While was unable to find anything to my liking at this location, it was worlds away better than the OKC store. It was clean and organized, the staff was helpful and there was a much larger selection of items. I would definitely come back again but I recommend getting there early if you wear a popular size as things do run out. If you don't find exactly what you are looking for, rest assured there is an actual Nordstrom right around the corner at The Galleria.

As luck would have it, I decided to finish out some built-in kitchen cabinets with Elfa sliding baskets, sadly without the Elfa sale happening. Since this built-in sideboard has a 17" depth, I am limited in my choices. I was greeted when I entered and I wanted to just walk around and see what was new since my last visit at another store. Another team member followed up and she was very helpful in selecting the rolling baskets we needed to match what we installed over 10 years ago. I don't know why we didn't do them all at the same time, but it was probably cost prohibitive at the time during our kitchen remodel. We made our way up front to the checkout counter to wait in line, but our sales lady was able to scan and tabulate and finalize our purchase right in our cart! Pretty cool! We didn't need any bags so we were on our way in no time! My receipt was emailed to me and we went home and installed the rolling baskets within the hour! A great feeling of organization and accomplishment!

We stopped by the girls' clothing section and found many options and great sale prices. The female sales representative in this department was helpful in locating a dress in a different size. However, downstairs at the ladies' shoe department some of the staff were the complete opposite. One young lady in this department was pleasant and knowledgeable. She was assisting multiple customers while her coworker was wanders around not helping. The rep at the Finish Line counter wasn't as friendly when I asked about price matching an online price. Overall, we found a nice dress and shoes.

The aisles were wide enough for a few people to be on each without you bumping into each other, and the staff was pretty nice. I was greeted while v'rooming over to the shoes and upon check out the young man was very polite and was sincere in his conversation. (When you meet a good person, you just know.) My dad reminded me Walmart does them for a good price. So I made an appointment and off I went. Well first off, they were great about getting me in on a Saturday morning, despite me having made an appt. at the wrong location lol. They had space for me and the guys were friendly and the service was quick and cheap comparatively. I got my car taken care of in less than an hour. I will definitely be back for other car service needs in the future.
