Awesome family bakery in the heart of downtown. Such a huge variety of cookies, cupcakes, pastries, croissants, ... It's currently all decked out in everything Halloween. We stopped in several times during our vacation. Jewels and Mia were so friendly. The cold brew was great. Loved the ham and cheese croissant. Everything we had was really good (except the cinnamon rolls were a little over the top sweet). I love to find spots like this (that aren't the mega corporations) that care about everyone that comes into the shop.

When we arrived they were already sold out of cupcakes but they had many other tasty treats. I got a variety of cookies and bars to take home. The place was decorated to the ceiling with Halloween decorations. Great ambiance. I did enjoy a flagship cookie (salted chocolate chip and toffee) and an iced horchata latte. Wow both were excellent. I look forward to the next time I can visit.
Got to Paso Robles and our first place to get coffee and pastries. They have an amazing selection of pastries, cupcakes, and cookies. They are fresh and perfectly baked. The ambiance is great with small out door seating. You gotta stop by when you're in town. You can't miss this experience.

We went here for a pastry breakfast on the recommendation from tasting room attendant. It's a beautiful place with a quirky decor of flowers. The selection is huge and we ultimately decided on a blueberry scone and a turkey, ham and gouda croissant. Along with a couple of cappuccinos. All were delicious! We didn't try the highly recommended brownies, though they looked decadent. Highly recommended place for a quick breakfast.
The gluten free, dairy free chocolate cake with vanilla frosting was superb! It was decorated with light and dark blue pearl sprinkles and white snowflake sprinkles. It comes as a cupcake. This makes the treat perfect for winter time and Hanukkah! - As always, the decorations were above and beyond extraordinary. They've added new decor this year and I definitely suggest checking out the fireplace and the sleigh. - I love the moving Santa on the tree. Thank you for making the holidays so special.

Stopped in here for some treats and knew immediately this was the right place. I loved the cute decor and great selection. I chose a berries & cream tart, lemon bar cookie, a carrot cupcake, a spinach and artichoke pastry and some macarons. I think the rosewater lemonade macaron was my favorite. They have so many unique flavor options here. The cupcake was like a little bite of carrot cake and the cookie was ok but a bit dry for me. The tart and the savory pastry we got were absolutely delicious. They also have a few tables out in front where we enjoyed our treats and it's across the street from the park so there is a lovely view and ambiance. I will definitely come back here the next time I am in town.
Ordered a specialty cake and delicious treats for our son's graduation party - they were so detail oriented and we have some allergies in the family that they were very careful about. The cake was (and we are still enjoying the leftovers) unbelievably great. My son also picked their cruffins (mouthwatering), and crispy treats (which were gone the minute I put them out). I like to support local and this bakery DELIVERS THE GOODS!

The bakery itself was decked to the nines for Christmas when we were there, and I just adored it. We bought cupcake, cupcakes, cookies, scones, croissants, and tarts. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend a stop into this sweet little shop if you are in the area.

We bought the mini cupcakes and they were wonderful! We came back the following morning for breakfast. I had the ham and Brie tart. I was pleasantly surprised that it also had egg in it. It was delicious. The longer we sat there and ate, we were talking our time, the more things I saw that I wanted to try. So I bought the blueberry scone, brown butter Rice Krispie treat, and the salted caramel brownie! All were to die for! It's a good thing I don't live in town or I would surely gain a lot weight! I cannot recommend this bakery enough. All of the employees were very helpful and the service was great.
I dropped folks off at Marv's Pizza here across from the park on 12th street and then I saw those magic words"just Baked". So with an empty parking spot in front of me I parked and went in on s recon mission. Cute interior decoration, sassy, cute, kinda what I'd expected. Hey if the cookie and baked good are killer good then I don't care how the place looks as long as its clean, ya know. My recon cost me $20, okay 15 and change for the two peanut butter and two chocolate chip. The rest went in to the tip jar. The restroom is worth a visit, I don't have the audacity to say what I really thought about it. The cookies are very good and I'm sure that would apply to all the other baked goodies. So now I have a "gotta stop" for cookies and I'm grateful. Thank you and see you soon foodguy-Martin

Stopped by for a quick treat. Cute photo spot in the store, lots of yummy looking treats, + super friendly staff. Despite it being busy, they were kind and greeted everyone. The store had caffeine but I opted for something different. Their dirty soda was so delicious. I was tempted to get another right away. If you're seeking a specific flavor, they can customize it for you. The cookie dough cupcake had a cookie dough filling that was just divine. 10/10 read more

Food: so far the cookies are amazing as well as the brownies. The lemon bar was okay but I wouldn't want to buy it again, I believe it's because the texture of the bar as well as the flavor it was too sour. Service: staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the pastries. Ambiance: vey cute, since we are nearly Halloween the place decor is all about Halloween, very cute. read more

My daughter got married this weekend. After looking through reviews she booked them based on the fact that they said they could replicated the cake she wanted. Well they FAILED!!! Just Baked is AMAZING! We enjoyed it so much our first morning in town that we decided to come here for breakfast again the next day. I can't even count the number of times I mentioned liking this place and wanting to come back next time we come to Paso. Despite all the pictures of cakes and sweets, which originally turned us off because we were on the hunt for more breakfasty items, they have a wonderful breakfast pastry selection! Items included croissants, egg bites, quiche, both sweet and savory tart options, truly so many things that looked amazing, I wanted to try it all. I ended up getting a quiche and chocolate croissant, both of which were fantastic. The quiche was probably one of, if not the best quiche I have ever had. The eggs were fluffy and airy, and didn't feel too heavy or dense. My boyfriend got the egg bites and those too were delightful, I would absolutely order either one again. Croissants and tarts were also fantastic. We ordered a chocolate chip cookie to go, which was so tasty. Luckily we were given two due to a mix up and having to wait a while for the cookie, so we got to enjoy a cookie two days in a row, and it was just as good the second day. While they do have their sweet treats (cupcakes and cookies among other items) all day, their breakfast does clear out and seemed to be almost gone just before 11am, so do come earlier if you want the full array of options. We came in a little after 9:30am the first time and the cases were full of breakfast items. read more

Their cookies are super fresh and so much sugary goodness. I got the peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. I planned to eat one immediately and one later, but I couldn't stop at just one. The place is cute. They have tables to dine in and connect 4 games on each one. read more

Super cute little shop with delightful service and tasty toffee chocolate chip cookies across from the city park that has a lovely light display. The sparkly balls reflect light as I'm sitting enjoying the evening in the chill out door tables. Overall pleasant atmosphere. read more

Two visits in two days and I'm hooked... Things we tried: Blueberry scone -- light and moist with generous amount of blueberries. Awesome scone GF lemon blueberry scone -- ok but didn't have a ton of taste. GF crumble coffee cake -- very good, not too sweet. Large size Jalapeno and cheddar croissant -- solid, not as spicy as expected. Jalapeno quiche -- yum! good balance of savory flavors. Center was cold. Ham and Brie tarte -- excellent but also needed to be warmed a bit more. Monkey bread -- fun, maybe a bit too sweet but I ate it all gone Ice coffee -- too much milk for me which masked the coffee flavors. The people are all incredibly nice. We talked to Libby who explained who she was expanding from a bakery to include breakfast. A smallish space brightly decorated. Support a small business! read more

The sweet aroma of freshly baked cookies pulled me into the bakery. The place was adorably decorated for Valentine's day. Fantastic photo op location. I got the chocolate chip cookie and peanut butter cookie. Absolutely enjoyed and quickly devoured both of these. Highly recommend! read more

Found this place visiting Paso. It's a cute place with a little bit of sass & personalized photos pinned up. I loved it! They have a lot of little extras to buy (stickers, candy, cards etc). The tables had wooden connect 4 games a top. The game kept my otherwise curios grandson busy. The benches are lined with cushions and pillows to sit and enjoy your pastry and/or drink. There's also a park and downtown shopping in the vicinity. The Goods & service: They have a variety of baked goods! It was a tough decision because they all looked delicious. Having a nut allergy, I had to be selective & cautious. I chose the monkey bread. It was perfectly mixed. Soft, with just enough cinnamon and icing. My husband had the blueberry crumble, it was flavorful. We also bought a peanut butter cookie and a dood (snickerdoodle) for the road. Haven't had them yet but I'm sure they'll be delicious! We had Arnold Palmer which was a bit more tart than I like but overall good. The girls behind the counter were friendly and attentive. This will definitely be a must stop when we're in Paso. *** response to Libby, Owner*** Thank you for your concern, much appreciated. My husband had the peanut butter cookie.
