I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this float spa's Tempe location…read more I was previously a loyal member at their Scottsdale location from 2020-2021 and had wonderful experiences. After moving away and later returning, I reestablished my membership and began visiting the Tempe location. Until recently, my visits had been positive. A month ago, I was involved in a serious car accident and needed to pause my membership while recovering. I communicated this with management and was told my account would be paused. I was also told I could still float during that time. In fact, I came in the week prior to this incident and had a seamless, excellent experience. However, my most recent visit was completely different. When I arrived for my scheduled float, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff member, Jeremy. From the beginning, his demeanor made me feel unwelcome, as though I did not belong there. He insisted I update my card before I could proceed, despite the fact that I have an active membership and a valid card on file. I explained I could update my card later, or he could use the existing card or a gift card on my account--but he refused all options except my gift card which he didn't want me to use unless I gave him a different card. I explained to him the card on file was fine. Ultimately, I was forced to proceed under stressful conditions, which completely disrupted what should have been a therapeutic experience. My float was filled with anxiety, and I ended it early--something that has never happened to me before. After my session, the poor service continued. I was given tea but then left unattended for over 30 minutes. I was not offered any of the post-float amenities included in my membership, such as oxygen or the salt cave. I eventually gathered my belongings and prepared to leave. As I exited, Jeremy called out to ask if I wanted to schedule another session, then told me I could not return until I updated my card. This was both confusing and inappropriate, especially since I had not been billed, nor had any payment attempt been made on my account. When I tried to calmly understand the issue, I was met with dismissiveness and escalating rudeness. He ultimately directed me to email the manager, then abruptly ended the interaction by slamming items and walking away. I left in tears. As a person of color, I cannot ignore how this interaction made me feel. I have never felt this way at this business before, but this experience raised serious concerns about how I was treated and why. I contacted the manager, Amanda, and was initially blamed for the situation. Only after further clarification did she apologize, stating she had not been given the full story. While I appreciate the apology, the damage had already been done. I have since canceled my membership. Paying $200 per month should come with professionalism, respect, and care--especially in a wellness environment. No client should ever feel disrespected, dismissed, or unwelcome. I will not be returning.

Jenny and Heather are friendly and kind...they really make you feel at home by remembering me by name. I had taken a few classes here a couple years ago, I only remembered Heather and was really happy to see that she is still working here. I really enjoy her classes as she doesn't make you feel out of place if you are newer to yoga. She is very welcoming and encourages do whatever movements or positions that feel best for you. As for the classes with the vibration plates, I think its weird at first but after you take a few classes they are great. Sometimes the vibration was a bit much so I just stepped off the plate...no big deal. I LOVE that they offer late night classes and 20 minute sessions. Sometimes I don't have time for a full hour class or cant make it until after 7. The only negative (for me) is the cost but otherwise no complaints!

We were able to book a "couples session" and got to float together in a giant tank. It was big enough for us both and still had room to spare! The music was extremely relaxing, the soft blue lighting was calming, and the float had us both ready for bed by the time it was over. The tank itself was extremely clean along with the room / shower. The booking process was extremely easy and they had a bunch of appointment times available to choose from. I highly recommend this place!

I called on Sunday, March 16th, to learn more, talked to Rya & zipped down there that same night for my first EVER Float sesh. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt a chill AND positive vibe. Thanks to Rya for giving me the tour/rundown of how everything works. She exuded such kindness and professionalism in sharing about RVU. Once in my individual Float Chamber, I got situated. Wow ~ as mentioned in another review: they've got you covered! Your session includes towels, wash clothes, shampoo/conditioner, ear plugs, spray bottle of water to spray your face down (b/c ouch! if salt water gets in your eyes, it burns), & even Qtips. Once in the Float Chamber, floating on top of the water took me about 10 minutes to fully relax "into" it, like it was a couch. Then I settled in & that night I slept so well! The best decision I made was to buy an unlimited one month membership. In the first week, I visited ReVibeU four more times: Monday: First Hyperbaric Chamber Wednesday: Second Float Sesh Saturday: First Vibe session Sunday: First two-hour Float Sesh Overall, this place radiates good vibes. They offer a huge array of services and I was initially intrigued with the float therapy, but I ended up getting a massage. If you check out their website their services are reasonably priced and they are located in midtown in an easy to access studio. The first thing I noticed when I walked up was that the ramp was handicap accessible to their door and it was easy to find the front entrance (there's a huge sign that says Levity you can't miss it). Everyone was very friendly when I got in and my massage therapy Lindsey K. assessed my needs and asked questions before we started. The massage was great... it flew by. I'll be back. A list of detailed instructions is sent to you before your first float. The tank water is warm, so you don't notice it as your floating; it was a bit humid feeling at first which took some taking used to but after that it was extremely relaxing floating in the tank and having time to meditate. I imagine if you haven't meditated before, it may be more difficult to enjoy the experience, so I'd recommend doing some practice meditations before.

I finally start, get in and immediately begin burning severely, my skin. 3 minutes later I get out call her and say I'm so sorry but this is not working out for me, I get out shower off extremely fast and come out, my skin was RED and an immediate rash started, I try to dry off and it was literally like drying off with linen, you couldn't dry off if you tried, she sits there and explains she cannot just not charge me, she could do my float for 45$ and then refund me my 95$ in a couple weeks if I wanted to try again. I said okay I'll be in touch, so I message her and say my rash has not gotten better and theirs no way I'm getting back in that tub, so she said well I can't refund you, you used my towels and up an 1h 1/2 of my time, (I literally took up maybe 7 minutes total of her time of my appointment) the rest was her blabbing about her life. Which fine but extremely unprofessional, then she goes back on everything she said to me. That's where I'm upset. Don't say something and change your mind a few weeks later. When you asked me to text you an update then, and I do. Now she says well my house is out of order anyway for 4 months. The whole thing is scammy, and I would never recommend this place. Her dog barked the entire time, nothing about this place is calming or nervous system. I don't leave reviews unless something is super bad, I would never recommend this place.
