With high ceilings and spacious aisles it's easy to get stuck in here for hours! I was on a mission to find rose gold earrings and I found only a few options. They have everything you can think of in silver and gold, both with bling and without. I came in here for two things and left with other items I forgot I needed as well -- like new earring pads for my clip on fancy earrings I wear for special occasions. And shoe spray! I have now been to this shop twice and each time I'm in awe of all the product they carry.

I didn't get any return labels (yes, of course I checked my junk emails). This seems pretty incompetent considering the original order, and subsequent follow up emails were sent to the proper email address, clearly they have it. Then when I did make my way to check out I asked him can you check if the security tag didn't leave a hole on the clothes (due to me having issues with that before) he had a little attitude but I didn't say anything I only had 3 items two little outfits for my baby and a toy for my 5 year old sister. When he finally scanned my sister little toy he threw it on the counter towards me. His attitude is absolutely disgusting I walked out that absolutely pissed me off and throwing things in front of a child, just horrible customer service this Ross used to be the best Ross now I consider it the worst. They don't value good customer service.
