This review is to state my concern about doing business with or receiving services at Vitality Med Spa. It's unfortunate that I must write this review. I used to go here for years until my favorite nurse left their practice. Today, after calling in to book a consultation, I spent over an hour completing their medical history form online. After completing this history, I discovered on a separate form that Vitality charges a fee if you do not end up purchasing products. While this is not unreasonable, it is Discourteous for Vitality to not transparently inform their prospects up front, so I called and stated my concern. The employee did not apologize and said clients can discover this information in the forms. (Does everyone read every line of every form they complete for medical offices?!) I suggested that it would be fairer and more respectful to be transparent about fees up front so that no one's time is wasted. She argued with me and showed no understanding of my concern; the aggressiveness surprised me and I immediately felt that something here was very wrong. I said that if Vitality doesn't respect my time then I can't make them, and then I cancelled the appointment. This conduct by Vitality is a Deceptive Marketing Tactic where Seller makes an attractive initial offer, Buyer expresses interest, Seller then delays vital information while the Buyer makes an investment of time and resources, Buyer then discovers the vital information yet feels pressure to move forward because of their time & resource investment in spite of the distrust which has been fostered by the seller's tactic. The combination of the tactic together with the employee's unapologetic defense of the tactic and failure to acknowledge its impact on me, made it clear that I should not trust doing business with Vitality, much less trust them to provide medical services. As the saying goes, "If you can't trust a person in small things, you cannot trust them with big things." read more

I got a groupon for botox... first time! The appointment was easy to make, I got right in, the doctor answered all my questions and did a fine job. I did have some bruising for a week and a half (looked like a vein on my forehead) and the treatment only lasted about eight weeks... Love the ladies who work here. Have some health issues and I go in for vitamin B-12 shots and to purchase their vitamin line. They also offer other amazing services such weight reduction which I went through and it worked well for me. I went in today for services for the first time and I was extremely nervous. The front receptionist and the young lady who provided me services were super patient and very nice!!! I absolutely love this place! Some of my friends and I joined together for the Lipotropic/Fat Burner injections and I was so pleasantly surprised by this office. Not only is is right down the street from the gym but I have been researching places to get these injections and the reviews have been heinous! I didn't see one negative comment about experiences here which led me to checking it out. I was going to register online but thought it might be better to just drop in, check it out and get an injection and I am so glad I did! Started going here to get B12 shots recently, they are quick, accept walk ins, and they have extremely nice staff here!

Wow!! My GF and I have been taking the B-12 & B-Complex shots and I've also been taking the muscle builder shots for a little over a month. What a difference! We run a business and work 70-80 hours a week and we have 5 kids between us, so we really needed the energy boost. Plus I feel stronger than I have in years. We are in the process of seeing the doctors and getting our blood work done so we can attack fatigue and the aging process head on. We can't wait to see and feel the results. Vitality Med Spa managed to sterilize me and cause hormone-induced organ failure. I went to Vitality Med Spa because I was having some trouble in the bedroom due to a medication I was taking. Their "doctors" advised me I needed hormone therapy to "supplement" my own testosterone. They did NOT advise me that it would make me cease to produce my own. After the second week of hormone therapy my testes shrank and had a sharp stabbing pain. They advised me to take DIM, an herbal "medicine" that is an extract from broccoli. It didn't do anything. After a few more weeks of being in pain and with my testes continuing to shrink, I went back for what was the final visit. I confronted the "doctor" about what I had read concerning hormone therapy shutting down my natural production. He seemed not to understand. I got a bit upset at that point, and mentioned the pain I had yet again. At that point they terminated treatment and said I should go to the ER. At that point in time they had STERILIZED me. Thankfully, I found a wonderful urologist that has a real medical degree, not a fake NMD, who helped me to recover. My hormone levels are still not what they were before going to Vitality Med Spa, but thankfully I am now at least functioning. They tried to sell me all kinds of garbage every time I went. And every time I had to remind them, as they were loading the needle for a B12 shot, that I was allergic to B12 (in vitamin form). This place is full of quacks and should be shut down. read more

The staff is very friendly. HOWEVER, the botox is very dilluted. You need to get a lot put in order to get minimal results. I've had better for less. Nicole is not the best at injections. She's sweet. but...Really botched filler. Vitality did not refund OR offer another service etc. to make up for being injected near the vein. Lumpy spots etc. Will not return. read more

I've been coming here for years for various services but mainly working with Dr. Hicks for weight loss and other well being consultation. She's an amazing dr with great human understanding and gives her patient clients holistic medicinal and healing needs. Over the years Dr. Hicks has helped me understand the changes my body is going through hormonally, what to take for chemical-free great sleep, offering an array of vitamins and supplements that have helped me look and feel, well, revitalized, with more vitality! She's a great listener and insightful, really aware, paying attention to what her patients are going through in their lives physically emotionally and spiritually. At one point I lost over 85 lbs working with her and years later when I slipped and put some weight back on she never judged or made me feel like anything but a valued friend. All the staff and other doctors her that offer excellent aesthetic services are great to work with too. Last but not least their prices are highly competitive compared to other places you get the same excellent results for skin and face treatments like tightening and ipl etc. but pay slightly less: it's a win - win experience, a real find in Mesa. Very unprofessional staff. Site says MDs, but they do not have a single MD on site. They have naturopathics, which are not MDs. A big waste of money.
