My best friend and I have always wanted to try a float session and we were able to find a place that could accommodate two people in the pod. We were able to book a "couples session" and got to float together in a giant tank. It was big enough for us both and still had room to spare! The music was extremely relaxing, the soft blue lighting was calming, and the float had us both ready for bed by the time it was over. The tank itself was extremely clean along with the room / shower. The booking process was extremely easy and they had a bunch of appointment times available to choose from. I was so excited to find a float center nearby! I have been wanting to try it for a long time but I was a little nervous to try it by myself. Luckily a friend was also interested and they have two float tanks! When we arrived we were greeted by the owner who kindly explained everything to us and answered all our questions. She really made me feel comfortable. I started out with a shower which was great. The rain head shower was the beginning of my relaxation. I was in the larger tank and it had a waterproof remote that controlled the lights and music. I started out with the lights on low but ended up turning them off. I kept the music on because I found it relaxing. It's nice to have the options. It amazes me how comfortable I was floating. I really enjoyed it once I relaxed. I've seen float therapy online and wanted to do it for a while. I was not disappointed! The pod has stars on the inside ceiling, a light in the water and music. This can all be turned off or left on. I found it relaxing to have the music on, but the lights off. This was almost an out of body experience. It felt like I was on a gel mattress, not in water. I have been going to various float spas in Phoenix over the last year, and this one is the best one so far. I'm so happy I found it! The new style of tank is amazing, and I love the size; it's like a room in itself. My float today was so good, and I went in suffering from back and hip pain from a recent fall at home. I felt like I was being held the whole time and was finally able to relax my entire body. I even fell asleep without waking up from the pain once I got back home. (Two whole hours of nap time!) Just finished my second float. I really enjoy the 60 minutes of pure serene and quiet. No phone, no watch, no distractions. I even lost sense of time which was a real gift. The first visit it took me probably about 30 minutes for my back to fully relax, and when it did it was such a relief. The second time the back "let go" much sooner, but my neck did not want to release, finally it did as well. The owner is very helpful and passionate about what she has to offer. She told me after the third or fourth time your body will just know to relax right at the start. Looking forward to my third and fourth time already. Very clean, very new and just a great 60 minutes of selfcare. Don't miss out on the sauna either. Not your average sauna that I can only handle 5 minutes in, this is a very nice temp to get your body temp up and has red light therapy in it as well. read more

My wife and I live this place. We usually visit on Sundays for a massage with Ernest of RCVRY; he's only there on Sundays and he's been an excellent massage therapist. The float sessions are clean and the walk through process for first timers is great. It is a process that takes the weight off your body and if possible your mind as well. We love the Sauna.
