Love my local Autozone here on Ray Rd. And McClintock. You may ask yourself, what makes this…read moreautozone particularly different from any of the other locations? Why is this one so special and better than the rest? Well, let me tell you. The customer service here is exceptional. And the attention to detail is beyond super. They really take the time to help you, determine what the problem is, and take all the necessary steps to relieve that problem or issue. They truly tackled the problems head on. For example, Fernando was amazing. He went above and beyond what was required of him. I would like to write his service five out of five for helping my elderly mother, replace her headlamp bulb. Amazing guy. They might not have all of the tools or specific parts that you need to fix your vehicle in stock at any given moment. But they are willing to help direct you in the right direction, and they have a can-do attitude which to me is everything. No hate against them, I especially love their jingle. Oh ohh ohh, O'Reilly (ohh'Reilly) auto parts. Yow! But I'm gonna have to give it to the get in the zone, AutoZone. They were very detailed about both the good and the bad, took the time to do a video call, and sent plenty of photos. Once I made the trip, the difference was clear.
