This place is great for brunch, but always need to make sure to put your party on the waitlist to make sure you get a table. We got a house blend coffee in a French press which tasted very deep and rich. I ordered a hazelnut latte which was good however I wished there was more of a coffee flavor- it was a tad too sweet. The shakshuka was spicy and delicious and the perfect amount of food for brunch. Waitstaff was friendly and I really enjoyed my time here. Would definitely come again

Turning Point has been on my list to visit for quite sometime. I'm glad I finally did. Cannoli pancakes? Yes, please! They were delicious. The marshmallow cold brew was AMAZING. Our server Maria was a true gem. The sitting area is a great feature. The ambiance feels like you're sitting in someone's kitchen. I can understand the hype. You'll definitely want to join the wait list, especially for a a weekend breakfast.

Visiting the area for the first time, and Turning Point was a hit! It is a very busy location, we walked in with a reservation mid day and there were a lot of people waiting. The food was great, the vanilla coconut cold brew was the star of the show! Absolutely amazing!!!! I could have had 3! The cinnamon rolls and the omelet were delicious as well. My only con which is not a complaint only a suggestion would be that the chilaquiles sauce needs more flavor and instead of goat cheese, real queso fresco would make a big difference in flavor. Thank you for a great experience, our server was the sweetest!

We found this to be an excellent breakfast spot to take the kids. Big breakfast kids' plates included pancakes and scrambled eggs with English muffin. Gluten free Eggs Benedict was excellent. Excellent servers and clean table options inside and out. A great way to start a fun weekend for us.

Great breakfast spot in the heart of downtown WF. Easy parking with the municipal lot in the back. Service is friendly and prompt, great for families. The food is usually delicious and very reasonably priced. Great coffee. It does get crowded on weekends so come early as they don't take reservations.

Kidaaa New Jersey! Come with me as I try the delightful Summer Brunch Menu at Turning Point! PROSCIUTTO TOAST Toasted ciabatta with basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, tomato, and Italian cured prosciutto, drizzled with balsamic glaze. A beautiful and delicious start to any brunch! PARADISE PANCAKES are tropical delights with fresh strawberries, ripe banana, and pineapple, topped with toasted coconut chips and served with a side of sweet rum sauce. For a refreshing and hearty option, try the MAINE MEDLEY SALAD. Mixed greens with Maine lobster, quinoa & lentils, tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, roasted red peppers, and goat cheese. And finally, the indulgent LOBSTER BENEDICT. Toasted English muffin with cracked lobster, plum tomato, smoked bacon, avocado, and lemon cilantro hollandaise. Served with citrus-dressed greens or morning potatoes, it's a must-try for any brunch lover. So why wait? Experience the best of summer brunch at Turning Point!

Always a solid option when looking for somewhere for breakfast/brunch. Love that you can put yourself on the waitlist from home. My go to is always the Wilbur Skillet - a staple for me. I love that they have new seasonal creations for meals and coffee. Perfect for groups celebrating or a family day out.

I was underwhelmed this time around. The food was ok. Nothing I couldn't do at home. My peppermint mocha was lacking flavor and coffee strength. We drove pretty far to go to this location. It was as crowded as usual and the service was fine.

My first time checking out one of their locations. I met a colleague here to collaborate and it was a perfect choice. It has a local diner feel and has a separate section where you can work from. The cafe area we worked in was quiet and not much traffic at all. Overall, great experience and I'll definitely visit again By the way, I had the lemon blueberry pancakes and the beet juice. Both great. Service was also top notch.

Great place to meet for breakfast amongst my friends from north and central Jersey. This is a small chain in a handful of states. It's a bit like an upscale diner. Nice selection of food for both the meat lovers and vegetarians! Lots of free parking available in the back. Good coffee and fresh juices to pic from with even a friendly staff who would check on us regularly.

Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Location: 5/5 This is truly a Westfield gem. I've been here about 3 times and have never left disappointed. The food fresh, great portion size, and they offer a variety of healthy options which have flavor. I've tried several dishes and everything has been delicious. I look forward to my visits at this establishment and have recommended it to others. I also enjoy that they have a seasonal menu which offers even more options. The environment is cozy and doesn't cater to any specific crowd. Free parking available in the back of the restaurant. Located in Downtown Westfield near shopping stores.

Very clean restaurant with good food. I came with a few friends and we all liked what we ordered. The breakfast potatoes were very tasty. I took a star off because the waitress really rushed us. The waitress came over before our menus were even touched and asked if we were ready to order. The food was good though. I wouldn't mind returning. But it isn't my top choice either. They do have a parking lot in back that is free for those dining at the restaurant unlike the other parking in Westfield. Note: the iced coffee is very very strong. I didn't think to dilute it until after I had finished it. But the presentation was nice. They used coffee ice cubes.

Upscale breakfast and lunch restaurant. Very nice atmosphere inside with an outside seating area on the sidewalk. Street parking out front with a free parking lot in the back. Have multiple hot and cold brewed coffee choices with an extensive selection of egg dishes, omelets, pancakes, benedicts, bowls, Avacado toast, etc. even have shrimp and grits and in summer features lobster items such as Lobster Benedict and Lobster Avocado Toast. Management and staff are very nice and attentive.

I come here only on Sunday mornings and often, when there is usually no line. For two years I have been doing this , I have received ZERO eye contact, no warmth, no engagement from this shift's crew--until today. That's why it mattered when one Asian barista this morning (who wasn't the one to take my order) warmly looked at me, smiled, and said something kind. It came right after her coworker placed my drink down, mumbled my name, and they turned their back on me when I thanked them -- but weren't doing anything else! Same energy when they took my order minutes earlier even when I was the only person in line. Like I owe them a favor for being at their counter! I've watched them and their colleagues treat me this way consistently. Mind you, I either only order a latte, a matcha, or a pastry. The worst part is that this treatment feels selective. I''ve seen this same crew be friendly, laugh, and engage with other customers--but from what I've seen for 2 years is that it seems only a certain type of walk-in gets this reception. It suck's to be flatly received and then notice the person behind me get a smile and a conversation, even if it's obvious that they're not a regular here ... at least not on Sundays. :) Again, thank you to that barista who broke the pattern for me today because I finally felt seen. I added a 3rd star out of gratitude. :) If you've found this crew non-selectively friendly, I'd genuinely like to know what day you come--because my Sunday morning experience has been consistently selective. I choose to be optimistic. And to management, let's talk about this.

The coffee was very and not bitter nor did it have coffee grounds on the bottom of the cup (which I hate). The glazed donut was very fresh and tasted great it was sweet but not overpowering which I love. Just make sure you take extra napkins as it is messy. Overall I like the place it's not snobby or pretentious it's just very chill

First off: Service. I told the employee that this was my first time there, and they were more-than-happy to help me make a decision for my order. Patient and walked me through. Second: The Food. Let's get into it. 1) Cassava Latte ($7.50) - I was so pleasantly suprised at this drink; described as "(i)nspired by the Filipino dessert cake, made with condensed milk and coconut." The first sip, and I was intrigued! It was perfectly sweet, and the perfect mix of that coconut-dessert taste that cassava typically delivers! It tasted genuine, if that's possible. 2) Sinigang Croquette ($5.00) - This was interesting. Described as "Pork and Gabi (taro) shaped into a patty, rolled in Japanese bread crumbs, and deep fried. Served with our in-house sawsawan (dipping sauce)", it hit all the right notes. To be honest? $5.00 for 1 felt a bit steep. I'd pay $7.50 for two, though! 3) Boy Bawang Shio Pan ($7.50) - This was the most curious of all my purchases. Described as an "(i)n-house salt bread rolled in garlic and corn crumbs, filled with roasted garlic butter, topped with corn cheese whip. Inspired by the popular Filipino snack: Boy Bawang. THIS ITEM I SING ITS PRAISES. I am an absolute lover of the Boy Bawang Garlic Flavor Corn Snack --- much more pungent than anything Corn Nuts could ever offer. This Shio Pan absolutely delivered with its roasted garlic flavor! Absolute master class --- but it's only for a limited run. You should definitely try! Third: Ambiance - The Cafe is quaint --- and has a seating area that could maybe fit between 18-24 people? It's just along the side of the business, but I managed to get a table for myself. Ayala, you did not disappoint! Can't wait to try your Sisig Flatbread for the next round!

I had the sisig flatbread and the pork croquette. The sisig flatbread had very unique and complex flavors. I thought it was very creative. The croquette was fresh and tasty, but it was truly the sauce that came with it that was the star of the show. It bold and vinegary and tasted great with the sisig flat bread as well. I tried a bit of my friend's pandan waffle and it was quite tasty! I could really taste the pandan. Now the bad. The ube latte was mediocre. I asked for mine with matcha, but I really couldn't even taste the matcha. I think next time I might try their other drinks to see if there is a difference. However, I was really expecting better. Overall: I'd say the food is better than the drinks, which is a bit of a disappointment because I was hoping for both to be out of this world. The service was good and the staff was very kind. I also enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant as well.
