Saying communication is lacking would be a compliment. Website says to call for availability if an item that was out if stock, didn't pick up their phone the times i called to check lead time. Placed the order,thinking i can find out eta,but at least wanted to get the order in. No update on order when Placed so I decided to try calling again and was able to get someone on the phone and mentioned the order would take 6-8 weeks. Think about it for a day or two and then email back with another question with no response and then email again to ask if I can cancel the order,anticipating that this may turn into an ordeal,seeing as though there isn't much of a response to emails. I try calling the business again,no response and then notice there is a 2nd number, call that number where a gentlemen picks up audibly frustrated because he was driving? I ask about canceling an order, he tells me that it's fine as long as it hasn't shipped. I send an email and now mention they want to charge me the processing fee and website transaction fee. This review for my purchase and experience back in 2023. Probably one of the worst customer experience I've encountered. They are disorganized and I have not talked to Matt once through my transaction. My biggest problem here is there is no accountability and the person behind the phone doesn't value these parts probably the same as Matt or other car enthusiasts. They also take their time when responding to emails but happily respond when it's to verify your credit card information. lol 1. The website says the set I wanted to purchase is in stock when it isn't. They only had 3 wheels out of 4. 2. They had to order the single wheel. They had that single wheel expedited which is fine. 3. Wasn't updated when the wheels came in, they notified some other customer mistakenly. 4. Wheels were actually damaged through transit. Person over the phone stated the person she mistakenly called said that it wasn't a bad damage and they would have gladly took it. 5. Asked for them to expedite another wheel but they wouldn't want to do that. Instead only offered a $200 discount on the damage one. Imagine buying your first set of set of expensive wheels and you had to go through this mishap. It's truly disappointing and it weren't for ICB being the only distributor for Regamasters, I would have went somewhere else. read more

For my @golden.era.integra projects, I've been purchasing from Matt at ICB for a number of years, and it's always been a good experience. The shipment is fairly rapid because ICB is in Arizona and I live in Las Vegas. The thing I enjoy about ICB is that they occasionally have rare parts that have been discontinued coming in from Japan, including Mugen, Spoons Sports, Honda, and many more big brands, and you know it's real, as opposed to buying from somewhere else and perhaps getting a fake item. I recently bought a hood made of carbon Kevlar from First Molding, and Matt did a great job of wrapping it so that it would arrive in pristine condition. I was in town visiting friends for the weekend from Los Angeles and wanted to check out some items from ICB Motorsport. Close friends of mine have purchased parts for their cars from Matt over the years and had nothing but great things to say about him and the products he sells. They were absolutely right. I emailed Matt a few days prior to arriving with a list of a things I wanted to purchase for my car. He emailed me back promptly and I really appreciated that. Highly recommend ICB Motorsport! I needed a a set of Volk lug nuts and locks for my new wheels on my 6 lug Tacoma. They are one of the few places that I could find that offered a full set of 20 lug nuts and 4 locks that are required for my truck. I emailed Matt on Monday asking if I could by an additional 2 lug nuts and lock so that I could mount my matching spare on my swing out tire carrier. There seems to be a communication problem with this company if you read the other reviews. They don't and haven't responded to any of my emails. So my experience isn't from purchasing anything from icb, but from them not responding to multiple emails. I was interested in getting some regamasters and emailed multiple times to see what the eta was for the preorder, no response. Instead, I emailed gotuning unlimited for the Spoon SW388 eta, I got a response that hour. The SW388's are nicer with its minor differences, asthetically If the owner(matt?) or manager is reading this, maybe you guys will get more business, if you just answer your emails. read more

They're good people. Just know that they're a Phone business. Don't email, call if you have any questions. You can also place an order, pay with PayPal, and then have the lady check your questions about the item. My review bizarrely mimics The D. below. I found Matt and Amy are unfortunately extremely disorganized and arrogant after an order was placed. Their website is from the 1990's and they lose track of orders and don't respond to customer inquiries on updates or parts orders. My thoughts are they don't even have the parts at all. They won't refund me on an expensive order they just left it in limbo so I had to call my bank. Now they want a re-stocking fee, on a part they never had or shipped. So it's a 180 degree scam. Bizarrely they have an old good name in the Honda world but they are terrible now with customer service, and processing orders. And when you push back on them on the phone they get extremely unprofessional. I hope their in store business is good in a dying niche market - as they will be out of business soon with this business practices. read more

This was by far the most frustrating buying experience I have ever endured. I ordered an emblem for my Civic SI and the part that I received was incorrect. When I called to confirm that the order was fulfilled incorrectly, the first representative I spoke with, Matt, agreed that the part that I received in the mail was not the part as ordered or listed on my invoice. I admit fault for part of the issue here because I made the mistake of assuming that the part was going to fit properly without making any comparisons and broke the JDM pins off to install. At this point, Matt referred me to Amy, who is the representative that handles returns and she agreed to send the correct emblem as long as I send back the first one, but I'd have to pay for shipping. I accepted the terms in hopes to receive the correct part promptly. I shipped the return emblem on July 27th and the delivery was confirmed on July 30th. I followed up with them several times, but it wasn't until August 14th that I was successful at reaching Amy for a follow-up. After inspecting the emblem, she denied the original terms of our agreement because of a blemish that she found on the emblem. Fine. What I did not appreciate was that when I called to have a formal conversation about why the original terms of our agreement were not going to be fulfilled, Amy was immediately confrontational and defensive. She said not only was there a blemish, but it also is my fault for ordering the incorrect part and that's why the part I received did not fit. She also said I should have compared the part to the original emblem before altering it. Okay, her second rebuttal is not wrong. Now I know to compare before altering products. To say that the part I received was correct according to the part that was ordered is a complete lie. Not only was it confirmed by Matt to begin with, but my invoice says the item I ordered was for "2012-2015 fb6" - the correct part for my car. The part number for the part that arrived to me was for a hatchback Civic EP3. It is not so much the confrontation that led me here. Amy is the business representative and she is taking zero responsibility for the situation, contradicting the original terms of our agreement and the fact of the matter. The fact of the matter is that my order was fulfilled incorrectly. If I would have received the part that I ordered, they would have never heard from me. Instead, I have been incorrectly assigned blame and now I'm stuck with a part I have no use for. read more

Beware, if you happen to order the wrong part, you will have a hard time with getting a refund and/or have to jump through hoops and even if you try to do everything right, you may not get your refund and end up giving back your product and be out your money to boot. Read other reviews that are not from good friends and/or possibly family. Customer service is terrible, you end up going round and round, you are told one thing, as in "you need an RMA code to do a return" - then you never get an RMA code to do said return, so if you do the return, guess what... also package was sent via a document mailer so my boxes came already damaged, and they expect you to send back to them in mint condition - all red flags to me. I will not do business with this place again, and I will let all my tuner friends know not to ever do business with them, my bad for not checking reviews first , semi-expensive lesson learned. read more

This place is run by unprofessional owners who don't care about serious customers. Just because someone purchases a $50 item doesn't mean they will not purchase thousands worth. Also, you don't know who that persons knows. But basically they want to charge a 25% restocking fee on a $50 accessory that is stocked in their case. Which is only being returned because it won't fit. Rude on top of that, and now won't respond to email. My advice is go to a real JDM dealer that understands how to do business. I inquired about a J's racing wing [roughly $2250] and was ready to pay upon my initial inquiry as I knew there was a 6-8 month lead time. Weeks went by and I followed up a couple times basically seeing if the guy wanted to take my $$$. Then I see him at Eibach and he rudely says "I told you I would quote you"- which never happened. I ended up ordering a Voltex wing from Evasive motorsports. I guess unless you are a diehard purveyor of rare parts or part of his "click" you will not get service. Order item over a week ago and for the past week it has said my transaction is still being processed. I sent a email asking if everything is alright and if so could I get a tracking number for my package. I recieved no email and after 48 hours I sent a email back requesting a cancellation. 5 minutes after my last email i got one from Matt saying canceled. My guessing is that they never had my item to begin with and that they were to afraid to let me know. Biggest waste of time. If you cant run a in-store and online store choose one or the other.
