The therapist used only her elbows and forearms throughout the entire massage, without using her hands at all. I found this extremely uncomfortable and intense--there was no variation in technique, I ended up with increased soreness and pain in areas that weren't bothering me before, rather than any relief. While I understand different therapists have different styles, this approach felt overly aggressive for my needs and wasn't what I expected from a professional massage. I wouldn't return or recommend this location based on this experience. Others might want to clearly communicate their pressure preferences upfront or choose a different provider."

Bad customer service when they are pushing so hard to sell a membership or products. It makes me not want to go back it is that salesy. Give customers what they want not what you want.
