    Cronuts available early

The cronuts & old fashioned are excellent. The donuts were right there early 5. The lady behind the counter was friendly. Great place to get a donut and coffee!

Whilst I have protested donuts in reviews a plenty, Dolly's make me reconsider. On our 2nd attempt to try Dolly's we were successful. The first time was around 1pm on a Wednesday and they were out of the ham&cheese croissants we wanted and the donut shelves were looking meek. Good for them! I applaud a business that can run low on same day made baked goodies near closing time. They know their customers. This time we arrived at 8am and jumped in the line. 2 croissant sammies, 2 donuts, 2 milk and a coffee later and we were back in the car at 8:03! With 3 friendly, fast working sets of hands helping the crowd, the line went very quickly. No need for me to taste test a donut hole at Dolly's since they proudly display a "100% vegetable oil used" sign. NO NASTY SOY TASTE!!! The croissant was soft and slightly chewy, the cheese perfectly melted and the ham seemed to be Danola brand, not a thin Buddig variety. The donuts offered included the traditional, can't go wrong variety Hubs likes, but I was feeling a bit more adventurous and chose a pineapple upside down old fashioned. YUM! Seating inside looked clean and well maintained and, in addition to blended drinks and coffee, the refrigerator offered a nice array of beverages. Fairly priced and lots of parking. This nice donut shop can satisfy a sweet or savory tooth. Cheers! "CC"

Amazing breakfast croissant, airy donut holes, and my first time seeing a Monster import in California. Nice little breakfast spot with kind employees!

Service was nice and quick early in the morning, but my apple fritter was dry and almost burnt.

I used to bring my kiddos here all the time when they were little we loved Dolly's Donuts! It was great to come back by on a recent visit and just reminisce and enjoy a maple bar for old times sake!

Come to this donut shop. Just do it. Eat your way through every donut they offer. They are all good. You can tell they were made with love. Crunch, perfect amount of sweet and just delightful.

Best cronuts ever. Our favorite place for donuts when we're in Morro Bay. The maple bacon cronut is divine.

Best donuts in the county and very well run. They actually care about the service they provide which is rare in this town.

Great donuts/ cronuts! Pretty blah service. Not much enthusiasm behind the counter. Maybe I caught them on a bad day??? I will go back.

We were lucky enough to snag the last almond croissant, and what a treat it was. The exterior had a sweet, delicate crunch, and with each bite, rich almond filling oozed out for the perfect balance of texture and flavor. It wasn't overloaded with powdered sugar, and the sweetness was just right--indulgent without being overwhelming. I also tried a slice of the salmon and leek quiche. It was light and fluffy while still feeling substantial and satisfying. The combination of savory salmon and sweet leek worked beautifully together. Whether you're starting your morning or looking for a midday pick-me-up, the quiche is a must-try. I was excited to try the house made mango-infused black iced tea, but unfortunately, there was nothing mango flavored about it That said, this bakery is still well worth a visit. Between the pastries and quiche, it is an easy stop to recommend when you're in Morro Bay.

Turkey sandwich on croissant was really heavy, not much to write home about though. Caramel Oatmeal cookie good. Raisin Oatmeal was really good. Chocolate Chip Oatmeal crumbled. Almond Oatmeal was OK. Friendly folks, got a handicapped place right in front. They are open until 3:00.

If you don't see it they would probably make it for you. Now granted I was the only order being made at this moment and my smoothie was delivered to me as I sat at the bistro table out front. I was surprised how flavorful the smoothie was, I don't know why I thought that but it did taste good, a bit pricy. I think it's offset by knowing that the produce & meats are very high quality. We were staying nearby and needed to pick up a few items for our stay and decided to check out Spencer's. I'm glad we did. It's such a lovely community market. And they had a small farmer's market going on just outside that added a whole different shopping experience where we were able to pick up some things that we knew were grown locally. The selection isn't as massive as a chain market, but they will have just about everything you would ever need. From cereal to alcohol they have it all. The customers here were all so lovely. Several times we walked by a few just chatting away. You can tell that this is a local gathering place for the locals and that only adds to the charm. The employees are nice. Once again, they feel like they're all locals. It was a short trip for us to pick up essentials. But it only took that short trip to fall in love with this place. We are in the area maybe once a week and we will absolutely be coming here every time we stay from here on out.
