If it took three days to not get an answer on four rear tires, how long would it take to write up and process the deal and get the coach serviced so I could pick it up? He admitted that they had the coach unsold for 6 months and had another buyer that had not been able to get it bought either . I certainly know why.

HOWEVER,  Velocity Truck Centers' repair work was overpriced and most of the charges not covered by extended warranty.  Example:  1.7 Hours to diagnose a leak, 2.2 Hours to Remove and Repair, and 1 Hour Access.  (Total:  $1,219.40)  WOW, that doesn't include the part!  The location of the repair was at the rear of the coach, top of rack support, removing a few screws.  Extended warranty company paid for 2 Hours.  (Total:  $250.00).  We had to pay $869.40 because neither company would budge and we needed our coach back to get to a commitment. Note:  We took our RV there due to an Engine Light on and they work on Freightliners.  While we had it there they recommended to perform PM.

Chuck took the situation seriously from the start. He acknowledged my experience, made it clear that this was not how they operate, and stated that this was far from the values of both their dealership and Chapman as a whole. He immediately took action. Chuck personally looked into everything and went out of his way to make things right by ensuring I was placed in a vehicle that truly met my needs. He arranged for me to work directly with one of his trusted salesmen, Andrew, and made it clear that when I arrived, I would be handled exclusively by him--no confusion, no runaround. From that point forward, the experience was a complete night-and-day difference compared to what I dealt with before. The level of professionalism, communication, and respect shown by both Chuck and Andrew completely turned the situation around. I genuinely appreciate the time, effort, and accountability Chuck showed in taking control of the situation and making sure it was handled properly. I called the scheduling department to make an appointment as this dealer is really far from me but they had the best price on oil changes for my 2021 Trailboss. The scheduler said the wait will be one hour. Ok no problem I can do that and made the appointment. However... right when I get there I was informed it would be a two hour wait. I didn't really have that much time to spare but had to get it done as my emissions were due. 2.5 hours later my truck was finally done with a standard oil change with no rotate and no other services. Someone really needs to address this issue with the scheduling department. I'd almost rather pay the higher prices at other dealers (that are closer to me) than have to wait that long for a standard oil change. Especially after being told it would only take one hour. Express Lane? I think not.

I called the shop on a Monday and they did not get to it until Friday, that was the easy part of all this nightmare situation. The car doesn't crank over and I was referred by a mechanic to take it to a shop that works on the electrical components of the car, so I did. I came by a few times to the shop to check on the progress and the car was still parked at the same location. When I got there and tried to explain what was wrong with my car I got different answers with one of the mechanics stating it could be the starter and the mechanic stated the engine was seized. I truly believe they did not move the car from where I left it and charged me $170 for the diagnostic. Lastly, the most disturbing act by this company was they intentionally opened my key fob and damaged the microchip, costing an additional $280, when I called the locksmith they stated someone had opened the fob and dismantled the component. They admitted fault and paid for the replacement key.

Paid the $2000 up front for parts after waiting almost 2 months just to get a quote. The holidays went by and we still didn't hear anything...reached out and "oh we would have ordered the parts but they're busy at bike week!" Lame excuse but alright... wait another few weeks... any progress now? No--you call, they have no answers other than oops we still haven't done it sorry! You ask for the owner and he's too busy to talk on the phone and too busy to talk in person. They told us the parts our bike needed were going to need sourced from out of state. In the 5 months they had our bike they didn't order a single part for it. No more than 10 minutes after we picked up the bike we were able to locate and order pistons from kansas for $400, whereas the ones they were "ordering" were $850 from Rhode Island. When we came to pick our bike up they gave us a sob story about how they can't give us any of our money back because they're "about to close our doors" due to lack of $, we had to use it as "store credit"--so maybe don't entrust them with your business since they plan to close up shop anyhow. I also requested photos and videos because I wanted to use my time wisely before making the long, hot trip to AZ. When I connected with Alex and Alfonso at Specialty RV about two of their rigs, they stood out immediately. They were very detailed about both the good and the bad, took the time to do a video call, and sent plenty of photos. Once I made the trip, the difference was clear. Other dealers had not represented their inventory accurately, but Alex and Alfonso at Specialty RV were spot on with every detail. They were professional, friendly, and there was absolutely no pressure. I haven't completed a purchase yet, but based on my experience so far, I have to say working with them has been exceptional.
