The server was the older lady. Very disappointed in her.

We have been regular customers at Tumi Peruvian Restaurant since it opened and typically visit two or three times each month. Unfortunately, our most recent experience has caused us to lose trust in the restaurant. When I paid the bill, our server handled the handheld payment device and quickly clicked past the tip screen before giving it to me to insert my card. I normally have my receipt sent to my phone, but I had left my phone at home and could not review it immediately. After returning home, I opened the receipt and discovered that a $20 gratuity had been added to the bill. I did not select or authorize this gratuity. Based on what I observed during payment, it appears that one of the preset gratuity options was selected before the device was handed to me. I have the receipt documenting the charge and am including it with this review. I would appreciate a direct response from the owner explaining how this happened and what will be done to prevent it from happening to other customers. After being loyal customers since the restaurant opened, we are deeply disappointed. Unless the restaurant addresses this matter appropriately, we will not return.

My family tried the newly opened Tumi Peruvian Restaurant in downtown Canton last night (190 E Main Street in downtown Canton) "incredible" doesn't even begin to cover it. The service was warm and attentive. The space itself is stunning. It's beautifully designed with a cozy, intimate vibe that somehow manages to feel both upscale and family friendly. The food was a complete WOW! Every single dish was a hit. We ordered a ridiculous amount because everything sounded too good to pass up, and there wasn't a single mediocre bite on the table. Every plate was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. I left uncomfortably full and still wishing I could've tried more. The sangria is sweet with just the right hint of spice. The Pisco cocktails are light, tangy, and incredibly refreshing. Beer lovers, try the Pilsen. Their margaritas are excellent too. For food we had the following: Cancha Teqeunos con Queso en Salsa Conchas à la parmasana The Killer Leche de Tigre Ceviche de Pescado Camarón Saltada Tallarin Saltado de Pollo Torta Tres Leches Picarones Limeños Alfajores They are working on their website but for now, here is the menu: https://www.clover.com/online-ordering/tumi-peruvian-rest-canton?employee_id=WX3JYW4M0EFBY&order_type=dine_in&table_id=DDWZJ1G8D27R0

We're so glad Canton has a new cuisine option right in downtown! We frequent this place. Everything we've tried has been amazing. The ceviche, wings, causas, saltado, and grilled octopus. All of our servers have been great, especially Juan. Please try this place if you haven't already and support good food in Canton!

The food is excellent! I highly recommend this place. The food is perfectly cooked and seasoned. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only thing I was not crazy about is that you have to scan a QR code in order to view the menu. I would much have rather preferred having paper menus.

Drinks, ceviche, main dishes, and dessert. Was all fantastic! Tried this place for the first time today... it reminds me of my cuñada's (sister-in-law) cooking, and she's from Peru. Get ready to leave completely stuffed bc you're not going to want to stop. Haha

We tried the new Peruvian restaurant Downtown Canton today (Tumi) and really enjoyed it! The three of us ordered several appetizers, a main course, and a dessert to share. I would highly recommend doing that the first time you go, because the food is really different and really delicious. Oddly enough, those wings were the best wings I've had in a LONG time. We got a mixture of sauces on them. That white sauce was magnificent. The potato dishes are served cold, which surprised me. But, don't be afraid of them because they were delicious. Almost like a kicked up potato salad feel.

A vibrant, lively atmosphere and delicious, classic Peruvian food right here in the Coolest Small Town in America--Canton, GA! The servers, and especially their manager Patricia, were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate my food restrictions. I've been there three times, including today for their grand opening, and each visit has been fantastic. Their team made our party of 10 feel truly welcomed and right at home. Highly recommend!

Came here with some friends for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Aji de gallina and ceviche were excellent, and the pisco sours were outstanding!!!

Service was good . As a native Peruvian food rating was 5 out of 10. Prices are too high .

Las Brasas easily made my top 5 restaurants in Atlanta this year. Located in Decatur, Las Brasas…read moreserves traditional Peruvian cuisine and offers free parking plus a cozy outdoor patio-always a win. For starters, we ordered the yucca fries-perfectly crispy and served with huancaína sauce. We always ask for an extra yellow dip to go with them (not sure what it's called, but trust me, it's so good). For mains, we went with the Lomo Saltado and Pollo Frito. The Lomo Saltado is a classic beef tenderloin stir-fry with house fries, tomatoes, red onion, and aji panca, served over steamed rice with a side salad. The Pollo Frito comes with marinated 4-piece fried chicken, house-cut fries, aji limo hot honey, side salad, and fresh lime. I love that both entrées include a salad. Both dishes are consistently delicious and never disappoint. To end the meal, we shared the house flan, topped with crème de caramel and fresh whipped cream-absolutely amazing.

The only downside is the height of bar (edge) and chair height is not very comfortable gir people shorter in stature. Little changes to the menu but everything was just as great as i remembered. I ordered the friend rice with chicken and 1/2 rotisserie chicken with salad and potatoes. Forgot to take a picture of Thr chicken dinner. Looking forward to future visits.
