We have been here a handful times over the last few months. I love the selection of food and drink options and the quality is generally good. Although most recently we were there and my meal was subpar. There was way too much sauce on my Big Easy Benedict and when we ordered it a few weeks ago it came in a skillet and wasn't drowning in sauce. Unfortunately, the quality wasn't consistent the second time around. We also ordered the avocado toast which was very good; only change I would make would be to not have as a heavy of a hand with the olive oil. read more

Found a bloody used bandaid on my food. Not trying to be a Karen but when I ask for a manager a boy came out but didn't care about the incident. Then we overheard him going off on the back mistreating the staff. I'll just stick to Doylestown location next time. read more

We loved this place! We had a pretty big group and we walked in to put our names down and only waited about 30 mins during the busy Sunday brunch time. The menu is extensive and everything we had was delicious! The kids menu itself is larger and more delicious than any kids menu I've seen. But before making your decision wait til you see the seasonal specials (like the pumpkin pancakes). You will def want to try some. And to make the experience even better they had 4 different flavors of hot chocolate. I had the Reese's PB hot chocolate and it was basically dessert but I didn't regret it. A great place for big groups and families and for tasty brunch! read more

Turning Point - Sign in the bathroom. Love this quote and this place! - American Near Me - Warrington, Pennsylvania

Very disappointed! Ordered Oatmeal with fruit as it says on the menu. Our server told us it doesn't come with fruit even though the menu says it does. He then said I can see if I can bring some out. He brought a tiny cup of strawberry and a tiny cup of pineapple and 2 grapes. Really!!!! The oatmeal was sooooo gross. It was clumps floating in liquid and was NOT hot but cold. The only thing that was good was the coffee. I know I should have told our server but I just wanted to leave after waiting a long time for our food. Also, I just noticed that I was charged $10.00 dollars fo my oatmeal that should have been $4.49 and .75 extra for fruit. What fruit? Ewwwww Will not be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? read more

I had a lovely brunch! The place was packed, but the wait was surprisingly only about 20 minutes. Conveniently, there are plenty of stores to browse while we wait. The food was satisfying, and the portions were generous. I had the double stacked grilled cheese, which was nicely balanced and rich at the same time. I wished I had a little more salsa to put on the sandwich. I also tried a bite of the OMG french toast and that was delicious and rich. However, I had a few sanitary complaints. Firstly, the waitress who took our water pitcher to be refilled grabbed the edge instead of the handle, meaning that her fingers touched the inside of the water pitcher which we were going to be drinking out of. When the water came back, it had a little piece of blue plastic floating in it. Also, the inside of the cream pitcher we got with our coffee was clearly not well cleaned. There were weird black specks and white things growing along the walls on the inside. read more

It literally always takes forever to get seated at this establishment, even when there are tables open. Today, of course was no different. After 30 minutes (even with a call ahead) we were seated. Our waitress was rarely seen and our food was "skimped". The berry pancakes had 1 strawberry cut up, and the chicken salad was tiny. Super expensive and overhype. read more

Came here because it is listed as having outdoor seating, which they do. However, it "wasn't available." Only option was indoors. They did put us in a booth with plexiglass between us and the next table. Food was adequate, but not fabulous. read more

Honestly, WOW! Turning Point of Warrington is the place to be. From the door, complimentary coffee is blazing, hosts are warm and inviting, servers ready to serve, and managers MANAGING! Again- WOW. We ordered a Fall flatbread (off the menu) and were in awe of the quality and flavor from this dish. 10/10! Definitely should be a highlight on the special menu. I love coming here and feeling the effort and efficiency this restaurant exudes. They really go above and beyond to make your experience the most enjoyable possible. Good Job TP Warrington! read more

Their eggs Benedict was so yummy. Tea was great! Service was good. Will try again if in the area :))

We've been coming here since they opened. Service has always been great and the staff quite friendly. I've always loved many items, both breakfast and lunch. I have to agree with Stacey K. that the serving size seems quite less than when originally opened. The Turkey Reuben (one of my favorites) is more of a Cole slaw sandwich now (ordered twice recently) than turkey and being reduced to one pretty thin slice of turkey on each side of the bread. I'd rather pay more and get a real sandwich. Tasty yes. I ended up taking the second slice of turkey and adding it the the other slice of bread vs a bread sandwich. Disappointing.... read more

We love turning point the food is so good. Samantha the waitress is so nice and her customer service is top notch. My son loves her he asks to go there every Saturday. He says I want to see my friend. He always remembers her as the boo boo lady since she had a bandage on one day. The managers are great too. They care about their staff and are very attentive. Amazing!! They have some very unique items on the menu, very nice atmosphere, great coffee from their coffee shop (Cowabunga Coffee), and service was great. They have sweet items like waffles with vanilla bean mascarpone and caramel drizzle ( I had) to omelets, benedicts, skillets, salads, and sandwiches. read more

Turning Point - Caramel drizzle waffles w marscapone cheese and maple bacon! Yum! - American Near Me - Warrington, Pennsylvania

Love that this place specializes in breakfast only. Meals are very tasty & good portions. However, service is hit or miss. Past three times I've dined here the hostesses are overwhelmed & the staff is not attentive/ making mistakes. I suggest Avoid going here on weekends as it's a mad house & you end up waiting forever (either for a table or for your food). I still don't understand their "call ahead" seating. In my opinion, either you take reservations or you don't. No need to complicate the process. read more

This is our second time coming here, this time I brought my in laws. The food was good, but the place is sooo hot. I know we visited on a hot day in July but it almost seemed like the AC was struggling to work. Our legs were sticking to the booths. Even my wife's grandma was hot and elderly people are never hot! I like that the iced coffees are free refills. Our sever this visit was not friendly at all. She seemed to be upset about something and it was difficult to get refills bc she wasn't around. I understand people are human and can't always be friendly if they're going through something, but we really talked this place up and I don't know if my in laws will want to go back. read more

The past three times my husband and I went to Turning Point it wound upTURNING OUR STOMACHS. The cups and silverware are always filthy. We arrived at 10:10 for breakfast and wound up waiting over an hour and a half to be seated and after being seated we waited another 45 minutes and still never received our coffee, tea or breakfast. This is the third time in three weeks this happened. The first two times they comped one of our meals. This time we just told them never mind and we would not come back again. I guess when your business gets too big you no longer care about your customers or your service. We had to send silverware and cups back three times because of lipstick and food still on them until we finely ask to use paper cups and plastic ware. Someone needs to monitor who's doing the dishes before they spread some serious disease. NO MORE TURNING POINT FOR US! read more

Great service, delighted with my food . Everyone is polite and friendly! Coffee is excellent, food portions are very generous. read more

The food here is sooooo good. It's hard finding a restaurant that actually serves real eggs and not egg substitute. The service is great too. My only issue is there's always a long wait so you have to make sure you get there when it opens. It kind of defeats the purpose of a nice brunch spot. read more

Great brunch spot. I can't wait for spring so I can eat out on the patio with my family again.

Really love this place. The atmosphere is great, the food is great, the coffee is great. Usually get the popeye skillet, but have tried a majority of their food for breakfast and lunch and there isnt anything I dont like. read more

This is one of those places that you just keep trying to want to love, but they keep failing and I'm not sure how many chances are left to give...this was chance 2. Service seems to be an issue across multiple locations and this was no exception. Slow, and mediocre. Got a latte, I know it's hard to balance and serve when the cup is filled to the rim, but our server splashed it all down the sides so we were drinking out of a crusty cup with a puddle of coffee on the saucer. Pretty sure the water glasses were dirty. The coffee in the french press is amazing, the food is above average.. but it's always painful just to get to that point...service has never been more than mediocre at best. On the other hand the front desk "coffee only" type of section is awesome. Expensive, but let's you get sandwiches and coffee to go and that may be the only thing I come back for. read more

Quality control of this restaurant has gone way done. When we checked in at the desk, hostess said it would be approximately 10 minutes. We were seated in 45. People left both before they were seated and after they were seated. After snagging a waitress to take our order, we ordered a French press coffee which came out 15 minutes later with no timer to let us know it was ready, we had to guess. I ordered a seafood hash and the only seafood in it was 2 shrimp. Won't be back. read more

So good! Breakfast. I went with the OMG French toast, which was all that. The waiter warned me I would need a nap after eating it. My hubby went with the Berry Chocolatey pancakes, which he loved. Love the breakfast and the coffee reminds me of my trip to Paris! Strong and flavorful! My new favorite breakfast spot!

Not the best breakfast place, not the worst. I would definitely give it another shot. The eggs Benedict was a little bland. The coffee is great. That's enough to make me come back. The dining room is also nice. The service was nice and pleasant. I feel for the area 25 dollars for breakfast a little steep when 8 diners in the area are all 15. But hey you gotta pay the bills. read more

The turning point has taken a turn downhill. We visited location in Warrington several times when it first opened, had great experience dining, food was good, nice atmosphere. During our last two visits in December 2018 its a totally different experience. Food portions got smaller, items that kids mostly liked on the menu were gone (as a wrap in kids menu). Potatoes had black/blue tint, cappuccino barely warm, pancakes burned.... Such a disappointment. Would not recommend or return.. read more

The idea of this place was great. It had many options and a great kids menu, as well as a large selection of drinks. When we got there we were greeted by a long line outside the door. We went in, were added to the waiting list, and were told that we would be seated in 40 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting, they still hadn't seated us, and after 15-20 more minutes, we were finally seated. We ordered our drinks. My drink was a salted caramel mocha-chino, and when it (finally) came it was delicious. Next we ordered our food. My 2 younger daughters ordered a S'mores waffle off the kids menu, and my older daughter got a tropical waffle with mango, pineapple, strawberry, and blueberry. I ordered an Eggs Benedict. My husband ordered Huevos Rancheros, and my dad ordered a turkey Rueben. Then, we waited about 15 minutes, and my 2 younger daughters' S'mores waffles came-I imagine that the waffles were pre-made and only toppings needed to be added. They ate their waffles happily, and soon finished. Meanwhile, we were still waiting for our food. Finally, after another wait of about 35-40 minutes, it came. My Eggs Benedict was extremely runny. My husband was curious to try it, so we switched dishes and instead I ate his Huevos Rancheros. It was lacking beans and instead had potatoes, which aren't usually included in this dish. My dad's Rueben was probably the worst out of all our meals. It was a piece of stale bread covered by a thin layer of turkey, and then smothered in coleslaw and American cheese. A Rueben is supposed to be a piece of fresh bread with a thick piece of turkey on it and some sauerkraut, and then some melted Swiss cheese. This was definitely not a Rueben. My older daughter's waffle was probably the best out of all of our meals. It was a Belgian waffle with fruit on it. On the side was some strawberry sauce that was very clearly from a can. The only thing we really liked about this place was the drinks, which we can easily get at Cowabunga Coffee next door. We will probably come back to that coffee shop, but we will not be coming back to this restaurant. It really was a turning point for us. 2 stars for the delicious drinks. read more

Worst breakfast ever! How they get 4 stars is beyond me. Potatoes tasted like they were cooked in old oil. My poached eggs were barely cooked and the ham was very thin and burnt. English muffin was the only food good on this plate. read more

This review is based on a recent Christmas Eve visit. I have been to this location only a few other times and had no issues, but things were off from the time we sat down on our most recent visit. The utensils and and glasses were dirty. I'm talking food particles caked on the utensils and glasses that had a dirty water smell to them. The food was well below average as well. I ordered the chicken and waffles and got a plate of stale tasting, soggy waffles topped with out-of-the-freezer chicken tenders. We had a large party and others were not super impressed with their meals either. Not sure what was off that time around, but the experience doesn't have me wanting to go back there any time soon. read more

I hope this review is seen by the manager/owner. Guys you are so close but so far. The restaurant interior is darling, very Joanna Gaines vibe. We were a group of 6 with a senior. The hostess did a good job accommodating a walker using senior at an easily accessible table, etc. The service was good. The food was very disappointing. Of the six orders, only the huevos rancheros got a good review. I personally I got an omelette that was flat, tasteless and barely contained the ingredients expected. The English muffin was doused in some yellow, oily substance. My mother had soup and a half sandwich. The sandwich was served open faced as expected but had very little meat, was covered in an oily cheese on a cardboard tasting slice of bread. The daily soup was hot and tasty though. The pancake sampler was well presented with lots of drizzle and accruements but the cakes themselves were flat and tasteless. Hot chocolate and tea was beautifully presented but the reviews on the hot chocolate was that the whipped cream was the best part, not the drink. Prices are reasonable but not for the quality of food. Will try the new location coming to Doylestown with the hope that food quality will improve. So close but so far. read more

My review is solely based on the service I experienced during my most recent visit to Turning Point. I frequently visit this location and am always pleased with the service and food. Today was so extremely disappointing I just couldn't not write a review. We arrived, party of 4, at 11am on a pretty busy Sunday. We were told the wait was 30-40 minutes and sat patiently waiting to be seated. About an hour and 15 minutes later I checked in to see when we would be seated and we were told 15 more minutes. The wait was really awful but I expected to enjoy breakfast and forget about it. We quickly ordered, as we were understandably starving after that wait! We first asked for coffees and an appetizer as we perused the menu. We got our coffees and as we were taking our last sips, our waiter brought out the sugar sticks that were supposed to come with the coffee (no use for them now). After a pretty long wait and no checking in by our waiter, he begins bringing out our entrees. I asked where our appetizer was and the waiter, unapologetically, says "oh I think I forgot to even put that in." I had also requested no pineapple in my fruit cup, which I always request here, and the waiter simply said it's a pre-made mix so I can't do that. We ate quickly, were never checked in on (which would help since our ketchup was empty and we wanted some), and left as fast as we could because we just wanted to get out already. The food and coffee here is always great - it's unfortunate that on a Sunday people should be expected to deal with such a bad experience. Turning point lost some regulars today. read more

I like that they've added pickup and delivery, but at the same time I was missing a side dish that I payed extra for, and my food was cold and sloppily prepared. This has happened both times we have order from here, once for delivery and once for pick-up. I wouldn't be so upset if the food wasn't insanely expensive. Going there to eat is fun and enjoyable, but the delivery and pickup is just not worth the money when the food is cold and not very good. Also, even though I was just picking up, some of the servers were really rude and I felt I was inconveniencing them by asking where my pick up was. Largely unenjoyable, but the food is kind of good. read more

I got burned eggs today. Crispy , crunchy eggs! The kitchen needs to do better. The dish should have been remade instead of being served. Maybe they were understaffed in the kitchen. read more

First thing wait time on a Sunday morning was long but it would be less if the process time to attend to a table is quicker. I saw an empty table sit unattended for 10 minutes before the busboy finally got to it. This kid moved like a turtle, one plate at a time. Other places I've seen gang tackle a table to clear it on busy hours. We sat down and immediately ordered our food. Sign of problem already notice when our server was ready to put our order in when he asked me what I wanted to drink. He already wrote it down I told him. Drinks took almost 10 minutes, hot chocolate, lemonade, regular coffee & iced coffee. Our Florida cocktail took a good 10 minutes after the drinks arrived. Food finally came, Belgian waffle for my daughter, my wife's 1/2 and 1/2 sandwich/soup, and my son's grand French. Then my server says is that all you ordered, correct? I said I ordered the OMG. Then I knew he forgot to place it. Waiting another 15 minutes but I finally given up on it coming. So I just ate my daughters 'a left over. To top it off, the server did not even comp anything. So my bill was $48 but I still gave him a tip of $4.80 to express my displeasure of his service. Service was horrible to sum it up. Never going there again nor will I recommend to my sister who lives in the area. read more
