It's a Chinese restaurant with a Venezuelan twist, which is something only Venezuelans will understand -- but trust me, even if you're not Venezuelan, you NEED to try this. They've got everything: lumpias (aka spring rolls), fried rice loaded with 3 or 5 proteins, shrimp, different Venezuelan-style combos -- all freshly made and packed with flavor. The portions are HUGE, the prices are super fair, and you can literally taste that everything is cooked with love. It's takeout only since it's inside a gas station, but the service is amazing. They're super friendly and fast. I called to place my order, and by the time I got there, it was ready -- just paid and left. You can order in person too, but honestly, call ahead so you can grab it and go. They're open every day from 11 a.m. to around 7 / 7:30 p.m., even though Google might say something else. If you're craving something different, generous, and FULL of flavor, this is it. Venezuelans will feel right at home -- and everyone else will be converted after the first bite.

The restaurant is located inside a gas station, which made the experience feel even more unique and authentic. At first, I couldn't really understand the menu since most of it was in Spanish, so I had to translate things myself before ordering. The first dish I tried was the recommended Tumbarrancho "con todo" with all the toppings. It came loaded with flavorful sauce, crispy fried layers, and a generous amount of meat filling. Every bite felt rich and satisfying. The only downside was that it was slightly oily, but otherwise it was delicious. The second time, I tried an Arepa, which is one of the most classic Venezuelan street foods. I ordered the Cabimera de Carne Asada, and it was packed with fillings. From the top, it almost looked like a mountain of sauce, hiding layers of grilled beef strips, fresh salad, and the grilled corn arepa underneath. Their Tequeños (fried cheese sticks) were also really good -- crispy on the outside, cheesy and stretchy on the inside, with a rich savory flavor. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and a great introduction to Venezuelan street food.
