I submitted a claim for replacement luggage issued and allowed by United Airlines on 12/12/2024. Status on their page shows it is waiting to be shipped on 12/26/2024. According to Ryann's Luggage all replacements would be executed in 7-10 days. Today's date is 1/20/2025. Still nothing!!! I have called and left messages as well as send emails to customer service with no reply. In my opinion this is a poorly run operation. The company does not reply to emails or phone calls. This does not build credibility. It has been over a month and still NO REPLACEMENT!!!! read more

I had gone to a luggage store in Grapevine who was unable to perform the repair needed for my suitcase. I had a missing wheel and they sent me to Renz to have it taken care of. When I showed up at Rynn's, although it was in a warehouse type space, I had confidence that they would be able to take care of the issue. Even if that meant taking a few days. Upon opening the door I was greeting with a couple of smiles and a "we'll be right with you". They looked at the suitcase and said let us have our techs check it out. And while I was waiting they offered me a seat and a bottle of water. Small touch, but much appreciated! Charlene ( pretty sure that was her name) said they would either find a matching red wheel or a black one. Either way there was a solution in sight. I hung out for about 15 more minutes and $35 later I had a new wheel and the suitcase was good as new. (I had only used it twice when the wheel was pulled off by luggage handlers on a trip). All in all, great experience. Charlene gives five star service. When I have an issue I'll be back. (P.S. they also sell suitcases as well for a decent price!) Thanks for the great service. read more

I flew American Airlines and my carry-on bag was gate checked. It ended up being damaged beyond repair when I picked it up from luggage claim. It was 11:00PM and I just wanted to go home so I called the airline the next day after chatting with someone and realized I only had 24 hours to make a report. I ended up having to go back to the airport so AA could examine my bag which someone did based off a chart on the wall in 5 seconds. They had me return home with the bag so they could process my claim. Several hours later this Rynn's Luggage emails with a link to my replacement bag options. I think Rynn's is affiliated with the airlines based on reviews and research. The selection was slim and mostly bags by an unknown brand that could be associated with this whole process of damages bags. I picked a bag that I now don't like and have little use for. American Airlines closed the claim and I am sure they are happy but I have a bag that cost me 0.00 but is of little use. read more

This company is terrible. United accepted my claim and I submitted the photos and documentation. Got an email from Rynn's calling it normal wear and tear and refused to respond to my follow up. If United is paying and agreed to accept the damage why are they imposing fake rules on what is normal??? Also, I have never heard of zippers falling off brand new luggage used 3 times be considered normal wear and tear. read more

Rynn's quickly replaced the entire zipper pull that was ripped off during travel. Pricing was reasonable. Customer service was great.

Rynn's Luggage has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. After the airline damaged my luggage, they were assigned to handle the repair or replacement. First, they refused to replace the bag with the same brand I originally had. When I asked for the bag to be returned instead, they claimed that wasn't possible. Only after the airline intervened and asked them to return the luggage did they finally agree--but even then, they didn't follow through properly. I provided the correct address via email, but they still sent it to an old address where we no longer live, in a completely different state. We had recently moved due to the Palisades fire, so this was a particularly stressful and avoidable mistake. Communication has been awful throughout this entire process--slow, unhelpful, and frustrating. They've shown zero accountability and even less customer service. Nobody should be forced to deal with a disorganized and careless company. If I could leave zero stars, I would. read more

Have an open claim for two months, I've tried emailing and calling and I've had no luck. They will not respond.

My claim was accepted. They gave me a tracking number. However Ryan's luggage did not enter the address correctly and it was returned to them. I called to have another bag sent out and supposedly a supervisor approved sending another bag out before the first one arrived back at Ryan's. That was a lie. No bag came so I called again. The rep was passive aggressive with me on the phone. I was not rude but she could not comprehend the situation and essentially hung up on me when I questioned her. Not a good company to deal with. Apparently they can't manage the business they have been given by the airlines. Too bad they are the only choice offered. read more

I then had to purchase a new piece of luggage for the return trip home. Sent all info to Rynn's...no response. Quick resolution and awesome replacement. We received the replacement the very next day.

When I picked up my luggage at baggage claim there was one wheel damaged. I contacted the airline which then put me in touch with Ryan's. I filled out their dorm, added photos, and sent it in. I almost immediately got approved for a new suitcase. I selected one from the options provided and within three days had a new bag. Start to finish-- under a week. Amazingly efficient. read more

I called Rynn's yesterday and spoke to someone who looked up my claim. A few hours later, I was sent a link to select a piece of luggage. They look to be high quality. Per British Airways, I sent my broken Rimowa luggage and Ryann's has had it since November 3rd. The only way to reach them is to track your claim online. They still haven't updated the claim to show they received it. I've sent them 6 emails and left 2 voicemails and they have NOT replied to me. They have my $1000 broken luggage and yet have no sense of urgency in letting me know what's going on. If I don't hear from this this week I'm calling British Airways and making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau read more

I have to say I was very impressed on how easy the process was to get my damaged luggage replaced with Rynn's. After filing a claim with air Canada (which was the most painful part of the process) and waiting about a month for them to refer us to Rynn's luggage , once we enter the website and fill out a simple application with pictures, a week later we received a link to order our new bag and in less than a week we got a new bag sent to us. I was scared that it was going to take us at least another month to start a claim again with a different company but everything was very smooth. read more

My checked-in luggage was damaged after returning back after an American Airlines international flight. My husband and I reported it upon arrival to SJC. After returning home and emptying out my luggage, my husband drop off my luggage to an American Airlines desk some days after our trip. American Airlines had my luggage sent to Rynn's Luggage, a company that they partner with, for repair. I was very impressed with the quality of work done for my luggage when I received it back in the mail a few days ago. The entire process from drop off, to repair, to luggage send back took a little under 2 weeks. My luggage was well-packaged when mailed and looks brand new again. Rynn's Luggage even went above and beyond in fixing another smaller damage to my luggage (although it wasn't the main one). I highly recommend reaching out to Rynn's Luggage for any of your luggage repairs and recommend other airlines to partner with them for their luggage repair needs! read more

I had a bag thrown on a conveyor belt causing a wheel to break loose. It was an an airport where United didn't have baggage service. I was told to process my claim through Rynn's Luggage. I was frankly VERY SURPRISED at how promptly and smoothly the claim was processed, it was clear the luggage could not be repaired, and a brand new and comparable (if not better) bag was sent to me via FEDEX at no charge. No complaints from me about this experience whatsoever. read more

A disaster from start to finish. Contacted them when my luggage was damaged in Dec 2024 as per AA policy. Did all the uploading of photos etc. Heard nothing. Chased in January 2025 and finally got an email. Because its a rimowa case they said I would need to send it to them. I have an email confirming all this. They said a fedex label would come 24 hrs later. No label. I have phoned 5 more times since then and got through to an answer machine and asked them what I should be doing (nothing in spam folder as well). Its 3 months since the damage and I am still no where. I would not recommend them at all. The decent thing would be to at least ring me back on the number I am leaving on their never answered answering machine. read more

Fantastic service. I was able to have the wheels replaced on 2 large, vintage Halliburton aluminum cases, while I waited! These guys have been in the industry for years and it shows. The price to repair was way under what I was expecting. I can only believe the negative reviews I have read are based upon anger and frustration with the airlines, rather than the service provided by these experts. Highly recommended. read more

Rynn accepted my TUMI bag to be repaired from AA. Any reputable luggage repair shop would have recognized that TUMI bags need to be returned to TUMI for repair, or the warranties are invalidated. They didn't bother and tried to patch up a bag that was completely destroyed and send it back to me as if it was repaired- with trim still torn off and the zipper separated from the suitcase. They invalidated the warranty and didn't fix the bag- and I have been without it for 6 months. Horrible work and unethical behavior in not returning the bag to TUMI. read more

Flying home from Denver on United, my Louis Vuitton Pegase 70 was damaged horribly by the baggage handlers. There was a large gash at the base, and one of the bumpers was torn. United sent the piece to Rynn's, and Rynn's sent it to Louis Vuitton for authentication and an estimate. I knew the process and repair would take a long time, and I informed them that I had a business trip scheduled for December. Rynn's assured me they would do everything they could to get it back to me in time. But after they obtained the estimate from LV, (which, as you can imagine, was hefty,) they sent it to United who took an entire month to approve it! We were cutting it close, but Rynn's worked with LV to get it done on a rush. The Rynn's team got it to me today, just in time for my flight out tomorrow. WELL DONE! And a special "thank you" to Seema (sp?) who worked so diligently with FEDEX yesterday to make sure I got it today. Thank you, Rynn's! You are awesome! read more
