I highly recommend this location due to the Runway selection. I found a Burberry jacket that I just love! The service was good and the store was overall organized. When I am in the area I will definitely return. read more

I hadn't been to this location and wanted to check it out. The parking lot was pretty packed. It just seemed a little messy and to not have quite the selection as other stores I've been to. It seemed to have carts of items that were going to be stocked but instead it made shopping difficult to get through the aisles. I was looking to see if they had any Angel jeans since they are my absolute favorite, so I asked a young girl working there. She looked at me like I had 2 heads and said I don't know, it's only my second day! Well, you could have taken some initiative and gone to ask someone that might know. I looked around and did manage to find a couple of items I wanted you to buy so the trip wasn't a total loss. read more

The Best TJ Maxx in DFW. Never too busy and the lines are always short. Often has better inventory than many of the larger stores in the area. read more

Just a very shoddy run place. The women's restroom was sealed off and the men's restroom reeked. It looked like nobody took any time to keep this place clean. Almost threw up being forced to use the restroom with the only "toilet paper" being those brown rolled up towels that was soaked on the floor. Outside is shady as well with little sense of security. read more

I love going to this T J MAXX because 1) closest to me and 2) fantastic staff! The employees are always greeting me and working hard at their part. Although, some selection at this particular TJ MAXX is smaller than other locations, it is very convenient to quickly stop by for things you need or are looking for. It is across from another store that also has TJ acronym LOL; so, definitely need to stop by here when you are stopping by there. Back to TJ MAXX, you can find lots of great clothing and beauty selections are low price than the brand websites or other competitive markets. A lot of candles and other products are marked down each day. During the markdowns, the selection is limited; so, that's a downside for me. read more

I found this location to be a bit unorganized. Don't get me wrong, it's not like there was stuff all over the floor or anything like that, no no what I'm referring too is that the sizes were not where they should of been. Making my visit longer than it needed to bc of the wrong items being placed on the wrong size. I do like that they have been carrying a more versatile selection on face masks. The purses are nice and fairly priced. But for clothes, I would not come back to this location. read more

Karol R (1136) went out of her way to assist us on 7/13/24. I waited 48 hours before trying to access the survey on the receipt and was expired. Karol was friendly, efficient, and very professional! The store was busy and the line waiting to pay was long. Still, Karol made sure we were taken care of perfectly. She's a treasure! read more

sold a broken product to me and didn't realize until I got home. the cashier didn't even see it. when I came back to return it was completely still in the packaging. I was told they didn't know what transpired between the time I bought and returned it. essentially calling me a liar. did not refund or take the return and threw it away in the trash can outside. ridiculous. start checking your products before you buy them because they clearly don't. Stop selling broken products tj max And give your customers the benefit of the doubt. Made me feel like an idiot for even coming in questioning what I did to it in front of the whole line. read more

Store management is awesome. Store manager was on the floor working and interacting with customers. Store is clean, organized, and well run. Loved that they had carts in the middle of the store because I forgot to grab one at the front when I first walked in. Customer service was fabulous. You can tell employees are well trained. Thank you for a great experience! read more

Wonderful staff especially Bozana who helped me bring my bags to the car. She went above and beyond. I would really like to do the survey but I lost my receipt but 20 stars for Bozana!! read more

Not much of a good selection, trash can full at entry, nasty rugs, lot littered, not my preferred location.

I contemplated writing a review about this certain TJ Maxx because I didn't want everyone to know about my hidden secret getaway that is filled with MANY hidden treasures and will suck you in. I always thought TJ Maxx was a hit or miss(most of the time miss) until I went to this particular location. They have everything from Michael Kors, Dooney & Bourke, Fossil, Guess, Lucky and everything from high to low brands at this store. You have to dig for it, and you will find something. I think their prices are reasonable, and it's the store I tend to go to if I want to find good stuff for cheaper. I love their home decor section, and I love the variety of stuff they have here. Come here if you want to get lost in the store. read more

I have a friend that raves about TJ Maxx, how awesome it is, how she always finds good crap for cheap. I also see the commercials on tv where it looks like "their" buyers get legit looking goods for the store. Well, maybe I'm blind. I never see good stuff here. First of all, the store is a mess. What other way can a discount store like this be organized though? It makes sense for the type of merchandise they house. I just don't have the time or the patience to dig and look at disheveled clothing and randomly strewn accessories and shoes. Meh, sorry TJ Maxx, guess i'm not Maxxinista material read more

I went to this TJ Maxx this weekend looking for a jacket, black candle, and tea kettle. I was looking for either a jean jacket or a black jacket with a hood. I had purchased a black candle at the TJ Maxx in Irving, so I thought that maybe I could find one here. This is a decent TJ Maxx, but it doesn't have to selection that I find if I go to the TJ Maxx in Frisco, Plano or Irving. I didn't find the black candle. I also did find the black jacket but did find a jean jacket. The tea kettles that they had were all more than I want to pay. I will go to another TJ Maxx to look for the black candle and more selection of tea kettles. read more

IF YOU APPROVE OF EMPLOYEE ABUSE, THEN BY ALL MEANS SHOP HERE. On Saturday July 8 2019, waiting to check out, I overheard someone getting ripped a part in a vicious ass chewing. It ended up being my cashier who was the victim. She looked ready to cry. After checking out, I walked past a mean-looking middle age lady who gave me the nastiest look I've ever received. I don't know any more than that, but it's enough to NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME in that dysfunctional business. Of course the cashier was minimum wage. If you think it was none of my business, you're right. But the face of the young cashier was so sad this is not "business" this is ABUSE. AND I CAN'T ACCEPT IT. read more

If you pull TJ Maxx up on iphone maps it says it opens at 10am..... but actually opens at 11. Could you please fix that?

Hispanic girl at the jewelry has a very nasty attitude. I stood there didnt offer any help never even acknowledge me. I had to call her over. When the ring didnt fit, instead of offering me other options she just walked away. I decided to leave, told her thanks for her help as i left she just turned to look at me and went back to whatever she was doing. read more

T J Maxx - Dingy area... - Department Stores Near Me - Dallas, Texas

There is a whole grouping of stores like this one that make me picture people fighting over garments on the day after xmas... this one didn't impress me at all. Now I should disclose that I hate shopping in general... but this store didn't have much that appealed to me at all. Racks seem message and mixed up and the luggage section (which I came for) was SERIOUSLY lacking in choices. There was a young lady by the door and I found one bag that was banged up pretty good, but it had a mark down tag. I asked if that was the price because of the wear and tear or ??? and she was like "thats the price" and was done talking to me. A good sales person would have gotten someone to actually answer the question AND perhaps sell me a damn bag. thanks for nothing... read more

The line was so long and only 2 cashiers, a third one finally showed up. Shawn was a cashier and kept getting on her phone texting between customers while a long line was waiting. When my husband and I went to pay she didn't even acknowledge us. She kept talking to coworkers and then just walked away without saying anything and went and started gossiping with another employee. The manger finally told her girl go finish your customers. Still no acknowledgement or apologies. I thought this was very rude and not professional at all. read more

Ugh. Darlene, the checkout lady was wearing ugly dirty blue gloves while handling all my belongings I purchased. Why the gloves? And please, if you are workIng in customer service and dealin face to face with customers I thinK it may be important to make eye contact and don't act so disRespectful; try a nice welcoming smile and be basically well, nice? Dirty store....never straightened or cleaned, rude store manager. Always so messy that you can't see what they've got

I dreaded going in here because the idea of a mess of clothing and having to dig through items stresses me out. My boyfriend forced me to go in here because he was on a mission to find tall glasses because ours are apparently too small. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in! No clothes on the floor, no piles and things were actually organized by category on shelves and racks! I was honestly excited to walk up and down isles! This place can be dangerous! There are so many items I wanted but didn't need! Needless to say we found the glasses we were looking for and at a decent price! I'll definitely return here again and I would recommend it to anyone if needing clothing, decor, bags, glassware, etc. read more

Typical TJ Maxx- but they seem to have less quality housewares (decor, dishes) than they did before. I give it 2 stars because I've noticed a very annoying thing here and I hope to God other retail stores DONT DO THIS. They have an employee standing in the check out line commenting on things in your basket: oh that's cute, oh you only want one of those, do you have a TJM card?...WTH? Get behind the register and help speed up this checkout line lady! I'm not here for nonsense chit chat! Please STOP doing this! read more

I really don't want to post this up because I don't want to share this with anyone. But I would do every deal hunting shopaholic a disservice if I didn't. They have a runway collection!! This is the first time I've seen a TJ with Dvf dresses, Chloe, Gucci and jimmy choo handbags!!! I wanted to buy everything or maybe just hide them so I could come back! read more

This TJM has some nice things. It may be because its on Preston but I'm not complaining. The only time I ever see staff is at the register. So if you need assistance, good luck. TJM is a place you can get lost for hours looking at ransom stuff you do/don't need. You can find some good deals and somethings you can get elsewhere. Overall, brand name, good quality items are sold here. Usually you can find me in housewares. It's a mess back there but I like digging. Kinda fun. read more

Erica, the so-called Manager, has a very nasty attitude and is the epitome of who not to promote to deal with people (employees or customers). She looks like she hates her job, doesn't smile often, and is combative when questioned. Why are these stores promoting the worst employees? It is so disheartening to those of us who have been loyal customers for most of our lives. If I find my items I purchased at another T.J. Maxx I will be returning all $200.00 to that poorly managed store ASAP! read more

I found a beautiful dress and the cashier, Lauren, was phenomenal, however, the manager on duty, Judith, was rude and dismissive! The dress that I loved was the last one but had a stain on the shoulder. I mentioned it to Lauren when I got to the front and she said she would ask her manager--Judith--if there was anything she could do for me. Judith didn't even come to speak to me and waved Lauren off saying that she doesn't give discounts for stains because I can just wash the dress. As if a quick wash will get this set in stain out of my WHITE dress. I was Irritated but I bought the dress and tried to wash it and this stain is NOT lifting. I'm extremely upset and Judith didn't even try to hear my concerns. The ONLY reason I'm giving this store 2 stars is because Lauren was exceptional. TJ Maxx should really watch who they hire to manage their stores because the Frisco manager did not care at all. read more

Off my list of places to shop. Love TJ but not this one...stuff all over the floor and shelves trashed out. Two employees were right beside me standing in a messy aisle and asked if I was finding everything. Hey employees, look down and pick up your store. read more

Went to scoop up some house decor items, ended buying socks, shoes, jewelry and a makeup brush too! Went to check out and saw what looked like a line at Disney World in the dead of summer. After about 5 minutes of waiting, a nice associate started walking up and down the line offering complementary pop and water for the wait. Still waited another 20 minutes to get thru the line but was super impressed at the concern for their customers! read more

If you are the type of shopper to have a goal in mind and want to pop in and get it, go to another store and pay full price. But if you're like me and don't mind digging through racks of clothes to find a good deal, TJ Maxx is the place for you. This location has a great selection to dig through to your heart's content. It has more purses than any other locations in the area, and generally feels more organized. Dressing rooms are clean and staff is friendly. read more

I had previously determined this TJ Maxx has the best selection of designer purses available out of any I've been to. I was having a difficult time finding a new purse to suit me, so I headed here. There were of course, lots of purses, but to me it looked like there were less designer names this time around. I did appreciate that the more expensive purses had a lock with an extension type cord so you could actually pull them out and look at them. I did have to ask an associate to unlock one to look at it in the mirror, but he was already in the purse section re-organizing so it was convenient. Alas, I left without a new purse which was pretty disappointing. I probably won't be back for a while given the current purse selection. read more

I'm a pretty big fan of TJMaxx. This location is pretty great, but if you can make it up to Frisco, that store has more to offer. This location is close for me, so I frequent it regularly. They carry several brand names. One of my favorite things to buy here are Kathy Van Zeeland purses, they cost half as much as they do at Macy's. If you're into high-end brands, there is a special section of the store with boutique buys. There is a beauty department where you can purchase everything from shampoo to face cream, a great shoe department, and I always find something in the home goods aisle. If you've been searching for the perfect something, you should check out TJ's. read more
