Me and my woman have been going to this Burlington for the past 8 years now and today at around 3 pm we went and spent $280 in purchases As we where heading out, the security guard there heard the buzzer go off thinking my woman was stealing something from there. So he asked her to come back in and he he snatched two of the bags we purchased from my hand started treating us like we were stealing something instead of asking us to look at the receipt. He started getting angry from his tone and body language which pissed me off and we almost got into a fight. Dirty, disorganized and totally unacceptable. Check out lines always are extremely long but I'm not kidding - it took 35 minutes waiting in line to check out one shirt. Only two people working the register on a Saturday is ridiculous. Also the place is sketchy - any time you walk in and see security you know it's bad. I always seem to have great luck at finding what I need! I have found great purses in the past and more recently winter jackets and a scarf to match, Christmas print turtleneck tops that are so soft (and a great price at $6.99!), winter gloves with a gripper area for holding the steering wheel. Due to Covid-19, the dressing rooms are closed, everyone crowds around the mirrors spaced out in the store. I like the check out area that is all one line and then the next person is called to a certain register. This is great because I always seem to pick the "slow register". It's not super close to where I live, but worth the drive when I need something! read more

The place is falling behind the times. Others like this place have adapted. A lot of unkept aisles here and staffers who don't seem to want to be there. There are constantly malcontents outside in the parking lot too and made us feel very uncomfortable especially with kids in tow. read more

I try to give Burlingtons the benefit of the doubt because I can always count on them to leave with something BUT where are the workers ?! This last time I went I counted 11 registers yet there were only 2 cashiers checking out customers; not to mention 1 left as soon as it came for me to check out & said "I'm out bye". Not once have I ever seen more than 3 working & even then they had to call for help like 5 times. Anyhow to the good stuff, Burlingtons is my go to spot for my beauty/face products. Whether it be face masks, rose water or essential oils, that's my 1st stop. Next, I look for some athletic wear (I barely even workout haha) I'm always bound to find some nice Nike, Adidas or Tommy Hilfiger fits. Occasionally, I will look at purses & backpacks but my closet has said enough already! The decor is a hit or miss but still enough to get your wheels rolling on being creative. Overall, Burlingtons is the spot they just actually need to put people on registers vs them hiding in the dressing rooms or in the back. read more

This just rubbed me the wrong way.... WHY would an employee be allowed to hand write a sticky note asking the customer to do their job for them?!? While I am not one to leave my clothes in the dressing room anyway but that is the primary role of the attendants in the dressing room. Count clothing items and keep the rooms picked up and clean. If Burlington wants to make this a policy, them make a slice plaque and put in the dressing room. The lady was standing at the podium on her cell phone and obviously didn't want to do anything else either. Every dressing room had a sticky note! I needed a winter coat in the middle of December. The selection at this place was terrible. Maybe because its the middle of the season but the name of this store implies that there will be at least a decent selection. This is a cleaner and more organized store than other BCF's I've been to, probably because they didn't have much of a coat selection. I poked through some of their women's apparel. At least, I tried to look at their clothes. Their were 4 ladies working in the department that were scanning tags on the clothes or putting clothes on racks. They made it difficult if not impossible for shoppers to look at anything as they wouldn't move out of the way or would block of large sections of a rack. With 4 of them doing this at the same time, it was just too much of a hassle. read more

Went in today, they had 7 employees behind the counter...but only one working the register. They had 3 who were putting hangers on a stand while chatting, 1 that was being fat looking for food in the line full of customers, while the rest just gossiped. Poor customer service, when the line gets backed up, close your mouth and help out. Smh read more

I like this one. Plenty of parking, large inventory. I did find out recently that they no longer have a men's suit area. They still have really good prices on clothes. They also carry larger sized men's clothes, which is really hard to find. Usually the store is in pretty good shape unless there have been a lot of holiday shoppers tearing through it. read more

I enjoy shopping here b/c I can get name brand clothes at around 50% less than other retail outlets. You will definitely want to block out a good amount of time when you come here b/c the clothing brands are all mixed in with each other. IMO, it's worth the time & effort b/cof the amount of $$ you'll save. They also have stuff to decorate your house, perfume/cologne, & an assortment of other stuff. Just come check it out! read more

This place is a secert and let me tell you why. If you come to this location, this is the discount store. Where everything it like 80% off. YUP... You heard right. My fav section of this entire place is the kitchen goods. Where you can find cutting boards for like 4 bucks and more. Tons of candles, glassware, smell goods for so little in cost and its all major brand. If you need to go shopping for you kids, this is wear you want to take them. They have a large shoe department for cheap for kids and all their clothes are discounted. If you come in here, you will get lost just looking at all the amazing deals in here. It's close to my office and if I need a gift or some new duds I'll often check this place first. It used to have a much better selection of men's clothing. I guess that changes seasonally and as stock comes and goes like many discount retailers. Still -- a year or so I might have given it 4 stars for the selection and price. But after going there today, the selection was pretty dismal -- but the prices were still pretty good. Also, the cashier that helped me today was funny, personable and efficient. When I first looked at the reviews before typing this, I noticed that the reviews were not bad. That seamed strange to me since my exact words to my wife and kids when we left were "that was pretty much a dumpster fire." I noticed that I had the reviews on "Yelp sort," and most of what I saw was years old. It had also been years since we were here, and I had fairly positive memories. Now, shopping there was like shopping at a thrift store (without thrift store prices) where everything is just thrown together in whatever order they felt like. The cavernous open space just made it look worse. The real kicker was when my wife asked where women's jackets were (keep in mind the name of the store) and was told "we don't really sell jackets, but there might be some in this isle." That isle was full of the same random assortment of junk as the rest. +1 star for being literally on the 75 frontage road right off the exit, so at least it is easy to get to. read more

This is my new spot. I came here after being jaded by prices at the mall shopping for a trip. I was able to get a designer bathing suit, a skirt, tank top, two pairs of flip flops and a pair of shorts for my husband for $86. Have you seen bathing suit prices lately? Dillards and Nordstrom run $90-150. Don't go on the weekends when it busy and the dressing rooms are full. Friends don't let friends pay full price! read more

This location is pretty cool. I like it a lot better than the Grapevine Mills location. They have tons of selection, and I always find some pretty good deals. The store is so huge. Tons of parking. I just think the customer service needs to be improved drastically. All of the cashiers seem to have faces made of stone. Lines are always long, I don't think I've ever come here without waiting at least 10 minutes in line to check out. And there are really not enough fitting rooms to match the size of the store..they are always crowded as well. read more

I deducted one star for the rude staff. Surprisingly good selection of women's clothing at heavy discounted prices with name brands such as Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren. Found a beautiful Lauren dress for only $40.00. However, when I was trying on, the rude attendant fussed at Hubby for standing too close to the entrance of the fitting room. She kept telling him to back up, and when he would, she kept urging him to keep backing up. Hubby was by no means in anyone's way, and knew I wanted him to see what I was trying on. At checkout, four ladies were gathered at one end of the register counter. The one lady by herself at the line end, rolled her eyes and puffed that she will take the next in line all the while giving her co-workers the death stare. I like the selection they have but wow the customer service I got there was horrible! I found I good deal on some black jeans that where on clearance. They had a huge white stain on them so I asked the cashier if there was any way I could get a discount if not no problem I was still going to get them anyway. She was actually really friendly. She said sure let me find out and asked another lady. The lady responds with NO! It's not the end of the world cause it has a white stain on it. She said it so loud and extremely rude. (mind you she wasn't doing anything just chitchatting with a couple other ladies and the line was huge and only 2 cashiers open.) The cashier came back and looked embarrassed and said "sorry about that" I knew it wasn't her fault so I just let her know how rude that girl was and the cashier just apologized. Great selection of coats, clothes, home decor, and suitcases. You just have to be careful and look at the tags for sizes - because it can get really messy and scattered here. My biggest issues were with the staff. They were not friendly - and could use a couple of classes in customer service. We were there on 12/3/16 and it took us over 45 minutes to check out. Last time I went to the Burlington Coat Factory about 12 years ago to get a winter coat. It was in a different state. The store was full of rows and rows of coats. Went today to this location - ZERO WINTER COATS. Why is this store's name is still Coat Factory is beyond me. I was trying on clothes in the fitting room, and some man rudely yanked on the door and stood there in the middle of changing! How embarrassing. I would give it less than 1 star. The place is poorly managed and is a total mess. Items you need are either not in stock or you will find them on the floor in absolutely horrible condition and with no price tag. And what they will do at the check out is get a superior like product and scan it and expect you to pay that higher price for that piece of junk that you will pick off the floor. The cashiers and even the manager at the store. Ashok, was extremely rude and have no customer service skills. I've been coming to this store for 8 years but will not be shopping there anymore.
