Shuree is incredibly educated and knowledgeable, but what keeps my daughter and me coming back is her genuineness and honesty. She actually listens, gives you her honest opinion, and never makes you feel like she's just trying to get you to spend more money. And on top of that, her prices are amazing. We've been to so many other places in the West Valley, and the difference in the longevity of our tox is honestly crazy. It simply does not last nearly as long for us anywhere else as it does when Shuree does it. So yes, we drive an hour, and yes, we will continue to do it! Even after this injury, Bodify never offered a refund or any compensation for the treatment that caused such harm. In fact, they have continued to attempt to collect full payment for the procedure.....$3000!!!! Consumers deserve to be fully informed of all potential risks before undergoing cosmetic procedures -- especially when the outcome can be permanent. I'm sharing my experience in hopes of helping others make a truly informed decision. Response to owner: it's unacceptable that your only response to my situation is done publicly after I write a review! You never once reached out to me after the incident happened in Jan - yet had the technician who cause the burn to continue to gaslight me! I don't care how many procedures Bodify performs- this happened and it happened to me and EVERYONE SHOULD SEE WHAT COULD happen. Your public response means nothing to me now- the photos are proof of what can and Did happen.
