I was offered to see another nurse. She used a different brand (Dysport instead of Letybo) and mentioned I would need to pay extra if I wanted the same product Ciera had used. Unfortunately, after the injections my upper eyelid dropped and my brows felt very heavy, affecting my vision and overall look. Another nurse later tried to help, but the improvement was minimal and I was told I would need to wait for it to wear off. I understand emergencies happen, but the communication and outcome were disappointing. I hope the spa improves coordination and follow-up care for patients in the future.

This type of side effect was never mentioned during the consultation or consent process. I am now under medical care for the burn, and unfortunately, it is not guaranteed that the scar will ever go away. The emotional and physical toll of this experience has been significant. Even after this injury, Bodify never offered a refund or any compensation for the treatment that caused such harm. In fact, they have continued to attempt to collect full payment for the procedure.....$3000!!!! Consumers deserve to be fully informed of all potential risks before undergoing cosmetic procedures -- especially when the outcome can be permanent. I'm sharing my experience in hopes of helping others make a truly informed decision. Response to owner: it's unacceptable that your only response to my situation is done publicly after I write a review! You never once reached out to me after the incident happened in Jan - yet had the technician who cause the burn to continue to gaslight me! I got started right away because treatments must be spaced a month apart and I wanted to take full advantage of the time I had. After three months of treatment, it was clear that more treatments were needed. When I went back in month four for the "results" unveiling, I was told that if I wanted another treatment (which I did), it was going to cost me $500 more. I explained that was not communicated and not my understanding and yet, I was pushed to wait another month and come back with the understanding that at that time, I'd receive treatment. I did go back after another 30 days (still within the 5-month period) and was told that the pictures show results and that I would now have to pay $1,000 if I wanted another treatment. I was shocked and feel incredibly mislead. I wish I could recommend this place due to the friendly staff, but unfortunately because of bad business practices, I cannot.
