This was a trendy and hopping coffee shop! The barista was very friendly and schooled on offering me in-depth descriptions for the different coffee drink selections that I asked her about. The merchandise in the store was interesting also and they sold t-shirts and mugs too. I didn't stay for any quick eats, although they had a nice menu selection to choose from. Since it was the start of the fall season, I ordered a pumpkin chai latte which was very good! I really liked this coffee shop because the atmosphere was open and airy and there was also ample seating outdoors which was a plus!

    Iced coffee! Amazing!

I love it here! Just coming for coffee for the first time and it was made perfectly! Costumer service is amazing, no attitude or annoyance from anyone! The iced coffee with hazelnut, coffee cubes and almond milk was not very strong (which is what I love!)! Perfect! Perfect! perfect! Definitely coming back!

Went on a Sat morning - Chaotic energy, understaffed, and coffee was sour. You're better off anywhere else for your morning brew.

The coffee and the food are both incredible, super tasty, and I really enjoyed it. The coffee was not overly sweet, the eggs are actually scrambled versus microwaved, incredible. My issue is that if you're there on a busy weekend like I was, a lot of times it is hard to hear when they call out names. They are also not writing the name on every drink. I happen to have the same name as somebody else there with different spellings. If they're not consistent on writing the name on the drink, then it is super easy to end up taking somebody else's. They also do not write what kind of drink it is so God forbid two people have the same exact name and a similar drink, you'll never know who's who's which can cause an issue with allergies. If they were consistent on braiding up names, and the order I probably would have bumped this to five star

A delightful surprise that goes to show the quality of craftsmanship and knowledge that goes into the drinks here at Covered Bridge. I can't admit I'm any sort of coffee snob, I don't drink it black or hot, but as much as I enjoy my insanely sweet lattes, this reminded me of why I drink coffee in the first place. The flavor is robust and deep even through the creaminess of the milk, and the sweetness is subtler than I'm used to. All around a flavorful and satisfyingly smooth latte that actually tastes LIKE COFFEE!! Service was excellent and fast! The young woman working today was so friendly and helpful and seemed prepared to help with advice or knowledge if needed. The in-store space is quaint and comfortable, and on every wall is a selection of goods, repurposed coffee bean bags, snacks, beans, merch, etc.

However, the coffee is just not great. I used reviews to find this place and thought finally a great cup of coffee. My husband got the regular drip coffee and it taste like water with the essence of coffee. I got the chai latte with espresso and although not great it was substantially better than the drip. I would definitely give this place another shot if I lived closer.

I'm not even a coffee drinker normally, yet somehow I always find myself ordering a latte here because they're just that good. And the matcha? Some of the best I've ever had. I've tried matcha several times in the past and honestly never enjoyed it... until I tried the Strawberry Matcha Dalgona. That drink completely changed my opinion on matcha. It's smooth, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and absolutely worth every dime. Also, the Tuscany Melt is hands down one of my favorite sandwiches. I adored their original location, as it was super quaint, quirky and cozy. When they first moved to this new spot, it felt a bit more clinical and commercial but they've done a great job of personalizing it, and I'm happy they kept a lot of the original furniture. My favorite item on their menu is the Whitefish Toast -- it comes on a fresh, thick, hearty piece of seeded toast, and the whitefish salad is dressed with pickled carrots and micro greens. It's a pretty generous portion at a reasonable price. I also love their seasonal Campfire latte, which is a rich, creamy delight with a touch of sweetness. On this visit, they had run out of the marshmallow topping but they kindly offered a partial refund to make up for it. The only downside is that this place gets packed early; by 8:45am, the only seat available was in the window. People seem to post up for the day with their laptops, and while everyone loves a good coffee shop work sesh, it seems ownership may need to institute a time limit so others can enjoy the atmosphere as well. If you're dreaming of stellar coffee, tasty locally-sourced food, and nearby access to the river, this place answers all your prayers.
