I have been craving boba and decided to go with the black tiger milk tea which I really enjoyed. I have had the plain pearl tea before and really enjoyed it. This one had a more caramel flavor to it from the sweetener of the boba and it was really good! And the concoction I got was basically just chocolate ice cream with everything all mixed together as a single shade of brown. I paid $12.95 for this terrible thing. I showed the staff the problem. They looked in my cup. They refused to do anything about it. I asked for more pistachio/kanafi crunch stuff and they replied that their manager wouldn't like that. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with this, so much so that I wrote corporate. KFT has no business selling this for $12.95. If you pay a premium price for something (drinks are normally $5 to $7 here), you expect it to be decent. I feel like I was severely cheated.
