Budget friendly shopping...just like any other location, I still don't understand why they have the items color tagged on the hangers (s, m, l, etc) but rows of items are still out of size order; but this is a small thing I'll deal with in order to shop for something cute but still save money. It's summer, it's humid..I was on a mission for booty shorts, but I didn't expect to find an ample selection of dresses that I like and are in my size! From now on, I'll bypass all other locations and come to this one instead. Btw from my experience, the customer service was nice. .maybe it's because it's a week day and they weren't extremely busy read more

What a mistake to shop at the store. The security person stands, chewing his gum and watches why they so cashier checks out all of your items and then stop you to review your receipt as you walk out the door. There's no dishonesty option. It's just pure inappropriate overreaching by a retail store. I won't be back in any rational customer should not go back here either. There's many of other legitimate businesses to shop at. They don't have such stupid policies. If you want to alienate customers who are happy to pay for their goods rather than steal them, this is a guaranteed way to do it. read more

I I could rate this location -negative stars I would. I came in on Monday 10/14/2024 around 9pm and was about to check out 15 min before closing the young man was rude and very unprofessional. First of all over the speaker when he was announcing that the store was closing he was saying "make your way to the front to check out you have 30 min we are tired and wanna go home" Like I understand but that is very unprofessional and just ghetto the way he said it. Then when I did make my way to check out I asked him can you check if the security tag didn't leave a hole on the clothes (due to me having issues with that before) he had a little attitude but I didn't say anything I only had 3 items two little outfits for my baby and a toy for my 5 year old sister. When he finally scanned my sister little toy he threw it on the counter towards me. His attitude is absolutely disgusting I walked out that absolutely pissed me off and throwing things in front of a child, just horrible customer service this Ross used to be the best Ross now I consider it the worst. They don't value good customer service. read more

Ross commercials always make the store look more organized and appealing than reality. I wish Ross stores were kept more organized throughout the day and more cashiers to reduce long lines and waits. This is my second Ross visit in the same day, two different locations, both having the same issue. Long lines, not organized stores. read more

It is very offensive to walk 15 foot after checkout and then have every item taken out of your bags and checked - especially to the elderly woman having trouble standing. The store is quite hot. I will never go back. read more

LOVE ROSS!! However, I was shopping today (great finds) and when I came out I noticed someone tried to break into my car. They punched in my lock and damaged my property. I have reported to the police and can't wait to hear what they find when they look at the parking lot footage! Someone must have driven by then because nothing was taken. For your safety, find a different Ross. read more

When I walked in they offered sanitizer for carts and paper towels. I was surprised to find something for this weekend and the changing rooms where available to use they skipped every other to keep distance. As I cashed out the cashier was talking on the phone with her air pod but I don't mind. Got checked out fast and friendly. read more

I have been a Ross fan for years. I have purchased various items from them, including delicate items such as glass. Never once have I had anything to break because they would always wrap delicate items in paper or if no paper they would use plastic bags or any means to prevent breakage. Well, today I purchased a glass canister and did not notice that the cashier did not wrap it. By the time I got home, it was smashed to pieces. I immediately trashed it due to how dangerous it is to transport a plastic bag of glass back to the store. I called the store to explain what happened and that the cashier neglected to wrap my container. After explaining that unless I return the item, a refund could not be done, she rudely and abruptly stated that one, they were out of paper due to Christmas just ending and two, staff is not required to wrap items nor are they trained to do so!!!! What!!! How ignorant. I cannot image that Ross would sell so many delicate things and would not train staff how to bag properly! Even grocery stores will wrap certain things. The employee didn't even try to show concern for what happened. Ok, so it was only $9 but at this point it is the principle of poor customer service! I ended the conversation by saying, so I guess what you're saying is that y'all don't care! Moral of the story, if you go to this ROSS and plan to buy a delicate item, then BYOWP...bring your own wrapping paper AND expect an unfriendly cashier and awful phone etiquette from store personnel. read more

Rude and unprofessional. If you ask why you can't get assistance the only answer you gonna get is "NO" from the cashier.

It was nice and clean everyone was polite. You cannot beat the price stopping for the kids shopping for me. I went to get new sheets for the bed and everybody was getting new sheets and pillows at the same time it was pretty crazy.Come on people you're getting a great price is at a discount store how could you give this place low stars read more

I've been to a few other locations in the Metroplex and quite honestly this location is just like all the others. The deals are great and I can tell that the employees make an effort to keep each article of clothing where they're supposed to be in terms of sizes. Not much else to say about this place. read more

Ross is normally the first place I go to find affordable clothing. I can spend $100 & be set for the season. Although Ross is good for clothing, I also go there for bedroom items (mirrors, decor, candles & etc.), cosmetic items, bathroom items & etc. It's a go to place if I can't find something at maybe Burlingtons, TJ Maxx or Marshalls. However, this location was bit of a disappointment. I came out with 2 items, which is not the norm. Being that I used to work at Ross, I know how often they get trucks & when but this location wasn't much to be desired. I was greeted upon entering but wasn't spoke to any time after that other than going to the dressing room & a quick "Have a nice day!". I'd also like to make note 2 cashiers is NOT enough, be prepared to wait a min in line. I also wish they had more "business" women style clothing like blazers but those are a major hit or miss unfortunately. Overall, I don't expect too much customer service from Ross just affordable & trendy clothing. read more

What do you expect it's Ross, there is going to be long lines, babies crying in the store and the racks will be a hot mess BUT if you have the time and patience you might find some great things. Like the black leather italian tote bag I got for under $60 showing online for $200 or the new suede pumps for $22 instead of $55 at DSW. They have some cool new furniture items as home decor as well. Just make sure you have an hour to burn. read more

Decent priced items. Customer service on the other hand is bad. I had bought some pants and realized once I got to my car that they rung up the wrong price. So I went in to get it changed but when I told them they had be get back in line after I had just waited in line but had to go back in because of their mistake. Than they did not believe that I bought the item because they rung up something else. I ended up leaving an unhappy customer. read more

I bought 6 large flower pots today. I was told I could not take the cart to my car and return it myself. I had to carry one pot at a time from the store to my car. Ross needs to change their cart policy. read more

Terrible customer service! Today I stopped by and the customer in front of me got yelled at by the cashier and literally told to "get out"! The guy asked for a manager and was told he would have to wait and basically was ignored by all of the employees on staff. I couldn't believe how rude their staff is. read more

Since my 2013 review, the inferior check-out system at Ross has not improved. At 1:00 on 8/20/2015 two cashiers were on duty. There were 10 of us in line to check-out. We waited and waited for our turn. A lady stepped up to the "Return Sign" and was immediately put ahead of the "PAYING" customers. She returned a pair of children's shoes. No one was called to assist the 2 cashiers and we were left cooling our heels. I did ask the cashier WHY the return customer was not told to go to the back of the line and wait her turn like all of us had to do. She said it was the store's policy to take a return merchandise customer first?? One lady in line left her items and walked out the door. I know it wasn't the cashier's fault but the store manager should assist when there were so many of us in line and most people had numerous items. Again, it's a love/hate relationship with Ross Dress For Less...I like their prices and the brands they have but I only shop there when my blood pressure is low :) read more

Very unprofessional staff at this location. A few cashiers were talking about the customers and honestly I think they should be fired. I will never go back to this location. Plus they didn't have name tags!! read more

This store is always busy and usually kind of a mess but I will say the employees there are always working hard. If you can, get the cashier named Amanda and the manager Misty is so sweet to! Overall I love shopping here and I will never go to any other Ross because this one always has so much stuff and it is worth the wait in line! I love talking to the fitting room lady named Sara she is just so sweet. Anyways I recomend this store highly!!!!!!! read more

This Ross is really nice. They have clean dressing rooms and their racks are fairly well organized! The only down fall was I was in line for 30 minutes, but its pretty much expected at any Ross. Still, I was able to get a designer handbag for $25.... I love a good bargain! read more
