I could hear everything the customers and stylist were yelling to talk over the water loud water! It was really loud and took away for any sort of relaxation from the facial! Also, I book only added the dermaplaning to the facial because of the add attached! I ever asked about this special when I booked and was told, "yes" I could use this special and get the dermal as a few adding. Nope! When I checked out I was giver a bill for $221 for a signature facial. My jaw dropped, the facial was nice but I was told $129. I asked about the special and was told that is for my next treatment. What?? That is not what I was told, nor does this special specify this. I added a picture of the special to show how that would not be how customers would interpret this special! I used to go here for years until my favorite nurse left their practice. Today, after calling in to book a consultation, I spent over an hour completing their medical history form online. After completing this history, I discovered on a separate form that Vitality charges a fee if you do not end up purchasing products. While this is not unreasonable, it is Discourteous for Vitality to not transparently inform their prospects up front, so I called and stated my concern. The employee did not apologize and said clients can discover this information in the forms. (Does everyone read every line of every form they complete for medical offices?!) I suggested that it would be fairer and more respectful to be transparent about fees up front so that no one's time is wasted. She argued with me and showed no understanding of my concern; the aggressiveness surprised me and I immediately felt that something here was very wrong. I said that if Vitality doesn't respect my time then I can't make them, and then I cancelled the appointment. This conduct by Vitality is a Deceptive Marketing Tactic where Seller makes an attractive initial offer, Buyer expresses interest, Seller then delays vital information while the Buyer makes an investment of time and resources, Buyer then discovers the vital information yet feels pressure to move forward because of their time & resource investment in spite of the distrust which has been fostered by the seller's tactic. The combination of the tactic together with the employee's unapologetic defense of the tactic and failure to acknowledge its impact on me, made it clear that I should not trust doing business with Vitality, much less trust them to provide medical services. As the saying goes, "If you can't trust a person in small things, you cannot trust them with big things."

When I get there, they tell me that because of something with the supplier, if after April a patient doesn't meet certain requirements, they have to buy the brand name GLP1 version instead of the one they currently have. This is how they persuade you to buy $1300 worth for a 3 month supply... however, they don't mention it'll take up to 3 weeks to get it due to being out of stock. It usually only takes 3-4 days to get it delivered, so when I called to see why I hadn't received it, she told me it would be up to 3 weeks. Then I've sent 2 emails but no one responds. I will say, I've been successful in losing weight being on GLP1 injections, fat burners & appetite suppressants, but I don't appreciate not being told of this delay up front and then being ignored when I contact them.
