Located in the Target Shopping Center, next to Dignity Health, is the little shop Crumbl. When you enter the little area, you're greeted and have a menu on the wall of this week's cookies. At the register they have the weeks selection on display. You pick what you want and then they pull it from warmers in the back and add the toppings. Then they show you them, if they are to your liking. The customer service was good. We ordered 2 Lemon Cupcake Cookies and 2 Butter Cakes. The Lemon Cupcakes were soft, with toasted edges. The frosting was light and creamy, with a refreshing lemon cutting through the sugary sweet. The Butter Cakes were cold, had to heat them up. They were completely that yellow, buttery, sugary cake, that melted in your mouth. The whipped topping was liquefied when heated but did add a nice creamy taste, almost like melted vanilla ice cream. *Overall, good, but a little steep* read more

Unfortunately... my fried ice cream cookie had no Oreo, the strawberry lemonade had no strawberry or lemon for the toppings, as well as the churro cookie had way too much cinnamon... AND the funnel cake cookie had no powdered sugar. These cookies are expensive . read more

Poor customer service employee lied and hung up on me but the Pismo employee was the understanding store when I said the same thing to each person. I was told the cookies is supposed to fall apart by Paso when I said we had to use a fork to eat the sugar cookie. 3 out of 6 cookies were not up standard. read more

Placed an online order for the Paso Robles, CA location. Ordering was easy. Problem was the order did not have the note I asked to be included. My wife was trying to ask a question to the person mixing dough and was completely ignored. The employee that filled the order was very impersonal, did not smile or greet us, and then proceeded to simply place the box of cookies on the counter and stated, "here you go". These places have been popping up all over and we had to try it. The cookies are huge slightly undercooked for maximum chewy effect. These cookies are best eaten warm. You can order at their kiosk by the door and then someone will fill your order or you can order ahead. Flavors change evey week. It's definitely an order, grab and go environment. read more

Closest one to me since my local crumbl closed in a hot second of being open for only a few months so I will make special effort to drive to this one. Greeted so enthusiastically and energy was buzzing at this location. Ordered on the app and apologized for the delay they had to get some additional product in back (and it was hardly even a delay) and she was kindly training a new person. He quickly brought my product out and asked if it looked good! Good? They looked great. Probably the best and full decorations, they don't skimp on frosting or toppings here. However they were focused on the special item topping they had to get in the back that they forget the pretzel toppings on my chocolate pretzel pie one, hence the 4 star review. I didn't even pay attention until I got home but this was no big deal for me since they all tasted delicious and even without the small topping it had so much pretzel taste throughout. They're a teeny bit expensive being $5 a cookie but Ive seen places charge more so not too bad for the size you get. The biggest downside is they aren't very flavorful which was a bummer to discover after hearing all the hype. I'd say about 6/10 on the flavor, not the best but not the worst. I understand why they have the electronic ordering kiosk, however, it doesn't update when they are out of certain flavors. I began my order and I was overhearing the gal tell a customer oh sorry we are out of such and such flavor, we only have A, B and C left. So I adjusted my order accordingly. As I was ordering, my daughter and I got startled as one of the young employees in the back yelled out "HELL YEAH, NO LINE LEFT!!!!" Was just unprofessional and I'm not a jumpy person, but it actually scared me because I just wasn't expecting it. The cookies are good. Expensive, but good. Will I return? Oh, I'm sure one day. The cookies are delicious but DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP FOR DELIVERY!! We've been fans of Crumbl for a few years now and regularly pick it up when we visit family. The whole house has been waiting and watching for the Paso location to open up. To be expected, the line has been insane so on a Thursday I decided to place an order for delivery for a few hours later. I had a 3:20-3:50 delivery time. About an hour before that the order tracker in the app said the order was being prepared. By 5 the order was still not delivered but I didn't want to cancel in case they were just running behind. At 6, the cancel option was taken away and I was asked to provide a review for my order. The order I hadn't received and that still said preparing. I called and left a message the next morning about my order and received no return call. Eventually my husband went into the store late in the day (more than 24 hours after our original delivery time) and received our order after a 20 minute wait. We received a refund on our delivery fee and delivery tip but paid full price otherwise. No clue if my cookies had just been sitting back there for a day since they were telling people they were out of cookies that we received in the order. We'll be back because the cookies are delicious, but only in person, and only once the line dies down a bit. read more

I absolutely love this place. The menu changes weekly and I must say I have not been disappointed yet. Yes they are slightly sweeter than any other gourmet's cookies but these will melt in your mouth. Very chewy in the inside and crispy edges my gosh. I wish they sold single milks LOL. The cookie size and quality is well worth the $5. Great vibes walking in the staff was very welcoming and very easy to order. Waiting time just depends on the time of day that you go.
