, which added to the experience. If anything, I would've loved even more storytelling around the pairings--how and why each wine was chosen to complement the dish--but that's a small note in an otherwise incredible night. What really elevated the evening was the host's passion. You can feel it in how the food is prepared, how the evening flows, and how guests are brought into the experience. It's not just dinner--it's connection, storytelling, and craftsmanship all rolled into one. If you're looking for something beyond a typical night out--something more curated, more personal--this is absolutely worth it. A memorable night all around.

He welcomed us in, walked us through each course, and somehow managed to keep everything flowing smoothly. The absolute highlight was the wine--truly out of this world. Every glass he poured was exceptional, and honestly, it became the star of the night. The food, while creative and nicely presented, just didn't quite hit the same level. It was fine, but it lacked the depth and excitement that the wine brought to the table. Even so, it was a special night, and watching him pull off the whole dinner on his own was something we won't forget.
