Very extensive menu we tried as much as we could.

So this restaurant is in a strip mall. Once you go in the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and spotless. Vibes are great. It's a family owned restaurant and everyone was chipping in. Lots of people coming in to eat. Our waiter Justin was so knowledgeable. He was a young guy but he was on point. He knew the food and made suggestions. Very confident young man. They make sure your table is clean. Service is impeccable. The manager even came over tho they were very busy. Now the FOOD was exquisite. Everything was top tier and reasonably priced.

Great experience, just be aware that food is a lot! I ordered the house chaufa, shrimp from it, is so so, the rest damn good. Chicken causa is served cold and green spaghetti is good too. Beef can be better. Service is great. Oh and the garlic bread they give for free tastes good. Atmosphere is nice.

Sabor Inka was PHENOMENAL!!! I was craving some Lomo Saltado and I didn't want to go to my usual spot. Sabor Inka had great reviews, so I decided to come check it out for myself. Well, let me say now, this is the best lomo saltado I've had in Georgia hands down! So tender and flavorful, with a perfect portion size. The chicken soup tasted like a hug from a loved one. It was so good! The servers were all extremely friendly and I loved table watching here. I can't wait to return and bring some friends with me. I'm a big Peruvian cuisine fan and I can't wait to try some of the other menu options. I looked at the other tables while I was dining and everyone's food looked spectacular.

I have become a regular here since I started dating my current girlfriend from Peru. The food is wonderful and the prices are reasonable. I always feel welcome here and they are always happy to help with the menu.

Got the lunch menu which was only $12 and a big portion. I tried the pan con lomo and got the soup which was a mussel soup. The soup was pretty good and the bread the served was really soft. The meat was a bit hard to bite but was flavorful. Also really liked the decor here and the food came out quickly.

The food here is TO DIE FOR! My favorite spot for sure! It's tucked away in a little corner, but so good and worth the drive. I hate onions but the pickled onions they gave before the meal was so good. The green sauce was also super spicy and flavorful ! Our waitress noticed that we really liked it and brought a big bowl of it out! Staff was friendly and recommended us some great dishes. This was my first time trying Peruvian food but definitely will not be the last. The steak and pesto pasta was so good! The fried seafood platter was def my favorite and it also came with fried yukas. The cilantro soup was also flavorful but won't recommend to friends who don't like the smell or taste of cilantro.

Went for Mother's Day celebration; it was almost time to close and they still got my family a table. The service was great and the food had an authentic Peruvian flavor at a reasonable price. I went back a week later with a couple of friends and was revived with the same quality of service. We had several piscos and the drinks were also very good. The restaurant has a good ambiance for families as well as casual dining.

This place is authentic Peruvian food. Cozy atmosphere. Staff wear masks. I've tried their Mar y Tierra (surf n' turf) dish and leche asada. The Mar y Tierra is skirt steak topped with chimchurri sauce, jumbo shrimp, white beans, white rice. The wait time for the entree to arrive was pretty long, about 20 minutes. They did provide complimentary bread and sauce to snack on while waiting. The entree was very good. I do recommend adding creamy sauce on the side, as well as salt shaker on the table for customer wanting to add more salt to food. The dessert leche asada was okay- it wasn't fresh. It was straight from the fridge. It is Peruvian version of creme brulee. The topping should be warm, just torched sugar. My whole dessert was cold.

We got here right after 12pm when they just opened (Saturday) & the place started to fill up very fast. Upon entering , we got seated right away. The customer service was welcoming and awesome. The staff were friendly! That's always a plus. The atmosphere was very clean and neat. I can even smell cleaning supplies as if they had just did a nice cleaning before opening. That is important these days! My food was amazing. All of it. I'm so happy I decided to try this place because I literally pass it everyday on my way home & finally decided to give it a try. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. I got full fast because I was nibbling on the bread before the food came out , but I took whatever was left over home to eat for later! (Can't wait) Overall , I left out more than satisfied. I can't wait to go back to try other menu items.

This is not our first time eating in this place, and it won't definitely be our last! The food is extremely fresh. We have tried different dishes; from the parihuela soup, mariscada, ceviche, causas, to the aji de gallina, and everything is delicious and the portions are very generous. All the staff members are very attentive and nice. They can accommodate large groups, so if you want to grab a bite with friends or family this is the place. Highly recommended!

We came here on a Sunday. It was our first time here. There were a few parties before us, so we had to wait a bit to order. After that, the food and drinks came out quick. We ordered 2 cocktails and both were excellent, especially the passion fruit ( i forgot the name, but it's the first one on the cocktail menu). Food was excellent. It was not too heavy. The restaurant was very clean. Decor was nice

August 16, 2020 Very reasonably priced, authentic Peruvian food. We ordered a pisco sour and an Algarrobina. Both fantastic. The atmosphere was a typical family-style with tables, socially distanced. We had Lomo saltado---steak rice french fries with sautéed onions and tomatoes, and a mixed variety of ceviche. The portions were generous and we were satiated by the time we finished. I think the steak was a little too well done for our taste so lean on the side ordering a little more raw. Enjoyed our dinner here and compared to places we've enjoyed in Miami it's spot on. We can recommend them highly when an itch for Peruvian gnaws at you.

The restaurant is spacious and the tables are not cramped so you can sit comfortably. The atmosphere is relaxed, casual and a with music in the background. I liked their Lomo Saltado (even thought I think they can improve the quality of the meat), their Causa Acevichada is fantastic and the Anticuchos have a very good flavor. Adding to the regular Peruvian menu they have some dishes from what we call "Chifa" in Perú (Chinese restaurants), I think it's worth to try it. I've been like 8 times in this restaurant and I still didn't have the chance to try the Pollo a la Brasa (Roasted Chicken) because they are always out of it... in one side I'm disappointed and in the other I know their chickens are made fresh daily BUT they have to recalculate how many they need to prepare a day so they have enough until 8 PM. In general, a good Peruvian restaurant with a limited amount of traditional dishes . I'll be coming back when I am in the area. ** Supposedly they cook some traditional dishes for the lunch specials.

So, Our waitress was amazing, she didnt miss a beat all the questions we had, she answered! We started off a complementary garlic bread with a Verde sauce. It was green with a pinch of spicy, but it was very good. Next, we ordered the beef empanadas and they cut them up for us so that everybody could sample them. They were so good. I had to get an order to go to take them home to my husband. For my drink, I ordered a pink lemonade. It was almost like I needed some sugar and I knew that would hit the eight spot even though it was carbonated it still was good. For the main train I went with ANGUS CHURRASCO STEAK!! Medium well of course! Wowwwwww!! This steak was top-tier. I enjoyed every bit of it, and what I could eat. Of course, I had to take the rest of them. It came with an option of beans I went with black beans plantains in a Spanish rice, which was amazing. The chimichurri sauce that came on the steak was was flavorful yeah, I even asked for some to take home and verde sauce as well. Lol The steak was tender outside skirt steak grilled and topped with our famous chimichurri sauce (garlic, fresh herbs and olive oil). $28 My entire bill with $58 including the takeout empanadas I will most definitely be going back. We didn't really need it since the restaurant was pretty empty, but we were a bigger group and didn't want to risk it. It was our first time here and he explained their background and what his favorites were on the menu. We for sure wanted to try the paella, so went ahead and ordered that first, with the carretillero ceviche, mixed empanadas (chicken and beef) and patatas bravos to start. The ceviche was delicious and fresh. Loved the fried calamari and all the toppings it was served with. The empanadas were also delicious and was served with a very spicy sauce! The patatas braves had a nice, smoky flavor. Now for entree, I ordered the veggie chaufa. Our server may have been a little biased as he preferred the Peruvian side of the menu, more so than the Cuban side. My dish was easily good for 2-3 people. It had tons of veggies and scrambled egg, plus served with a side of fried plantains. Our group ordered a bunch of other dishes and tried some of them. The churrasco steak was a little chewy but loved the chimichurri it was served with. The parrillada de mariscos was so good too, and my personal fave was the grilled octopus! Personally, I would opt for this instead of the valenciana paella. You essentially get the same types of seafood. I love that we got to dine at this hidden gem!
