This was a trendy and hopping coffee shop! The barista was very friendly and schooled on offering me in-depth descriptions for the different coffee drink selections that I asked her about. The merchandise in the store was interesting also and they sold t-shirts and mugs too. I didn't stay for any quick eats, although they had a nice menu selection to choose from. Since it was the start of the fall season, I ordered a pumpkin chai latte which was very good! I really liked this coffee shop because the atmosphere was open and airy and there was also ample seating outdoors which was a plus!

    Iced coffee! Amazing!

I love it here! Just coming for coffee for the first time and it was made perfectly! Costumer service is amazing, no attitude or annoyance from anyone! The iced coffee with hazelnut, coffee cubes and almond milk was not very strong (which is what I love!)! Perfect! Perfect! perfect! Definitely coming back!

Went on a Sat morning - Chaotic energy, understaffed, and coffee was sour. You're better off anywhere else for your morning brew.

Better than Starbucks! Neat little coffee place next to a great brunch place and they serve carafes of French press coffee too!

Real coffee found in Warrington! Best option for single origin pour overs in the area. Yum. And great service too.

We have been a few time so far and are so pleased with the service, and coffee. The breakfast sandwich is huge and delicious- definitely add the onions and aioli! Lots of pastry options as well that look delicious. The latte art is a huge bonus and so creative!

It's been such a welcome addition to the Ambler coffee scene since it opened a few years back. I've been a long time Backyard Beans devotee, but Wake has the better beans and general quality. I've gotten a number of their drinks over the years, but my favorite is still a classic cappuccino with oat milk (they've also got macadamia nut milk as the other vegan/dairy free option). For tea lattes, I would pick their matcha over their chai. They used to have a number of pricier but very tasty specialty lattes for the holidays, but this year (2025) it seems like they've streamlined their menu. The Tall Man got his capp with their peppermint mocha syrup, though, and found it delicious. I got a vanilla steamer as a treat for my little one, and it came with a little cinnamon dusted tree. They've expanded their food options and now have a bunch of pastries (muffins, croissants, etc) as well as hot sandwiches and toasts. I didn't see gluten free baked goods, but they have gluten free bread! The brand they use is quite good (if you like sunflower seeds, which I do), but the slices are on the small side - so when I got the Early Bird breakfast sandwich, the filling was positively spilling over the sides. At least they didn't skimp on that! Adding the garlic aioli made it just that much better. The coffee shop is in a cool little converted auto shop right across the street from the SEPTA train station. They've got a number of small tables and longer shared tables, making for a great place to meet up or grab a morning drink. Some folks do cowork there, but it can get quite crowded on the weekends and holidays. High chairs available for the little ones. There's not much parking in their lot, but there is street parking as well as parking at the train station. I'll be back again and again!

I loved the inside seating area and the outside seating will be nice on warmer days. There is a walking bath along the Delaware that you can visit too! I hung out inside for about 2 hours while I enjoyed coffee and an amazing grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. It was soooo good. I wish they were open a little later since they do have food items, I feel like they would still do well. And maybe live music on certain nights to make staying open worth while? Definitely coming back soon to grab a bite!

I adored their original location, as it was super quaint, quirky and cozy. When they first moved to this new spot, it felt a bit more clinical and commercial but they've done a great job of personalizing it, and I'm happy they kept a lot of the original furniture. My favorite item on their menu is the Whitefish Toast -- it comes on a fresh, thick, hearty piece of seeded toast, and the whitefish salad is dressed with pickled carrots and micro greens. It's a pretty generous portion at a reasonable price. I also love their seasonal Campfire latte, which is a rich, creamy delight with a touch of sweetness. On this visit, they had run out of the marshmallow topping but they kindly offered a partial refund to make up for it. The only downside is that this place gets packed early; by 8:45am, the only seat available was in the window. People seem to post up for the day with their laptops, and while everyone loves a good coffee shop work sesh, it seems ownership may need to institute a time limit so others can enjoy the atmosphere as well. If you're dreaming of stellar coffee, tasty locally-sourced food, and nearby access to the river, this place answers all your prayers.
