Honestly just don't go here . They "renovated" to expand the barista area and a pickup counter. Tons of food just sitting there and drinks - which is not their fault I understand - but at a certain point you really should get rid of them. Tons of flys swarming everywhere. About 80% of the seating area is one giant communal table. It's very cold, very utilitarian and not a place I would want to spend any extended period of time. The wait was ridiculously long for one drink - they definitely prioritize the drive through. Then I get handed a cup that was soft and gross because they had let the drink spill all over it that I saturated it and they didn't clean it up and legit served it to me that way. For a cup of coffee that's $6+ it's so not worth it. I'm definitely phasing out of drinking Starbucks and this location is a large example of why I won't be spending my money there. The only positive side - the barista that rung me out was nice - she was the only one who was. read more

My favorite Starbucks location. My drink is complicated but they always get it right. Since I frequent this place everyday they know me and my husband well. It's fun to stop and say hello. Everytime I go to this Starbucks I have to turn around and come back. Today was my 3rd time doing it. They give me milk and cream I don't think they even put any coffee in what I ask for. $8 and you ask for a tip when it taste like shit and theirs not even coffee in it. read more

It's a shame because the staff is so nice. This Starbucks is awful for mobile/drive thru options. The wait times for items are absolutely insane. 20 plus minutes. Rarely they pay attention that you're even standing there waiting for your order. When estimated wait times on the app are 7-10 minutes. Everything about this location has gone downhill significantly. Good luck getting your product in a reasonable amount of time. read more

Over priced and too foo foo. Haven't been able to find a regular coffee with cream that I care for. Just don't appreciate the blends there. Way prefer "brand x" for a cup. Or the local convenience brand Their black iced tea is good. Wish there was a fresh lemon slice to squeeze in but Starbucks doesn't offer it. read more

Went here today went thru the drive thru and had my grandson who is 4 months old with me. Ordered 2 blacktea lemonades sweetened. Drinks were not sweetened at all. Had to go in to fix it and instead of making new drinks the guy opened the kids and added more sweetener. Poor service read more

Last Saturday on 12/26/20 I visited this Starbucks through the drive thru. My sister got her beverage and I got my standard hot chocolate. There was a bit of a wait but that is standard for any Starbucks drive thru these days. The beverages were decent and the location on Easton Road (Route 611) is very convenient if not very crowded. Very rude barista. Came up to window to pay and she repeated the order to me and repeatedly rolled her eyes at me . Asked to to fix my order and then she went over to the sink took my lid off my cup and started to scoop the ice out with my lid and added cream and it coffee and then put the lid back on and gave it to me all rudely. Very portly managed. Was waiting in line since 3:45 via drive thru and the sign says they closed at 4:00. I was about to place the order by the time it was my turn and it was 4:06 and the barista said "sorry we close at 4:00". There were about 8-10 cars after me on line before 4 and no one from Starbucks with a sign to cut off the line at 4. When I asked the barista that we have been waiting before 4 she said they didn't care. Very rude and poorly managed. She sure angered a lot of people me included who waited 25 minutes. read more

For whatever reason, the service here is so unbelievably slow! Every time my husband goes to pick me up coffee it takes him forever to get home. When I ask why he said he had to wait a long time for just a cup of coffee and there were hardly any customers. We went last week and I ordered a coffee and a cake pop for my son. Literally stood there for almost 10 minutes before they handed it to me. The staff wasn't even doing anything. It was like they give the customers their orders when they feel like it. I used the phone apps to place order. Instead of drive thru. I always like to walk in to meet the barista because I want to see a good smile with a good cup of coffee before the day started. Good service, but for some reason the past two times I've been there my drinks have been kind of "meh." My husband's coffee was also filled to dangerous levels, which facilitated the making of a huge mess as coffee leaked from the cup. With that said, the store is modern, clean and new and it's in a great location. read more

I'm back to update my review because service has, surprisingly, improved. I don't know if it's because of the new faces on board or the supposed change in general manager, but it has gotten better. My drinks have been better prepared-- tasting fresh and flavored as they should be. I haven't received a drink without a straw recently, which the "old" general manager said was "unacceptable" when it happened, but didn't do much to change it. There was an older woman who worked at this location who was always so bitter and she seems to no longer be there, which is nice. I can now, in good conscious, recommend this location to people who want a Starbucks drink worth the price tag. ;) read more

Depends on the person who is making coffee, it can be super nice or it can be to sweet. I usually order my caramel Frappuccino from people whom I know there. But it's very chill place for chatting and enjoy your coffee read more

Went to Starbucks again on Easton Road in Warrington pa. today to see what they have on tap. I've Been going there for years but to no surprise Pike Place only one on tap any thing else Pour Over Style. I would Bet they have a Ton of Pike place Beans to the Roof in a Warehouse that they have to use. I think for the price of cup of there coffee there should be a Selection of Coffee on Tap to Try . read more

Wow, what a change. I think they have a new manager or managers because every time I have been in there for the past 6 months the person in charge comes off miserable and unfriendly. They are short to the rest of the staff and look borderline aggressive the way they make drinks. The quality of the drinks has also gone down to the point where I skip this location when I'm near it. It's a shame because the rest of the staff is very very friendly, but it's not worth getting inconsistent drinks and foul vibes. I understand that work can be stressful, but when you run a store you shouldn't let it effect the way you treat the staff and come off to the customers. It's a shame because this is one of the only locations in the area with a Clover machine. read more

I'm a coffee snob and I make sure to go out of my way for this Starbucks. Not all have the Reserve roasts and the Clover Brewed coffee, so take advantage when you are near here. It takes a bit longer for the clover brewed coffee so be patient. I get the reserve roast clover brewed so to enjoy the best of the best. The customer service here was also outstanding. read more

Five people working behind the counter. All focusing on the drive thru. The person working the counter who should be making eye contact and greeting people, at least, is pulling stickers for the drive thru orders (This happens often when I stop here, it's a training issue, he's nice person). So everyone is focused on the drive thru and not the two people in line who haven't been looked at... or greeted... or told that someone will be there in a second... the line just stands there. (by the time they get serviced, the line is 5 deep, could've been prevented). No one says anything to them. Now they're all running around the back talking about how the drive thru wait has gone to 1:30 but it took over a minute for anyone to say a word to the people who parked their cars and walked in to their location. Perhaps they should walk up to the drive thru window and get service in 1:30, because it took over 5 minutes when you walked in. While this has happened multiple times, this is the first time I've written. This is a training issue that continues to be ignored. Eye contact, greet, and take care of the people who have walked in first, or you lose them. Brutal. read more

The service at this location is so slow. I've come threw both drive threw and cafe different times of the day and I'll still be waiting in what seems to be no line and wait 5 mins for a tall dark roast and a bacon sandwich. One time I was in the cafe and for some reason my bacon sandwich wasn't cooked all the way I asked the barista with blonde hair and glasses if she could reheat it I got an eye roll. Which at that point I felt uncomfortable. When I left I said have a good day and have her my plate she take it from my hand and doesn't say a word and heads to the back room. Another barista comes to me and said she's been working a long shift. I don't think that's a good excuse nor professional. I will not be returning to this location. read more

This Starbucks is closest to me and I go here often-it can be inconsistent with service and quality of drinks. I get something different all the time-but friday I wanted a salted caramel mocha-what I got was a lackluster hot chocolate after 15 minutes. Then I called and they said they would give me a Nother drink for free. So I came back on Sunday for my drink redo, and I ordered the same salted caramel mocha the woman made my salted caramel mocha, however after she finished the drink she told me they were out of salt. Well the drink is supposed to have a balance of saltyand sweet flavors so without the salt it doesn't really taste like a salty caramel mocha I wish they would've told me this before the drink I would have gotten something else but at this point she already made my drink and was kind of rude about it like it was my fault that I used up all their salt. I left feeling guilty for first gettin a free drink on them but again it wasn't done right. What is a girl supposed to do??? Most of the time I get great service and I always tip when it is good. Just work on training your baristas better on consistency. Take your time with the drinks-it makes a huge difference when you neglect an ingredient or don't steam the milk correctly. read more

I stopped here this afternoon for a refreshing drink. I chose to go inside where I waited over 5 minutes for one of the three employees to wait on me - there was no one else in line ahead of me - they were just busy doing something other than waiting on customers. When I finally placed my order, I asked for an iced machiato which in Starbucks speak is a latte machiato. I handed the barista my cup which is a Vente size Starbucks cold drink cup. She asked me what size and I said it's a Vente. She felt the need to confirm this by taking a Grande plastic cup, filling it and convincing herself that this was indeed a Vente size cup. I then handed her my Starbucks card and said I thought I had a free reward coming and she confirmed this. So I moved to the end of the counter to pick up my drink which was prepared quickly and I confess I did not watch it being prepared. I picked up my drink, put my lid on the cup and headed to my car as I was on my way to an appointment. Imagine my surprise when I burned my mouth on my "Iced" machato - it was not iced but hot. Overall I would rate this experience as one I would not want to repeat. I did not feel rewarded. read more
