Unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had. Not relaxing at all, it was more like a roller coaster of highs and lows. I did not leave feeling relaxed. The girl did not tell me her name. A common courtesy is to tell the client you are going to just grab more lotion or something if you need to lift both hands away and can't leave one hand on the client, well she walked out of the room right after she started. Her pressure was either too light or too deep despite my cues. She asked if she could use hot and cold stones, I said sure, well to my immediate shock she put both on me at the same time with no warning. The linens smelled like marijuana. I had a 90 min lymphatic drainage massage couple of weeks ago. The therapist was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The outcome has been great, edema has subsided and swollen nodes has gone down. Very pleased and happy with service. First off from the pod I felt tingly all over, even a few hours later I still feel tingly and I can feel the blood flow! It's awesome! I can't wait to try the higher intensity levels ! Right off the bat is the customer service. Morgan greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. Today I did the red light bed, halo spa and red light sauna (I selected the detoxification cycle). All of it was a great, relaxing experience. Bring some ear pods and do some meditation for some of the sessions. I should have thought of that and the experience would have been even better. I have been going to MeTime Body Spa for almost a year. For me, it is a quiet sanctuary to have time to myself. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and use the infra red sauna on a regular basis to help combat re - occurrence. I LOVE the red light treatment and feel it's helped my complexion. The hydration station is something pretty amazing and the massage bed is very relaxing. Something for everyone and hard to determine on any given day which ones to use. The staff is always professional and friendly and I appreciate this business being open in a time when health is so very important. It's good for my body AND my mind. This is an inexpensive way to work on self care on a regular basis in a calm and non threatening environment. It's been such a blessing to have this little hidden getaway in my life! I have been coming to Me Time since the very beginning. Any day I have some me time is a good day! I use three services 5 days a week and I feel so good they are addicting! I owe it to myself to have an hour a day just for me. The infra red light bed, Water massage bed and sauna bed are my favorites. Staff get me in and out. All friendly and clean.
