I've had several facials with Stephanie, along with acupuncture and IV treatments with Dr. Chung. Stephanie really listens to my concerns and works with me on my skin journey. Dr. Chung has a calming presence and makes you feel truly heard and cared for. She takes the time to understand what's going on and goes above and beyond for her patients. Her acupuncture treatments are gentle and comfortable compared with others I've tried. In my experience, the IV treatments have also been incredibly helpful: when I've been really sick, I've often felt much better and more like myself the next day. I'm so grateful for Stephanie, Dr. Chung, and the whole Vitalship team. I'll absolutely continue coming back!

As a professional myself I have tried every product, treatment I could get my hands on, with no success. After my first Vampire Facial treatment, adding the correct vitamins, my congestion and acne are finally gone! I am even sending my clients to her for this treatment. It is a must for all. I am seeing Dr. Kasey to lose weight and quit smoking. I have never had a Dr truly listen to me, take the time to get to know me, my schedule, my habits, and without judgement. I even dropped 9 lbs. in the two weeks and know I can stay smoke free! One last note, if you have a child dealing with any type of drug issue, you have found your solution with Dr. Kasey. He has different approach and is very relatable. Both Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Kasey have been life changers for me.

This review is to state my concern about doing business with or receiving services at Vitality Med…read moreSpa. It's unfortunate that I must write this review. I used to go here for years until my favorite nurse left their practice. Today, after calling in to book a consultation, I spent over an hour completing their medical history form online. After completing this history, I discovered on a separate form that Vitality charges a fee if you do not end up purchasing products. While this is not unreasonable, it is Discourteous for Vitality to not transparently inform their prospects up front, so I called and stated my concern. The employee did not apologize and said clients can discover this information in the forms. (Does everyone read every line of every form they complete for medical offices?!) I suggested that it would be fairer and more respectful to be transparent about fees up front so that no one's time is wasted. She argued with me and showed no understanding of my concern; the aggressiveness surprised me and I immediately felt that something here was very wrong. I said that if Vitality doesn't respect my time then I can't make them, and then I cancelled the appointment. This conduct by Vitality is a Deceptive Marketing Tactic where Seller makes an attractive initial offer, Buyer expresses interest, Seller then delays vital information while the Buyer makes an investment of time and resources, Buyer then discovers the vital information yet feels pressure to move forward because of their time & resource investment in spite of the distrust which has been fostered by the seller's tactic. The combination of the tactic together with the employee's unapologetic defense of the tactic and failure to acknowledge its impact on me, made it clear that I should not trust doing business with Vitality, much less trust them to provide medical services. As the saying goes, "If you can't trust a person in small things, you cannot trust them with big things."

If you're looking for a doctor to actually listen to you and your concerns then look no further…read more After years of going to general practitioners and gynecologists and expressing concerns to no avail, Dr. Connell is a game changer. Dr. Connell is the first and only doctor I have ever been to that actually listens. Further, she considers your entire mind, body and environment in developing treatment. She made several suggestions and immediately told me her plan would not entail me being on all of the supplements and such forever, but to reduce to exactly what is needed as we proceeded through treatments. This is a fact. From the first set of supplements to now - the supplements have been reduced to half. From the first session I have experienced great changes to my pre-menopausal symptoms (hot flashes gone). From the next session my acne, weight gain, nail strength, and sleep have all improved (all the things I wanted to address). No joke I am almost cured - hahaha not possible but she is getting me close to how I felt before all my issues really kicked in. I am beyond excited and am so grateful and thankful. Let's talk about customer service. The entire staff and I mean the entire staff and Dr. Connell are seriously the nicest people I have ever encountered. You can email, call, stop in constantly and it is no problem. I cannot believe how Dr. Connell will respond to calls/emails via staff about any question or concerns - I mean most doctors make you make an appointment for most of my questions/concerns. They never make me feel like I am bothering them and I have never felt such pure kindness, compassion and treatment from so many people at one place. I mean it is really hard to put into words how genuinely kind everyone is. If you are looking for a doctor that understands medical and way more about how your body works then Dr. Connell is for you. It can be costly but for the first time in my life, I have zero buyers remorse. Dr. Connell is worth every penny. As my bestie puts it, I am worth the maintenance - just as our cars need oil changes and tune ups.
