Stress is common in our day-to-day and self-care is vital and rest float sessions have been my favorite find in the last couple of years. It is amazing to have a deep-tissue massage then visit for a rest float for muscle recovery. Chronic pain does seem better managed, and love having a monthly float membership. Definitely worth trying out! Shout out to Jasmine and the team for always being friendly with me trying to find the perfect song for my floats though struggling to regulate routinely. Floating has helped, and glad to have tried this lovely location since the Gilbert one was closed momentarily.

Kind and attentive staff made for a positive first experience with float/sensory deprivation tanks. Would recommend this place if you're new to float tanks. Overall rejuvenating experience

Relaxing ambiance of the pod rooms.

Jasmine is so accommodating and hospitable! She made both of my recent float experiences awesome. Because of her I will definitely continue to come here and hopefully convince my fiancé to try this place with me soon! The environment here is so relaxing and the pods have all been super comfortable, can't name a single negative aspect of my experience. Highly recommend!

Clean Spa Feel, Friendly Staff Service: Carina was super friendly and greeted me warmly. She gave the the tour and got me all set up. She gets 6 out of 5 stars. Float Room: The float room was nice and had a quality spa feel to it. I like the private room with a cool shower with cool pebble tile. 5 Stars The Tank: The tank was clean, I was a little tall for the one I was in, next time I will ask for the taller person tank she let me know they have after I was done. I had feet and head touching most of the time... 5 Stars The Float: I didn't really have a preconception of what I expected overall, I went in with an open mind and tired body. The water is super buoyant, a bit warmer may have been good for me since I run hot for a human already. I opted for total darkness and no music. In hindsight music at least probably would add to the experience, maybe light too, it sure. I shall try some of this next time. I felt relaxed and calm my first 30 minutes. Then the next 15 minutes my mind wandered a bit and I was daydreaming in the dark. The final 15 minutes I felt like I maybe was already there 60 minutes and needed to take a pee... lol... All in all I am not sure how to rate the tank after my initial experience so I will give it 3.75 stars out of 5 for now. Oxygen Bar: The oxygen bar was interesting, it sure how I feel about it yet. I liked the aroma they add to it for a little relax moment after the tank. They give you a clean nose tube, so don't worry, it's not used by someone else's nose prior. TBD Super Tea: TRY THE TEA! They have the best tea I've ever had with licorice in it While you are in the oxygen bar too! I think I need a bigger cup next time! 6 out of 5 Stars! Salt Lamps: There is definitely a theme of salt lamps going in here. Bathrooms: Clean bathrooms are a most appreciated perk... All in all I can see how someone would enjoy this after a long week to be isolated in peace and quiet. I will explore this further and amend my review to my more experienced findings... I was conflicted on my chosen rating since the service was superb but I'm not sure about the floating yet for myself. PS: They have memberships which are a better deal if you plan to go regularly. They are month too month so you are not stuck in a long term contract forfeiting your arm or leg upon cancellation.

I'm hooked on floating! I decided to try True Rest after I saw they were on Groupon and I will definitely be making this a monthly treat. The staff and the facility are awesome, like other reviews mention. The facility is super clean and the staff are attentive and helpful with whatever you need. I tried it out of curiosity -- like everyone else, I'm sure. I half-expected a weird sort of psychedelic experience but for me, that isn't what floating is. I'm a veteran and have random joint aches, but floating really takes all of that away - at least for a little while. If you have tinnitus like me, opting for one of their music tracks or even bringing your own is a good way to rectify that as well. Otherwise, you're really alone with your own thoughts, which can be really nice as well. For new floaters I think going in with no music is 100% the way to go. There's loads of epsom salt in the water with you, hence the buoyancy. But it's really important that you do NOT even consider touching your face! They mention it in the video, but it can and will absolutely ruin your float if you get salt in your eyes. They do provide squirt bottles with fresh water in case you forget, and it's hard to do. They also have an oxygen bar which I like, but it's nowhere near as relaxing as the float is. I've done this once and while I'm glad I tried it, I could go without the oxygen. Already can't wait for my November float!

Ok, I was a member, but recently cancelled due to other extracurricular activities and had to balance the budget...something had to go. HOWEVER, I wanted to comment on the great customer service (family owned business) and how easy everything is. My cancellation process was very fast and not a hassle. Everyone I've spoken to at two different locations has been super helpful and professional. The experience itself is very unique and worth trying at least once. I did really well on my first float but my second float was iffy--I think I was trying too hard. I have a few left to use up and they give you plenty of time to do so if you cancel. I wouldn't hesitate to sign up again if our priorities change. Definitely worth trying. Entering the state of mind where you can't tell if your awake or sleeping was really cool.

This is the place I go when life is just a little too much and all of the responsibilities that go with it are overcrowding my mind. It helps me relax enough to put things in order and get stuff done. I feel like we are always go go go and we don't realize that sometimes we just need to slow down and let our minds process everything. Float spas help us do that. The people at this location are great. Jordan in the front is wonderful and the owner Jill is as well. It's like immediately as you step in you've met new friends. I suggest this place for anybody.

It felt good and was very relaxing! But it does take time to get used to. I did way better the second time around. I actually preferred to have background sound instead of completed silence.

They ask me to cancel and reschedule if I'm menstruating as it can damage their pod. But then they go and charge me $25 to cancel.

Apparently, I've got a slipped disc pressing on my root nerve--aka the source of all my current misery. Surgery's not really on the table, so I'm doing my best to heal the natural way (with a side of physical therapy). At this point, even tying my shoes feels like an Olympic event, so I'm willing to try anything that might help. I signed up for a month since it's $99 and unlimited...total no-brainer. I've done the sauna, which is amazing and private. There's even a TV in the room, so you can watch your favorite show, listen to their zen music, or (like me) blast your playlist and reflect on this next chapter in life. I also tried cryotherapy, which feels incredible and hits -100 degrees--basically the perfect follow-up to the sauna. And then there's the vibrating plate surrounded by infrared lights... that one was fun, but I couldn't stop giggling the whole time. Don't ask me why...it's just one of those things.. LOL. The service here is top-notch, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I actually have a sauna place just five minutes from home, but I still drive 25 minutes to come here--because when you find the spot, you stay loyal. The comeback is in full swing, and once this back is healed, I'm rising as Superwoman 2.0--stronger, sharper, glowing harder than ever, and still blasting my playlist while I take on the world like it owes me something.

I tried to float since massage did not help. I was a bit nervous at first I don't like to be enclosed so I left the pot door a bit open. I started floating, listening music was soothing, I let my mind relax I almost felt sleep or didI? I am not sure. After I took a shower, I felt my skin soft. Right when I was getting ready to leave my toes weren't hurting anymore and the pain on my neck was gone. The salt and the amazing properties floating have did they work on me. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this float spa's Tempe location…read more I was previously a loyal member at their Scottsdale location from 2020-2021 and had wonderful experiences. After moving away and later returning, I reestablished my membership and began visiting the Tempe location. Until recently, my visits had been positive. A month ago, I was involved in a serious car accident and needed to pause my membership while recovering. I communicated this with management and was told my account would be paused. I was also told I could still float during that time. In fact, I came in the week prior to this incident and had a seamless, excellent experience. However, my most recent visit was completely different. When I arrived for my scheduled float, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff member, Jeremy. From the beginning, his demeanor made me feel unwelcome, as though I did not belong there. He insisted I update my card before I could proceed, despite the fact that I have an active membership and a valid card on file. I explained I could update my card later, or he could use the existing card or a gift card on my account--but he refused all options except my gift card which he didn't want me to use unless I gave him a different card. I explained to him the card on file was fine. Ultimately, I was forced to proceed under stressful conditions, which completely disrupted what should have been a therapeutic experience. My float was filled with anxiety, and I ended it early--something that has never happened to me before. After my session, the poor service continued. I was given tea but then left unattended for over 30 minutes. I was not offered any of the post-float amenities included in my membership, such as oxygen or the salt cave. I eventually gathered my belongings and prepared to leave. As I exited, Jeremy called out to ask if I wanted to schedule another session, then told me I could not return until I updated my card. This was both confusing and inappropriate, especially since I had not been billed, nor had any payment attempt been made on my account. When I tried to calmly understand the issue, I was met with dismissiveness and escalating rudeness. He ultimately directed me to email the manager, then abruptly ended the interaction by slamming items and walking away. I left in tears. As a person of color, I cannot ignore how this interaction made me feel. I have never felt this way at this business before, but this experience raised serious concerns about how I was treated and why. I contacted the manager, Amanda, and was initially blamed for the situation. Only after further clarification did she apologize, stating she had not been given the full story. While I appreciate the apology, the damage had already been done. I have since canceled my membership. Paying $200 per month should come with professionalism, respect, and care--especially in a wellness environment. No client should ever feel disrespected, dismissed, or unwelcome. I will not be returning.

I needed something "extra" - more support & motivation - & found it at ReVibeU. I called on Sunday, March 16th, to learn more, talked to Rya & zipped down there that same night for my first EVER Float sesh. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt a chill AND positive vibe. Thanks to Rya for giving me the tour/rundown of how everything works. She exuded such kindness and professionalism in sharing about RVU. Once in my individual Float Chamber, I got situated. Wow ~ as mentioned in another review: they've got you covered! Your session includes towels, wash clothes, shampoo/conditioner, ear plugs, spray bottle of water to spray your face down (b/c ouch! if salt water gets in your eyes, it burns), & even Qtips. Once in the Float Chamber, floating on top of the water took me about 10 minutes to fully relax "into" it, like it was a couch. Then I settled in & that night I slept so well! The best decision I made was to buy an unlimited one month membership. In the first week, I visited ReVibeU four more times: Monday: First Hyperbaric Chamber Wednesday: Second Float Sesh Saturday: First Vibe session Sunday: First two-hour Float Sesh Overall, this place radiates good vibes. I appreciate that every corner you look, there's signage with positive affirmations and plenty of fresh water & clementines/bananas! The Relax/Community room is fun & filled w/ hammocks + a ginormous Chalkboard where everyone writes encouraging words! Big shout out to Lalli for checking me in a few other times & having great convos about good stuff. Bonus: they also hold Community Events AND they have room for your small biz to hold a Mindfulness Event w/ Breathing/Yoga + Individual Float Sessions. I ended up belonging here for two months? That was what I needed at the time & am so glad to "discover" ReVibeU. Per the usual, I look forward to going back since it's been over six months since I've been there. Thanks Everyone!
