I have been going through a rough week, emotionally at home, which manifested physically. I came in today, sore, tight muscles, and low energy. I wanted to take a moment to thank Grace S for helping my body. I booked a deep tissue massage. I have been in in pain and had serious knots all over. She asked me about pressure and I told her to give me as deep as possible and I tell you she did just that! I honestly was in pain 90% of the massage. By choice!! I had the best massage with my massage therapist Danny.From the beginning to end It was a seamless process and a pleasant experience. The front desk girl was very polite and had great customer service. I'm not sure why these other reviews are rated so low because my experience was great, you can choose the pressure and Extras you want to pay for. The therapists make sure you feel comfortable through out the whole massage, even before and after. Someone who has enough anxiety and stress to go around, they made this a perfect environment to be in to unwind. I have 3 jobs and often have little free time to get massages, so on limb I took a chance on this place even with all the bad reviews because they had a same day appointment and I am so thankful I did, I am feeling the most relaxed I have been in years! It seems like all of the bad reviews are about the fees and cancellations. Not sure why anyone is complaining about it because the fees are posted not only on their website but in their facility, the cancellation policy is something that you sign when you book the appointment (most people don't read and just sign ). I don't think they should be blamed for their customers not properly reading through their policies and fees. As long as you read through the policies all the way through ( as you should) you will have a pleasant experience. Their prices may be higher than some places but you get what you pay for, and yes you do need to put a credit card down to book the apt something I was also skeptical about it but I had 0 issues with anything at any time. I have had really great experiences with this Elements Massage. I've been getting massages for years at different places, some that feel like a factory (M.E. ,every time), others that I'd go back to multiple times because I find a great therapist. So far at Elements I've had maybe 8 -10 massages (my other therapist of four years retired) , and all but one of them was really great! And what I want to say about that is that that after that ONE bad experience, I felt terrible saying anything to the front desk, but I did. Immediately Angela, the manager, came out of her office and wanted to fix things for me. She was so kind and actually seemed interested in making sure that I had a good experience. She really wanted my feedback so that she could make me happy (and also know more about her therapists) , and understood that THATS what makes a business successful. She immediately asked me if I would give them another chance and she would comp my next massage with another one of her therapists. I mean, customer service at its finest. For real. That VERY ACT on her part is why I chose to go back , and since then continue to have great massages from her team . She literally could've chose to blow me off to save herself from having to give away a free massage, but her wisdom knew that that's not the way to get customers to come back. And now, since then, I still go back monthly. (So, thank you, Angela! ) Fast forward to last night, I went and got another massage from a new therapist there, and as I was leaving, I was telling the front desk girl what a great experience I had and that the girl was really good. Angela popped out from her office (seriously, pro manager status here), and wanted to hear what I had to say about my experience w/ the new girl (Donna...she is little, but mighty!). Anyway, I just find that so impressive. It really matters to her that her clients have a good experience with her Therapists. Which is clearly why I seem to always have a great experience there. Apparently, she does her best to have good therapists . Massages are an expensive luxury to have and I appreciate that she recognizes that and welcomes feedback like she does. Hours are great, place is always clean, the staff is professional. OH! And they have a couples massage room, which my husband and I have done twice . Was great! And, you usually can get in within a day or two, so that's awesome!. They do have memberships (which I joined)... but never once did I feel pressured to sign up. The only downside I can think of is, I don't know what their pay structure is for their Therapists , but my two favorite ones left within months of each other , and I do often see new names on the schedule... so not sure if there's a high turnover or what that's about . Either way, I always seem to have a great experience so it doesn't really matter . It's just nice to be able to go to the same person when you find a great one, and it sucks when they seem to leave just when you find them . Overall, I love Elements Massage ! Took my boyfriend to get a couples massage for Valentine's Day today and let me tell you... please go see MARK and HEATHER! They are absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I damn near fell asleep (fought myself hard not too! Lol) Mark truly did an amazing job working out the knots in my shoulders and upper back. Seriously. I cannot recommend him enough. Heather gave my boyfriend a deep tissue massage and he said it was the BEST he's had. She worked on his upper/lower back problem areas and she was wonderful. TLDR: Their prices are insane, don't waste your money. I got a 90 minute massage & cupping. I truly felt sick to my stomach walking out of there paying $200. I felt blindsided. Not to mention, my therapist, talked for the first 15 minutes I was in the room before I could get changed so my massage was cut an additional 15 minutes short. He also told me he didn't like to do cupping (even though the receptionist said he's the person to go to for cupping.) Additionally, I had to get another massage two days later because I was so tight and in pain. As someone who gets a 90 minute massage, with cupping, every other week, at a similar type spa (a different company though in another city) I have never, EVER paid this much for a massage. Elements offers memberships to lower the price of their massages, as my does my regular spa and I'm not a member there either and even without a membership, I've never paid a price like this. They said they gave me a "$40" discount as a first time customer and I still walked out paying $198. How is that possible?! I will absolutely not be returning. How sickening. I feel taken advantage of and scammed. I thought the massage itself was good (other than being cut an additional 15 minutes shorter than the normal 10 for changing time) but then like I mentioned above, two days later, I had to go see another masseuse because my back was so messed up. I had a good experience with the massage therapist but that is about it. I signed up for their promotion which was supposed to be $49 a month for 1 hour massage a month if I wanted an additional massage it would be $49 more at the "member rate". That was a lie there was a time I booked a 2 hour massage and thinking I was going to pay an additional $49. WRONG! They charged me $120 after I was done!! That makes no sense and the girl at the front couldn't explain it to me so she said someone would call me to let me know why. I NEVER received that call. I decided to cancel my monthly and signed the form sent it, and it left me with one massage. So I scheduled an appointment for my massage. I happened to get very sick the day before ended up loosing my voice and I even had to call off work for 3 days. So I received a voicemail that said they were calling me to remind me about their cancellation policy. So when I was a little better called them and told them my situation and asked what they had done. They basically stated that the massage I paid for was given to the therapist because I didn't call in advance to cancel.... oh okay that makes sense take my money and not give me a massage because I was sick and could not call. I recently signed up for their membership so that I can get a massage there on a regular basis. After not trying to book a massage in January due to schedule, I recently have tried twice to book a massage on a day/time frame that works for me. The first time I called and they had no availability within a few days so I passed as I was heading out of town. After I got back I hopped online and attempted to book a massage and there were maybe only 10 days/times available within the next 7-10 days. What's the point in having a membership if there are never any slots available? I received a call and email from the manager Angela stating that "we are a high demand location" which really doesn't help the cause, and she suggested I call to book and I don't understand why I can't book online if there are slots available. So I instead booked an appointment at their Arrowhead location which is a hassle to get to and farther away than I'd prefer. I think it makes sense to just cancel my membership with them as I'm not driving to Arrowhead each time I want a massage. There are other options on this side of town. read more

Great first impression. I joined their monthly membership program after my first visit. My therapist was great. I scheduled an appointment online for March 7 which is the first time doing so (normally call to schedule). Received an email confirming my appointment. This afternoon I received a phone call where the person on the other end immediately went at me, telling me that they have a cancellation policy but since they were able to fill my appointment, they are not going to charge me. I explained I did schedule an appointment for next week and read her the email. She was very combative and did not display any empathy or acknowledge my confusion, just kept telling me they have a cancellation policy and I was scheduled for an appointment today. I told the young lady I did not appreciate her attitude and tone with me and asked what I needed to do to cancel my membership. Angela came on line after a brief hold and said she could cancel my membership. She didn't even bother to ask why or seem to care. I had a prenatal massage scheduled for today. I'm only 9 weeks, but figured I should indicate this as it was a choice when booking online. I got a phone call less than one hour before my appointment time asking me how far along I was. Then I was told I needed to be 12 weeks although this was not listed anywhere on the website or noted anywhere when booking my appointment. I was able to get a same day appointment which was great! When I arrived I was given a tour of the facility and filled out some paperwork. My therapist was Hector and I felt at ease with him immediately. He was very professional and great about checking with me about pressure as the massage progressed. He was also great about explaining what he was doing and using before he did it. I felt much better after 90 minutes. Before I left I signed up for the wellness program because I need a monthly massage. I have belonged to this type of membership at another massage group and the thing I like about this one is that there is no contract. Yay. I mean, who doesn't want a great massage at least once a month?‍ But I have to tell you, that I started my first massage with Jessica, and was so hooked, I've never even tried anyone else! Sal is AMAIZING! I had a 90min Himalayan salt stone massage with an added on aromatherapy and it was fantastic! Sal did an excellent job. He was very professional from start to finish, he made sure to listen to my needs very carefully asking the right questions to make sure I was going to get exactly what I asked for. This place is fantastical! One of the best massages I've ever had... and I've had a lot of them! I broke my back last year and now have severe arthritis and pain all throughout my back and hips as a result of the broken back. I've had so much therapy done to my back so I feel like I have a pretty decent concept on when massage therapists are good vs bad with someone with severe back pain. I saw Wyatt who obviously specializes in people like me. He mentioned he works with professional athletes and it showed. Hi there I recently signed up for a membership since I was given a gift of a message and was looking forward to the future of this membership. Unfortunately I cancelled do to how they do business and how rude the woman I spoke to was. First I should have written down my appointment information (that was my fault)but after being assured I would be called and receive an email, I put that information out of my mind. Fast forward past my appointment, I'm reviewing my bill and notice I had a $45 charge so I call. I ask what the charge was and was advised it was a no show/ late cancellation fee. I tell the woman I never received a reminder call of my appointment. Instead of verifying my phone number was correct on file, she says they tried calling and my voicemail was full. I can provide my missing phone call log and there is NOT one missed call from your business and let alone my voicemail being full. I have 45 GB of free memory on my phone. Then was told an email was sent, so I quickly review my email and discover it was in my junk mail box. With no care about the situation, I hung up with the rude woman. The message was great.
