This review is specifically for the auto center. I needed an oil change and those are getting pricey at your typical auto centers, especially if you use synthetic oil as most of the new cars do. My dad reminded me Walmart does them for a good price. So I made an appointment and off I went. Well first off, they were great about getting me in on a Saturday morning, despite me having made an appt. at the wrong location lol. They had space for me and the guys were friendly and the service was quick and cheap comparatively. I got my car taken care of in less than an hour. I had a birthday cake ordered when the cake decorator had to take a leave of absence. Mohammad, the store manager, stepped right up to the plate and pulled strings to ensure my cake would still be ready! He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of! I closed a BBB complaint voluntarily today saying I had expressed my concerns to one of their representatives numerous times and I he had asked me "what can I do to get you back" - my initial response was "nothing...etc" it's systemic. I then sent him another email as a hint telling him still HAD to purchase their nicotine gum & lozenges. I ordered a box this morning, it typically shows up in 34 hrs. It shipped 7 hrs ago from a suburb about an hour away and is now delayed until tomorrow. I called the 800 number, waited o their AI to stop trying to keep me away from a live agent who I told "cancel it" and hung up. IF they attempt delivery, there is a sign on my door refusing it Same store that refused to carry out a 35 ib desk even after I told them I have had 2 spine reconstructions and showed them the scars - how does this manager still have a job? The shelves in this store never seems to be stocked very well. One thing that I find particularly irritating - the WalMart personal shoppers that are selecting items for online orders and they leave their shopping apparatuses in the middle of the aisle and it is very hard to complete our shopping! I was in the area and needed to pick up a couple of items so I braved the crowds on a mid day Saturday. The check out lines were way backed up, both the self check outs and full service lines. The full serve lines seemed the better bet today so we waited in one of those. Our checker lady was very slow. I had placed green and yellow zucchini squash in bag. They were both the same price. My checker lady proceeded to remove my yellow squash and place them directly on her glass scale so she could weigh it separately from the green zucchini squash! You have got to be kidding me! First of all, I don't want her touching my squash and secondly I certainly don't want them touching her dirty scale! And can I mention once more - that they are the same exact price! This is why the lines are backed way up with 4-5 customers each. The self check line was snaked around but next time if I am in this same situation, I will choose the self checkout line and keep my green and yellow squash together! read more

Always lines well over 5 ahead of you, every damn item under lock & key in cosmetics w/1 person working the entire area left to both checkout a line of people & assist those attempting to get items out of the case. This Walmart had a great selection of items. We went in and was able to find everything we needed from toiletries, food, clothes, and shoes. The lines were not long. For the first time in a long time just about every register was open. That made it truly convenient for us. After shopping, we had McDonald's, which is located inside of the store. Experienced quite a few difficulties with this location that make this store best to pass on and try elsewhere. Worst issue experienced was an online order for pickup was unavailable. Had the order shipped from the store instead, and it was delivered to the wrong address. After trying to have phone support contact the driver "Mary" without any luck, I was informed I'd have to call again in 2 hours to get a replace. Call again and I'm told that I can't get a replacement because the photo shows it's delivered but it's not my house. When the call was escalated to a Supervisor, he states that Walmart won't do anything because of the photo evidence. My apartment gates are locked on Sundays, and don't look the same. After I inform the Supervisor and he checks it out, he apologizes and gives me a refund. Almost lost $300 because of the store's error. Before this incident, I tried to buy electronics after 10pm. When I ask for help in the electronic section, a lady tells me that the department has left for the day and I'll have to ask someone up front. Go to cash out and the closing supervisor says they don't have the keys for electronics. So I'd have to come back tomorrow. If this isn't enough, there were palettes getting soaked from a leak in the roof. Then the guy that showed up just moved them and didn't dry off or remove the soaked paletts. One last issue I had is that when I was looking for an item in the store, the lady told me to go find the person in "that department" and ask her about it. When I asked her for some guidance, she said she didn't speak English. Tried Spanish and that was a no go as well. Tried speaking with another gentleman, but he didn't speak English either. The bummer of it all is that there are decent service representatives here, but they are far and few between. The lady I eventually reached for my item was gracious, and my cashier was stellar. But this is far too many issues to have experienced for only shopping here for one month. read more

I like Walmart because you can get your oil changed while you shop. I like the convenience part of it (being able to get most of my shopping in one roof). This Walmart literally never has any food products in their grocery section. I come here to try and get my grocery shopping done and out of the way but they literally are always out of stuff. Even coming in at night doesn't help, they don't restock until they close the store. If I could leave less than 1star I would. 2 screwups in less than a month. I order was not delivered at even though it said it was. My savings grace was there was no photo of the delivery. Yesterday my order is was supposed to be here between 3 and 5. At 630 I started calling. I was on the phone with them on and off after being disconnected multiple times when asking to speak to a manager. I tried cancelling the order but I couldn't. Every associate I spoke to tried to cancel the order even though I told them they couldn't, "oh, just let me try" I was so furious. I was told there was no driver (still wouldn't let me cancel) then it was loaded and then finally dispatched this was about 845. My groceries were delivered at 1030. I get up a 4 so luckily my nephew was here to bring them in and put them away. I spend about $600 a month at this store BUT NO MORE. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN. read more

Male cashier could barely speak English, appeared completely disorganized and was very rude and seemed to blow off my concern about a problem the Walmart technician might have caused. I love this Walmart. It's huge and has a good variety of items for sale. I can usually find what I need plus some. The employees are the usual I-hate-my-job-&-my-life lot but what else can one expect from people that get paid minimum wage? I like that they now have an organic produce section but it's still a little bit higher priced than Trader Joe's. I like that Walmart finally got with the program and started offering a lot more organic grocery options in general. Parking can sometimes be a pain but still always available even though they might be further away then our lazy American butt would like ;) They also have an Auto center and outdoor living section which is great for those seeking these items. They also have self check out which is great as long as you don't get the machines with the super sensitive weights. I prefer to bag my items appropriately instead of them being thrown in a bag by their cashiers. read more

I came here to buy a new car battery since I bought my last one at Walmart in Plano. The old one lasted me years and was pretty reliable so I figured I would come back here for my next one. I would've rather just driven to the same Walmart to get my new one because this location is CRAP. The staff here are SO lazy and literally have the worst customer service. They act like they have no work to do and the guy behind the counter had a hash brown in his hand as he's helping me. The other guy is on his phone and could literally care less. Arrived at this store at 7:03pm on a Tuesday night and was told that the Customer Service desk was closed. The store doesn't close until 11pm so you're meaning to tell me that this location is open for 4 hours without any options regarding help with purchases or returns?? Doesn't make sense, seems more like the associates who work that department don't really feel like working.
