Arrived on the holiday weekend Saturday after Christmas so we knew that there would be lots of families in town celebrating. So happy that we did a reservation for 730 before the live show. Located in the Beautiful Peachtree shopping center ample free parking in the back of the buildings. When we arrived, they already had the band playing Authentic Latin music. Our hostess was so sweet we seated at their table and the food came quickly and hot and OMG so good My husband and I both ordered the Steak. I had them add sautéed shrimp as well as fresh avocado slices and it was amazing. The rice was soft and fluffy. The Yuka fries were amazing. Delicious Caesar Caesar salad salad with large pieces of Parmesan cheese. I love that. My hubby and I definitely enjoyed the dancing on the floor with the live band. When the main DJ arrived, there was no place to dance on the floor because of all the large parties Reservation reservations that were held pretty much on the main floor with the long tables. But I definitely did not stop the party. Everyone still got up and danced, but we stayed close to our tables. We danced and had a blast. They also have an outdoor seating area that's covered so I'm definitely looking forward to warmer summer night so we could dance outside under the stars!!! we had an incredible night definitely returning. read more

We were invited by a friend who was having a birthday gathering. They have live music on the weekend so that made it very festive. Good parking. That is all that was good about this early dinner experience. Considering there were only four parties in the entire restaurant and about four waitresses. I don't understand why It took 15 mins for our waitress to acknowledge our table. We decided to order the empanada assortment as an appetizer. Unfortunately, that was all we ate because our waitress never came back to take our dinner or drink order. Our appetizers came out 35 minutes later and all four of the empanadas were luke warm at best, dry and flavorless. There is a small QR Code at the table for you to pay your bill but they charge you a small fee to use it. We paid at the table and left. This is a no return for me. There is absolutely no reason why so may employees are standing at the bar yawning and hanging out when you have an empty restaurant and no food coming out of the kitchen. I'm not sure why we keep coming back to this restaurant. The food quality is inconsistent--today the sweet plantains tasted like they'd been reheated from earlier in the week: hard and inedible. Our meals arrived before our drinks (we had ordered margaritas), and the entrées both looked and tasted like leftovers from the day before. The only thing that seemed fresh was the white rice. Management is clearly falling short if they're allowing food like this to be served. read more

We thought the food was great here-went for lunch on a Saturday. Started with the empanadas (2 beef and 2 chicken) and the whole family loved them. My husband got the steak, my daughters got the Cuban sandwich and kids burger, and I ordered the picadillo with rice and beans. We also loved the empanadas, the Cuban sandwich was a large portion, and I thought the picadillo was tasty. Mojitos has some of the best food in GA in my opinion, I've never had a bad meal here. The soup (which I can't remember the name) was great, so was the red snapper, yuca and plantains. The kids also love their beans and rice combos and the chocolate desert. The wait staff was great as well. I need to eat here more often read more

I've been here several times over the years; the service has been just average for me, but not worth deducting a full star. The food is really good, though. The Spicy Oxtail (their best dish, IMO), Masitas de Puerco and Vaca Frita are all my favorites, and you can't miss with any of the appetizers. Shrimp creole is good. It comes served with tostones and guacamole on the side. I also love Mojitos empanadas. They have spinach & mushroom, beef, and chicken. The empanadas comes with two. I asked for one beef and the other spinach & mushroom. They ended up giving me two beef, but they were delicious, so it was fine. They atmosphere is cool. Typical restaurant by day. They have live entertainment on certain nights. This location is good for groups, whereas the other location in downtown Norcross is better for a more intimate vibe. I came in on a Tuesday evening and it was quite slow. I was seated and knew what I wanted so I ordered right away. My waitress wasn't very attentive majority of the time. Seemed she was in a hurry to get back on her cell phone or talk to coworkers. Didn't even bring me a water. I ordered the Salmon Tropicale which ended up being bland. It's much better at the Norcross location. They usually give this green chutney type sauce (not sure what it's called) on the side but here they didn't give anything. I asked my waitress "doesn't this usually come with some kind of sauce?" She said "no but what sauce do u want?" I told her I don't know what it's called but it's some kind of green. The moment I said green, she said "oh ok" and walked off when I wasn't done with my sentence. She came back with some kind of green avocado sour cream type sauce, placed it on the table and just walked off and sat with a coworker. Didnt even ask if that was correct or anything. A manager, im assuming ended up coming to my table to ask if everything was going well. That's when I ordered my water. Thats when my waitress came over after she saw the manager come over and asked if everything's ok... Most likely won't be returning here. Norcross location tastes way better anyways. read more

My husband and I met up with some friends for a late lunch / early dinner on a Saturday. It had been a while since we'd come to this location, and it was our friends' first time. It was quiet, with only a few other groups of people in the entire space. We were seated right away and our waiter didn't waste any time coming to get our drink orders. While our friends looked over the menu, we decided to order stuffed plantains with the avocado cilantro sauce to share. They were delicious, but they weren't the actual bowl-shaped "stuffed" plantains we're used to. These were more just flattened tostones with the sauce on top. Still tasted the same though! Just didn't get that fuller bite of the filling that you do when they're prepared the other way. Both my husband and I decided on the grilled chicken filet (pollo a la plancha) that's topped with caramelized onions. My husband ordered it standard, which comes with rice, black beans and sweet fried plantain (maduros). I asked for veggies instead of rice and black beans this time, and I was pretty disappointed. The veggies didn't seem to have any seasoning on them, and the squash specifically was very flimsy and bland. Definitely felt like an afterthought, and I don't think they should be included on the menu if they aren't going to get the same attention as other items. Anyway, our friends ordered the Cuban sandwich and the burger. They both said they enjoyed! Went to both locations and I only eat the Seafood Paella. This location at The Forum I believe costed more (I could be wrong) but seemed like it had way more seafood and meat. It was juicy and flavorful. Service was good as well! One of my favorite to go places when I am craving Paella. read more

We were not impressed with Mojitos at all, which is a disappointment because we were craving Spanish food. Let's start... We ordered a coconut mojito pitcher, because of the name we were like their mojitos should be top notch. I even asked the waiter what they made their coconut mojito with and he said the coconut rum but they didn't add any coconut cream or anything else to enhance the flavor, along with that my wife and I both agreed that it tasted like they used lemonade instead of lime juice or even sweet & sour mix. This is a no go! We ended up leaving more than half of our pitcher untouched. Next, the yucca fries were good and were plenty probably the most I've ever gotten for an appetizer. Usually it comes with like 5 pieces, this one was double that however it came with a tiny portion of sauce when we asked for more we didn't know that we would be charged $2 for it. I went to Mojitos for a friends birthday dinner. The staff was very accomodating of our large party and helped us get situated outside. There's plenty of parking as well at the Forum. For drinks, we ordered a pitcher of mojitos which were refreshing and delicious! They also had tons of other flavored mojitos and cocktails that also looked super interesting. For apps, we ordered the Yuca fries (starchy goodness!) as well as the loaded mariquitas which were basically loaded plaintains. They were also super yummy and filling. For dinner, I ordered the vaca frita and oh my gosh, the beef was so tender and juicy!! The plaintains were the perfect level of crisp outside but sweet and soft inside, and loved the onions and beans and rice that went with it. Everyone else's dishes too were awesome. Some other highlights were the guava BBQ baby back ribs and the shrimp creole. Overall, great restuarant in the Forum and would definitely return! read more

I attended a Buffet Dinner here on Wednesday night. We had a complete spread of food from Empanadas, Rice, Black Beans, Churros, Grilled Chicken, Yucca Fries, Lava Cake and Tres Leech just to name a few. I ordered the Spicy Oxtails on a separate ticket and they did not disappoint. They were everything I wanted them to be. The service was top notch from start to finish. We had four servers, Tina, Lizbeth, Ashley and Jorge. They attended to our every need and we were very pleased with their service. Extremely pleasant to work with this team. They gave us service with a smile the entire night. Thank you!. We dined on the patio. It had just finished raining so with the patio open and the ceiling fans on we had the perfect breeze on a hot humid day. The Ambiance overall was terrific. The ambiance was great, with good Cuban music playing, enough room between tables so that you didn't feel you had more members to your party that you did. I was sitting for close to 20 minutes before anyone approached to take my order. Then things went smoothly once I received some service. I was happy with the Pollo a la Plancha that I ordered even though the portion of Maduros was more symbolic than real, almost as a plate decoration more than actual food. I went an and ordered everything when she came to check on me. I ordered the 90 miles to Miami and it wasn't good at all. I do not recommend it. The food was good I've had them before on take out and it's always been good as well. The ambiance of the restaurant was empty when I went around 3 pm. They do love music as well. Delicious Cuban Food- After returning from trips to Miami, I searched for a local place for Cuban food. Mojitos does not disappoint. I've eaten at both locations. Peachtree Corners is more convenient for me. The spicy oxtails, chicken, pork and paella are my favorites. The servings are generous. The servers and hosts are always friendly and welcoming. The food came out super fast and drinks were delicious (coconut mojito FTW); however, our server was the most awkward human I've ever met. He could have cared less about our table. We were some of the only people there so you'd think he'd be extra attentive. Instead he avoided our table and made some super awkward remarks. We'd ask for recommendations and he'd seem annoyed.
