The service was just okay. The young man who helped us with our takeout order accidentally charged us for someone else's bill, but thankfully the young lady behind the bar quickly corrected it and got us the right total. The ambiance was cute and had potential, but it was surprisingly empty for a Saturday afternoon, which already set a bit of a tone. Now, the food... that's where things really went downhill. I ordered the masitas de puerco with tostones and congris, and unfortunately, everything was overly salty--especially the pork. It was hard to enjoy because the salt completely overpowered the flavors. The tostones were clearly frozen, not fresh, which was disappointing, and while the congris was decent, it was still a bit too salty for my taste. Overall, this experience just didn't hit the mark for us. Sadly, this will be our last visit to Papi's. On a positive note, the restroom was spotless--honestly one of the most impressive parts of the entire restaurant. Sorry, not sorry... just keeping it real!

We just came here today for the first time. We ordered the "Cuban Sampler" as an appetizer. I ordered the "Pan con bistec" with yellow rice and black beans, my partner ordered the "Masitas de puerco" with Tostones and Congris. To begin, the "appetizer" was sooo small and not impressive at ALL. It was almost a joke to be honest. We weren't impressed at all. We are both Cubans so we know better and this food was not impressive especially for their prices. My "Pan con bistec" was not impressive, it usually comes with the picnic fries and it was literally a steak sandwich with some onions and that was it. My partner's "Masitas de puerco" were salty, also they barely gave him any (it was just like 4 of them) and also they barely served him a decent portion of congris. Also, though the service was ok to begin with the guy that took our order ended up charging us for the order of another lady that was sitting at the bar. Another girl came and advised us the other guy had charged us the incorrect bill. She had to refund the bill back and then charged the correct bill. While we were waiting for the order to be done, we ordered two "Mojitos" and the lady that made them I must say did a good job with them. The restaurant had only one table full when we came him. The music was nice and the the restaurant looked nice. Overall, we weren't impressed at all. Are we going to come back?. Nah. We don't think so. It was disappointing.

Absolutely love this new spot! Everything tastes fresh ! Im still dreaming of the lechon! I appreciate a well seasoned pork ! I will definitely be back!

This is the beef vaca frita w white rice and black beans. I prefer tostones to the sweet plantains but you can't go wrong with either.

I had the Classic Carol and Dixie Chick chicken salads and the Broccoli Salad today and yesterday…read morefrom this Chicken Salad Chick location in Johns Creek/Suwanee. The food was okay/good. Not bad at all. We got the small "Quick Chick" versions of the chicken salads: * Classic Carol ($6.99) - Chicken Salad Chick's signature chicken salad; all white meat, shredded chicken, finely minced celery, mayonnaise, and "secret" seasoning * Dixie Chick ($6.99) - "an onion-lover's delight" and "the only one with onions" * Broccoli Salad (large size, $8.99) - broccoli florets tossed in a sweet vinegar-based dressing with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, topped with crispy bacon All of these salads were grab-and-go. They were fresh and tasty enough. I love onions and thought I would like the Dixie Chick better than the Classic Carol, but it's the other way around. The Classic Carol was solid and I can see why it's the company's signature chicken salad. It's well balanced and satisfying with an appetizing texture. The Dixie Chick was fine, but a bit too intense for me; not in an oniony way, but in an oily way. My wife, surprisingly, liked the Dixie Chick more than me. Note: The Dixie Chick is pungent so you might not want to open it at work. The Broccoli Salad was light, refreshing, and pretty solid. However, there was one problem: it was missing bacon! My wife went for lunch yesterday with her coworker. She said the store was busy and the staff was very friendly. They dined in. She had a sandwich, pickle, and a side of broccoli salad *with* bacon. She said everything was good. She bought the grab-and-go salads to bring home. Most of the crackers that were placed in the bag were crushed/broken. A couple of the packs weren't sealed correctly and were open. Not good. At the time of writing this review, Chicken Salad Chick has over 310 locations in the US. The state with the most locations is Georgia (over 40 locations). The chain was founded in 2008 in Auburn, Alabama. I still remember attending the Yelp Elite Event at Chicken Salad Chick's Buckhead location on Sunday, June 25, 2017: https://www.yelp.com/biz/elite-event-yelps-taste-of-chicken-salad-chick-atlanta The Buckhead location officially opened two days later on June 27, 2017. It's Atlanta's first ITP (inside the Perimeter) location of Chicken Salad Chick and is still open today. This Johns Creek/Suwanee location officially opened on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 in the old Cheeseburger Bobby's space at Johns Creek Town Center (Sprouts, Kohl's shopping center) on 141. It has an uncovered corner patio. You can see it from the highway.

I'm sure I'm a bit late to this party but man am I glad I finally decided to show up! I had heard…read moreand seen folks saying Jersey Mike makes the best sub but had been in the habit of getting mine for a certain grocery chain with an excellent deli department. (I still go there for that chicken tender sub) I finally suggested Jersey Mike's to my lady and we haven't looked back since! I've been stuck on their beef Cheese Steak subs for a minute but then I tried their chicken Cheese Steak sub that last couple of times we've ordered. I have yet to be disappointed. I prefer the hot subs vs. the cold ones but my lady she's absolutely hooked on the good 'ole regular, smegular ham sub and can't seem to get enough of it! I think too many restaurants don't realize the huge difference it makes to serve fresh food. Not day-old leftovers. (I can get those out my frig). But quality, fresh ingredients that are prepared and served to order. It's easy to tell that's exactly what Jersey Mike's does. And as long as they do, they'll have our business. Oh, and BTW - service is excellent as well!

I recently stopped by the Jersey Mike's at 11300 Medlock Bridge Rd in Duluth, and I don't usually…read morewrite reviews. But this time, I felt compelled to share my experience. That's how good it was. I've been to several Jersey Mike's locations over the years, and while I've never had a bad visit, this one genuinely stood out in a way that made me want to take a moment and give credit where it's due. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated like more than just another customer. Richard, the person who made my sandwich, gave a level of service that honestly caught me off guard -- in the best way possible. He was friendly, attentive, and you could tell he took real pride in what he was doing. It didn't feel rushed or routine. It felt thoughtful, like he actually wanted me to enjoy what I was about to eat. I ordered my usual, the Italian sub, and as I was walking out, Richard told me with a smile, "You're going to come back after tasting this." I kind of laughed, not thinking much of it. But when I got home and took that first bite, I just sat there like... wow. Everything was fresh, perfectly balanced, and honestly felt like it was made with love. It hit different. What really stood out to me is how valued I felt as a customer. Richard didn't just make a sandwich. He created an experience, and that's something I'll remember. I don't even live near this location, but it's close to my gym. Because of this one interaction, I plan to go out of my way to come back. I'm writing this because service like that deserves to be recognized. If you're in the area, or even if you're not, go check this place out. I have no doubt you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.

Sara and I just tried Budders for brunch, and this place seriously impressed us. Great food, really…read moregood portions, fair pricing, a clean and comfortable space, and genuinely friendly service. We got to meet the owner, Sean, who was incredibly nice. He told us his wife, Sarah, is behind a lot of the sweet stuff, including the banana bread and baklava cinnamon roll. She knows what she's doing. We started with the fried deviled eggs, baklava cinnamon roll, and banana bread. The fried deviled eggs were good. Nice crunchy outside and a little sweet sauce on top, although I wish the filling had a stronger flavor. I'd give them around a 6/10. Still, fried deviled eggs beat regular deviled eggs any day. The baklava cinnamon roll was awesome. Warm, gooey, sweet, covered in honey and full of that baklava flavor. If you like cinnamon rolls and baklava, somebody basically decided there was no reason you shouldn't have both at the same time. But the banana bread was special. It came out warm with a slight crisp around the edges, then they added peanut butter, honey, fresh strawberries, bananas and walnuts. I had no idea banana bread and peanut butter worked that well together. All those flavors together were fantastic. For my meal, I had the fried chicken Eggs Benedict with the cheesy hash brown casserole. Think Southern biscuits and gravy, fried chicken and Eggs Benedict all getting married on the same plate. The biscuit had a nice crisp on the bottom, the chicken was tender and well fried, the gravy was good, and once you break that egg yolk over everything, it all comes together. I'm normally not even a big Eggs Benedict person, and I loved this. I also ordered the creamy grits, because I like judging breakfast places by their grits. These definitely passed. They're so creamy that the texture almost reminded me of mashed potatoes, but they still had plenty of flavor. We also tried the pancakes, and those are legit. Slight crisp around the edges, soft inside and enough flavor and sweetness that you could honestly eat them without syrup. They had a weekend fall special, pumpkin bread French toast, and that was another winner. Rich, sweet and definitely something I'd order again. Sara had the avocado toast with the hash brown casserole, topped with avocado, cottage cheese and cherry tomatoes. Fresh, colorful and another really good plate. The restaurant itself is spacious and clean with a modern look mixed with a little old-school café feel. They also have a patio outside. Even the bathrooms were spotless -- and yes, I'm mentioning it: they had some surprisingly fancy toilet paper. It's the little things. Overall, we had a great experience. Good portions, reasonable prices, friendly people and a menu that's actually fun to explore. There are already several things I want to come back and try, especially from the lunch menu. Budders suddenly became one of my favorite brunch spots in the area. Definitely worth checking out.

I love the vintage charm about this place too. Some days I wake up craving a glass of orange juice and fried deviled eggs from Budders (they have amazing chai lattes as well!)
