Surgery's not really on the table, so I'm doing my best to heal the natural way (with a side of physical therapy). At this point, even tying my shoes feels like an Olympic event, so I'm willing to try anything that might help. I signed up for a month since it's $99 and unlimited...total no-brainer. I've done the sauna, which is amazing and private. There's even a TV in the room, so you can watch your favorite show, listen to their zen music, or (like me) blast your playlist and reflect on this next chapter in life. I also tried cryotherapy, which feels incredible and hits -100 degrees--basically the perfect follow-up to the sauna. And then there's the vibrating plate surrounded by infrared lights... that one was fun, but I couldn't stop giggling the whole time. Don't ask me why...it's just one of those things.. LOL. The service here is top-notch, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I actually have a sauna place just five minutes from home, but I still drive 25 minutes to come here--because when you find the spot, you stay loyal. The comeback is in full swing, and once this back is healed, I'm rising as Superwoman 2.0--stronger, sharper, glowing harder than ever, and still blasting my playlist while I take on the world like it owes me something.

The office is clean and well taken care of. After entering the room I was told that an attendant wouldn't be with me during this process. This was new to me so I was pretty shocked. They never told me about this prior to booking. She also stated that I would be administering the machine myself and I was even more surprised. I told her my apprehensions and that I was so sure about everything and she reassured me it was okay. So I tried to use the machine myself and it was impossible for me to use. I notified the associate and she was surprised and said that I she doesn't think that I would have had a problem but I told her my body is not small enough to use the machine. After speaking with her I went to the front and the receptionist stated after speaking to the attendant they will still have to charge me $150 even though I was unable to use their machine. Horrible business practice and poor customer service. They could easily have offered another service to use that $150 towards something else. Instead I'm out $150 and never was able to physically use their service. I most definitely won't be back and do not recommend this place especially if you are on a weight loss journey.

For those of you reading this - let me be clear - this is not a miraculous place where all aches and pains are immediately resolved and you lose inches! You have to fully understand what happens to your body when you do cryotherapy and any red light therapy along with compression, stretching, etc. Thats for another post and your personal research, but here is my experience. I am a health conscience person that works out enough to keep my old bones moving and I pay attention to aging process by eating healthy, taking supplements, etc. My dr had always said that combo of Cryo and Red light therapy with compression would help my inflammation issues, but I didnt dig the whole steel tube locked in kinda thing. Here's what I love about Restore: their Cryo is like a walk in freezer! Perfect for those that hate small spaces. LOVE! With a combo of compression, Cryo, and Photo Bio Modulation (PBM)/ or Infared Sauna I have seen a half inch decrease in my ankles and a quarter inch in my wrists. I have also felt a lot better when working out, meaning, its not a chore to do those 12 burpees and there's a bit more bounce in my step when working out. Also- that sluggish AZ summer feeling is gone and Ive got more energy to take on the day. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the staff. Amazing people. I would call out individuals but I cant say that anyone that works there isn't exceptional. They are accommodating to your needs, inquiries, and yes your fifty million questions that you have. I hated it. So everyone is very friendly & nice, especially the nurse. However the front desk personnel was not friendly or really personable. Wow I did not know what to expect when I booked my appointment and I can truly say I was impressed…read more I had seen so many advertisements on social media about this place and I finally caved in and got myself scheduled. Booking was simple as an employee reached out to me to schedule. We sent a few texts back and forth and bam my appointment was confirmed. A few days prior to my visit, I was sent over new patient paperwork that was simple to complete. The day finally came and the receptionist quickly greeted me as I walked in. She got me checked in, gave me a cold water with added electrolytes, took me to the waiting room, and I was seated in a comfy chair. She told me to wait here for the person who was going to get me hooked up. I had enough time to look over the pamphlets and enough time to pick which IV I wanted. I ended up going with the revitalizer as I was feeling fatigued and with no energy. Finding my veins is always a challenge for nurses / phlebotomists and it was no exception here. The worker showed compassion and was very patient on finding the one vein that was going to withstand the IV. She made sure I was very comfortable and and kept reassuring me that she was not going to poke me more then once. She finally found the one vein that was going to work on my hand and off I was to the back room with the super cool massage chair. I sat down and and was hooked up to the IV right after. The massage felt soooo good and I even dozed off for a bit. The room was nice and cold and it was very relaxing. The ambience was perfect! It took about 45 minutes for the treatment and I was all ready to go. They had a really nice special going on for new customers so I only paid half of what the service usually costs. I really enjoyed my visit and I can say that I have been feeling great ever since. Its been 5 days and I feel more alert and my body still feels rested. I made sure to let my family members and friends know about this place and I can't wait to be back!

Everything get wiped down after use. The floors and rails of the cold plunge/hot tub are constantly squeegeed. Staff is friendly, always helpful and busy wiping down things when we are done. Upon entry, you are welcomed with the smell of lavender goodness and hear softly played spa music. Love the high ceiling to make it feel more open. I don't have a favorite among all the modalities....Compression, Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, Jacuzzi, and Red Light Therapy. I really enjoy all of them! Compression - Once in a while, I would do all three different options....Legs, Hip, and Arms and finish with red light therapy (skipping use of wearing a swimsuit - infrared sauna, cold plunge and hot tub). Infrared Sauna - Relaxing while getting sweaty, yes please! Cold Plunge - Go all in with the cold plunge with arms and shoulders submerged. Ladies, on Wash My Hair Day, I would and highly recommend doing a face dunk the last 10 seconds of the cold plunge. Getting into my pool is easy for me nows! Hot Tub - AAhhh - 10 minutes with the jets on or off for quiet time either way, time goes by so fast. I pray, give thanks, and/or focus on deep breaths. Infrared Red - two full body panels for front and back! Their motto - Disconnect to Reconnect! I get it and I agree! I feel relaxed throughout the day, positive and overall happy. If you think you can't afford something like this, think of whatever you spend money on regularly. Give it up or cut back and commit to Reset.

The second time was a 30-min PEMF therapy. At the first visit, Evan greeted me and gave me an iPad to fill out my info and assessment. It took about 5-10 minutes to complete at their cozy waiting area (the mist machine and the armchairs set the tone!) After that, we went into a small meeting room for a quick consultation. Next, the tour! I have no idea how deep the studio went! The vibrant orange and the calm beige balanced out really well. The studio was so clean with just the right amount of lighting. The soothing playlist filled each room with the perfect volume as well! Evan took the time to show me every service they provide. After a quick circle, he guided me to an almost dark room for the 30-min leg compression and red-light therapy session. After that was a 40-min red light, 151F sauna where I almost fell asleep, it was time for the final experience: cryotherapy. Even it was just a 1-minute session...omg...getting 52F air blown straight at me got me lightheaded. Clearly, I was not breathing enough. The final step after this breathtaking (literally) experience, Evan concluded the session with some suggestions and next step. I appreciated his attentiveness to my needs and understanding of my financial situation. I mentioned that along the tour, I was intrigued by the PEMF service, which is why I decided to come back the second time for just that. It's hard to put into words on the feeling, so I am gonna say just go try it out at least once. You won't be disappointed. I came here for a 40 min infrared sauna session and Bryce helped me around. I completed a few digital forms and then was given a tour of the facility. I would suggest coming in 15 min before your session if it is your first visit. There are lots of services offered including infrared sauna, dry salt therapy, cryotherapy, body sculpting, PEFM, IV fluids and other services I can't recall right now. I was completely overwhelmed with all the services available! I was shown to sauna room #3 and Bryce gave me instructions on how to use the sauna, and showed me where the towels were, including cold lavender towels in a mini fridge. She also gave me a bottle of water (bring the reusuable water bottle back to the front). I got into the sauna and was familiar with it but the control panel took a little fidgeting with to get my phone connected. I kept the sauna at 145F and was on red light mode. It felt good to sweat and enjoyed the 40 min of being in the sauna. When I was finished, I was given an explanation of all the memberships offered, a lot of it went over my head as I was kind of a space cadet after my relaxing, sauna session. I did sign up for 10 sessions and plan to try a few other services out. They have a special if you sign up for packs, so 10 classes for $350, which works out to $35/session, which isn't bad really. You're investing in your health. I'm excited to come here for all the services! You can also try this place out for free too to see if it works for you. This place is closer to me than Perspire so works out nicely for me to pop in when I have some free time each week. Hours are a bit limited, so that's why I didn't give this place 5 stars.
