I love an upscale cocktail experience and Trust not only has the drink list to provide that, it also has an amazing location that adds to the charm. The bar is located inside an old bank building hence, the play on the name. The historical building creates the perfect backdrop to a fancy beverage. It's also located near a lot of the downtown hotels which makes it a great spot to grab an early drink before dinner and forgo the drab hotel bars. The bartenders take pride in crafting a beverage that is balanced as well as beautiful. I've tried a few drinks on the menu and every time I'm satisfied with the flavor, they are strong cocktails with some being classics while others are creative renditions. These are not cheap drinks and they taste luxurious, the product meets the price tag.

A lovely establishment, the owner Daisy was a delight and the Blueberry Cheesecake Pastry was to die for. Very calm and endearing perfect for working on schoolwork, online work, or even just chilling. The details on the building are magnificent and the coffee is even better. We cannot wait to come back again. :)

Daisy is amazing. Explained all the drink options in depth for me. My pear pastry was so much better than I expected. Coffee is also amazing. Atmosphere 10/10

This bar has soooo much potential, sadly it doesn't get the recognition that it deserves. The venue itself is breathtaking, art deco, drinks are reasonably priced and there is plenty of room to lounge around. I wish they opened on the weekends too. I've had this bar bookmarked for a long time but their hours never aligned with my St. Louis trips, open only from 4-10pm Tuesday-Fridays! If this bar was in DTLA or highland park it would be thriving. I hope it gets a lot more exposure! Oh and my pono punch drink had Li Hing Mui powder. I haven't had li hing anything since going to Hawaii!

My new favorite bar in this city! I hate I didn't know about this place before I left. Both drinks were outstanding and the bartender was as pleasant as you can find. I liked the fact that I could hear my party as we caught up. Nice place. I will be back, soon!

Arguably the MOST UNDERRATED and UNDERHYPED cocktail bar in STL. Been to this bar more times than I can count over the past few years with different groups, and has impressed everyone. In what used to be an old bank, the open ambiance being sophistication that not many other bars can achieve. Makes it perfect for literally any occasion-- we normally start our night here before a nice dinner, and it sets the mood and tempo of the night perfectly. It's one of the only STL bars that, once you enter, you don't feel like you're in STL anymore. Love what the owners have done with this place. On the topic of owners-- they're the most genuine and down to earth bar owners I've met. They're so welcoming and engaging, which makes the experience that much better. Cocktails are strong, well made, and creative. Their menu items rotate seasonally and I don't think I've ever had a bad drink here. Their R&D is phenomenal. Their "The Freudian Slap" cocktail is one of their signatures that's always on the menu and ALWAYS impresses. If you come here only wanting 1 cocktail, you're 10/10 going to get a second one after trying the first one. Located downtown and surprisingly not busy in their early opening hours. Some of their drinks come with a small show, which is a nice touch to make some of the simple drinks more exiciting. Again, never been upset because even their most basic creations have their own flare making them so unique. 5/5, if I could give it more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. If you have friends or family coming to town, this is the place you MUST take them. Definitely in our top 2 when it comes to cocktail bars in STL!!

TRUST that you're missing out if you don't come here. I freaking love this place! ‍ I came here with my colleagues to celebrate the birthday of my boss and a few others. After calling places around the area and them wanting me to sign a contract, TRUST came through. Not only did they allow me to reserve a space with no issue, but there was ample space and they were accommodating in every way. The space is beautiful and well built. I've heard that it was a bank before and now has offices on the top floor as well as a work space in the bar. The menu is well-crafted and has a great mixture of beer, cocktails, and wine, and might I add, all reasonably priced. Disclaimer, they don't serve food but are in the process. I'm not sure when this will come to fruition BUT it's on the way. The pictured drink is the pono punch and it's my favorite! I it has the right amount of sweetness and reminded me of a high class punch. If I could drink it everyday, I would because it's that's good. The bartenders were super friendly and know how to make their drinks. I can't wait to come back!!

What the developers did to this space was really cool -- they preserved St. Louis history while keeping it in use all day round. By day, this is a coworking space, and by night, it's a bar. The bartenders were really kind, the drinks were good (I got a paper plane from their regular cocktail menu and a variation on a Manhattan from their specialty one). Good prices, excellent vibes.

The menu follows right along with their creative, seasonal, and whimsical creations. I was here was a very last minute planned birthday gathering after a series of unfortunate events leading up to my birthday kept planning from happening sooner. There were only 6 of us, but they still made sure the dinner was spectacular and special for my birthday. The food was phenomenal and I need a whole series to go over the plethora of wines, beers, mocktails, cocktails, and more they offer! Having a mocktails list for my bestie was just an added bonus on top of everything else! I can't wait to come back again and try more deliciousness! Open the door, follow the hallway labeled "The Bellwether" to the elevator, select floor 3, enjoy the experience!

The parking lot had spaces available. We walked in and there was an event space on the right and a large sofa and chairs against the back wall. Signs indicated where to go for Bellwether so we went around the windows showing the climbing wall to the elevator. Upstairs we were greeted promptly and asked if we wanted to sit inside or out. We opted for inside and she led us down one level to the second floor. I think the building is really cool, and the restaurant is well appointed, exposed brick, cool lantern hanging lamps, bookshelves filled with books and odds and ends, Waitress was friendly, there were only a couple of tables on the floor, but she wasn't intrusive and let us take out time. It filled up more by the time we left. The menu had several things I wanted to order but ended up deciding on the breakfast fried rice. We also ordered the cinnamon roll for the table. Coffee was hot and kept refilled, but it was just ok. The cinnamon roll was tasty. The fried rice was great and the fried egg on top was well cooked and tasty. One of our party ordered a side of sausage, it was four links and they were good, another ordered the pork belly sandwich and that was one of my other choices, I tried it and was impressed! I thought it would be too sweet, but it was perfect. Viewing the pictures of dinner, can't wait to go back for that and sitting outside!

The vibe is classic, elevated, and gives true cocktail lounge energy -- not loud or chaotic, just intentional and well put together. Now let's talk about what we came for: the drinks. These are not bartenders -- these are mixologists. Every drink was balanced, strong (in a good way), and thoughtfully made. Quick tip: If you plan on getting the Old Fashioned flight, make this your last stop of the night... because you will feel it. Service was great, drinks came out in a timely manner, and the overall experience felt elevated from start to finish. Highly recommend if you're looking for a true cocktail experience in St. Louis.

I tried the Pretty in Pink cocktail, which was well-balanced and enjoyable, though the pour felt a bit light for a martini. Normally one martini gives me a slight buzz, but that wasn't the case here. We started with the onion rings as an appetizer. The portion size was generous, and they were tasty overall, though they had a tangy seasoning dusted on top that seemed a little odd at first. Surprisingly, it still worked. I ordered the Good Burger, and it was honestly one of the most flavorful smash burgers I've ever had. I was genuinely impressed. I got the sauce on the side since it also came with the onion rings, and unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of it -- it was a bit runny and lacked flavor. My friend ordered the vegan burger and absolutely loved it. The inside of the restaurant was cute and had a great atmosphere, though there was an unusual smell indoors, so I was very thankful we were able to grab one of the outdoor tables. Outdoor seating is pretty limited, though, so keep that in mind if you prefer sitting outside.
