The weight wouldn't budge, my energy was off, and honestly... it was frustrating. What I didn't realize? My body had changed -- and what used to work, just wasn't working anymore. Working with Jennifer at Me Time Spa completely shifted that for me. She helped me understand something so simple but so important: I wasn't eating enough protein That one change alone made a huge difference. And the best part? She didn't expect me to make complicated meals or spend hours cooking (because let's be real... I don't have time for that). She gave me practical, easy ways to eat better, stay consistent, and actually see results. Add in the accountability and the GLP-1 reset... and it's been a game changer. If you feel like you're doing everything "right" but nothing is working -- it might not be you. It might just be that your body needs a different approach now.
