The cashier who helped us was so kind, and even alerted us that the tostadas they received were broken. She asked if we were OK with broken tostadas (why not? We're going to break them when eating lol) and when they arrived they looked near-perfect. I was so happy with the lunch special, generous portions of beans and rice and the tostada was a good portion of shrimp. Loved the flavors and as I said, everything was fresh--which is a must for these types of restaurants. She asked if we wanted hot sauce, and the one she gave us was super tasty and super spicy (habanero). I really can't wait to go back, please give this place a try! read more

She made good recommendations, taught me a little about the different styles of Colombian food based on the regions and various cultural influences. Food: They sell Colombian inspired seafood dishes. I ordered "The Savannah." Shrimp covered in a Colombian seafood sauce, served over your choice of rice or grits. I am a southern girl, shrimp and grits lover, so of course I went with grits! Different from your cajun-style shrimp and grits, but still good. These aren't creamy/cheesy grits, but they are REAL grits. Definitely not instant... which I can appreciate. This dish was spicy and full of flavor. (Side-note: I don't know how I took a picture of everything except the main dish, lol). I also had a sample of the lentil soup. I enjoyed this as well. It was perfect for a cold day. Prices are very reasonable, especially if you get the lunch specials. Overall: I love this place. I can't wait to go back and try more things. read more

She also adds mangos on it which gives it a beautiful salty, sweet, and tangy flavor. The ceviche also comes with the option of rice or Tostitos! When I go here I normally get the Punta Canoa Ceviche. Today I added the Small Las Palmas with only shrimp (because it normally comes with octopus) and I was not disappointed. The woman at the counter went through popular hot and cold dishes and pointed me to the perfect ceviche for my tastes. I got the number 1. She even brought out a homemade hot sauce for me and it was PERFECT since the mango and avocado in the ceviche cut right through the heat. She did mention they had a habanero hot sauce but that's not my jam. So glad we found this place! We were traveling and read the reviews that rave about it. Ambience is on point, and I don't remember the last time I was in a cleaner restaurant. Even the bathroom is spotless. We had the tres ceviche and split it. Also tried the # 29 cooked salmon on crispy corn tostada and the # 31 shrimp and rice.
