Dropped by with my wife for their soft opening a few months ago and have been huge fans ever since! Binx is such a welcomed sight to Atascadero's local coffee scene. Tyler and his wife, Cambria, are always happy to help you find exactly what you're looking for. They consistently bring a fun, welcoming energy and are simply wonderful people. Love that they're passionate about bringing big city influenced coffee (they moved from Long Beach/LA) and are serving it up in a smaller city setting here in Atascadero. Their iced honey rosemary lattes & cold brew with house made vanilla & coconut cold foam tops are absolutely incredible. We're seriously addicted. Haven't had anything quite like this in town yet. You can tell the time and care they put into their products they serve. Awesome location in downtown A Town - kiddie corner to the sunken gardens, Ancient Owl, and other walkable spots. We love being regulars here! Best coffee we've had to date in all of Atascadero and North County.

Vegan hot chocolate! That's right. The chocolate beverage is vegan and you can order with almond or oat mylk. I like to get mine iced in this warm weather. - Check out the loyalty program and ask about a free sticker, hand drawn by the owner. Thank you for using my reusable cup and being environmentally friendly. - The decor is simple and cute. Seating is limited on the sidewalk and parking is available on the street.

Very good coffee. Sometimes that's all you want. Good coffee, friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. First time trying on word of mouth and it was worth the stop. I got the Cold Brew coffee, wife got the Honey Lavender latte and we also tried the double espresso with caramel. All hits. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is the drink selection was a little small.

Such a cool little coffee shop! I loved how easily accessible it was from the street. We stayed at the hotel across the street, so it was incredibly convenient to walk over and grab a great cup of coffee. It's a local business run by a very friendly couple, which made the experience even better. Thank you guys and all the best to you in your business!

Awesome new coffee shop! The two amazing owners are in the picture. Front of the shop.

Great experience. Cambria and Tyler are the owners and were amazing to get to know and learn about their business. Coffee tasted amazing and conversation was excellent. Recommend going in to try them out! Will be back.

I could barely see the pastries in the case. No worries though, I saw what I came in for. Purchased a French baguette for $3.70. Beyond amazed at the price. Excited to have some with my coffee, I ripped off a piece almost immediately and noticed the nice crust on the outside. 5 stars for the crust!! As for the flavor, it seemed a little flat. It was lacking some of the wheaty-tangy flavor you would get from a longer prove/fermentation. The inside of it was also missing all those nice deep pockets you see in a French baguette. Overall, not a bad baguette, but not one that you yearn for. I'd like to mention the young lady Annabel I had the privilege of meeting outside of the bakery. She was on a delivery run, but told me about their IG page, and we had a wonderful chat about cookies. Thank you for your time, Annabel, you are awesome!

They had the crunchy, flaky outside while being soft and buttery inside. This is now my favorite place to get a croissant. Tried the ham and cheese today and it was good and still flaky, even after being heated. I've had their plain ones too. Next time, I'll try their almond ones. That seems popular and everyone sitting near me, was eating the almond one.

They also offer a Queen's Tea served in the charming backyard, which looked absolutely adorable and made for some wonderful photos. The outdoor seating has a cozy garden feel, with an Alice in Wonderland vibe, while the High Tea room inside is intimate, with just four tables. One table seats four guests, and the other three seat two each. During our visit, it seemed like nearly every table was celebrating a birthday, which added to the festive atmosphere. Atmosphere and decorations are off the chart. We started by choosing our tea from a full page of loose-leaf tea selections. Each tea arrived in an adorable little teapot with a beautiful china teacup. Shortly afterward, we were served a small coleslaw, followed by the classic three-tiered tea tray. The tray included a lovely assortment of finger sandwiches, fresh scones with clotted cream and jam, crumpets with additional preserves, and a top tier filled with miniature pastries and macarons. The portions were just right, leaving you with a sweet finish without feeling overly full. High Tea was $50 per person, which we felt was well worth it for the experience. I'm not sure of the current price for the Queen's Tea. Be sure to leave a little time to browse the gift shop before you go. It's filled with everything tea lovers could want, including beautiful loose-leaf teas, charming teaware, and the cutest fascinator hats. There are also plenty of picture-perfect spots throughout the property, and don't skip the restroom...it's worth a peek! Every detail of the Tea Trolley is thoughtfully decorated, making the entire visit feel like a special occasion. The service was also spot on. Not rushed but thoughtful and kind.

We received a welcome cider upon arrival and given the opportunity to check out the shop. Once all parties arrived, we were escorted into a side room where our high tea would take place. Each person was able to order their own pot of tea and shared the tower of sandwiches, scones and petit fours. We had a cucumber sandwich, egg salad sandwich, ham sandwich and almond butter sandwich (because neither my friend nor I eat salmon). The sandwiches weee tasty. The scones were flavorful, as were the desserts. It was such a lovely and relaxed experience. There was no rush and we were welcomed to walk around the grounds as we enjoyed our tea. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would gladly return in the future!
