I went to Bodify for Cool Sculpting of my abdomen. I had no idea what to expect. The staff were very nurturing, respectful, and supportive. It took about 3 weeks to see results, but holy cannoli it really worked! I had two treatments and my stomach looks like it did 15 years ago! I'm thrilled with the results. I have one more treatment to go (3 is recommended). I can't wait to see the results. Highly recommend!! Side note, I have never had any cosmetic procedures. I'm pretty lucky with my skin, and I'm 58. But I couldn't take my tummy looking like I was stuffing pillows under my shirt! I was nervous, I didn't know what to expect. The staff really made me feel like I was in good hands. I underwent CoolSculpting on my neck Jan 2025, and due to improper placement of the applicator, I suffered a burn that has resulted in a permanent scar. This type of side effect was never mentioned during the consultation or consent process. I am now under medical care for the burn, and unfortunately, it is not guaranteed that the scar will ever go away. The emotional and physical toll of this experience has been significant. Even after this injury, Bodify never offered a refund or any compensation for the treatment that caused such harm. In fact, they have continued to attempt to collect full payment for the procedure.....$3000!!!! Consumers deserve to be fully informed of all potential risks before undergoing cosmetic procedures -- especially when the outcome can be permanent. I'm sharing my experience in hopes of helping others make a truly informed decision. Response to owner: it's unacceptable that your only response to my situation is done publicly after I write a review! You never once reached out to me after the incident happened in Jan - yet had the technician who cause the burn to continue to gaslight me! I don't care how many procedures Bodify performs- this happened and it happened to me and EVERYONE SHOULD SEE WHAT COULD happen. Buyer Beware! While the staff is very friendly, the promises made were not kept. I had signed up with the understanding that I would have five months under contract to get desired results and that if I hadn't, additional treatments within a five-month period would be available at no additional cost. I got started right away because treatments must be spaced a month apart and I wanted to take full advantage of the time I had. After three months of treatment, it was clear that more treatments were needed. When I went back in month four for the "results" unveiling, I was told that if I wanted another treatment (which I did), it was going to cost me $500 more. I explained that was not communicated and not my understanding and yet, I was pushed to wait another month and come back with the understanding that at that time, I'd receive treatment. I did go back after another 30 days (still within the 5-month period) and was told that the pictures show results and that I would now have to pay $1,000 if I wanted another treatment. I was shocked and feel incredibly mislead. I wish I could recommend this place due to the friendly staff, but unfortunately because of bad business practices, I cannot. read more

Just giving a heads up to people considering CoolSculpt here the sales pressure is like visiting a car dealership. They will pound you into the ground to get that sale. I, unfortunately, made the mistake of visiting the Bodify website and filling out my information to view before and after photos. In the four days since, I have been harassed by their sales/marketing team on a daily basis (and sometimes twice in the same day) via phone and text EVEN ON SUNDAY at 7am. I mean WHY bother someone on a Sunday morning. Is your office even open than to see patients? I am not at all averse to an email that says thanks for checking on results, contact us for more information and sending those on a relatively minimal basis. But my phone and text are not for marketing spam to on a daily basis. Had they been less car salesmany, I would've considered their services on my shortlist. But after this, me thinks not. After reaching out to the Scottsdale office several times, I decided to see if the Arcadia office is run by the same group. It is. The receptionist Katie (I believe that was her name) requested my information to have it removed from their system. Hopefully, this eliminates the harassment I've felt over the past few days. Everyone is so patient, the office is clean, and the staff walks you through every step of the coolsculpting procedure. The entire experience thus far has been exceptional. Always have gotten a quick response and initially met with Sue who was delightful and very thorough in her explanations about everything (the procedure, expectations, expectations, and fees). I have had a few treatments done by Bodify and I love what I'm seeing! I started seeing results in about 6 weeks...let me tell you again, I am loving the changes I'm seeing! Since then I have been feeling more and more confident in my own skin. My clothes aren't snug anymore. My whole experience with Bodify was wonderful! Sue walked me through the whole process and was super nice and helpful. I had Coolsculpting done on my tummy and she made sure I understood the whole process and had the correct expectations by sharing lots of before and after pictures. I never felt pressured to do anything extra. Not only is the staff amazing, but so is the office! They have thought of every detail to ensure their customers are comfortable and at ease. During the treatment, I was able to lounge in the most comfortable chair while watching TV with cozy pillows and blankets - I literally almost fell asleep I was so comfortable! I am absolutely thrilled to leave a positive review for Bodify! I submitted an inquiry online and was almost immediately contacted by the business owner. I was invited to attend a cost-free consultation and they were able to schedule me very quickly. Unlike another reviewer (ehem...drama queen) that heavily criticized being contacted by text message (why submit your contact information if you don't want to be contacted), all of Bodify's interactions with me were incredibly professional, personal and respectful. At the consultation, we discussed the process in depth. The office is absolutely gorgeous and it felt like being at a spa. We discussed the two areas that I was considering, and I was assessed for both areas (my stomach and under my chin). They actually discouraged me from getting my stomach treated, saying I was not a good candidate due to the type of fat on my stomach. They said I would not see good results. We decided to go for my chin area, and I was able to schedule a date about a week later. I did not feel pressured to purchase either treatment, particularly because they tried to talk me out of having my stomach treated. I got the feeling that they truly desire fabulous results (fast forward four weeks to fabulous results).... I was treated like a VIP guest every time I was in the office, I truly appreciate the entire staff! The receptionist is very kind, and I feel like Sue was just as excited to see my results as I was. They seem to understand that they are not just performing a procedure, but they're helping to build self-esteem and self-worth. Just lovely. My results are truly amazing. I started seeing results in about 2 months. I was a little concerned because I had a wedding to attend in July and the dress I purchased was a little tight. I was skeptical at first, due to the cost, but I found a gift card special and went for it. I was pleasantly surprised. The offices are immaculate and the personnel are very helpful and supportive. The procedure itself was almost painless, even though I had to sit still for two hours. I just had it done, so I am awaiting results, but I think it will have been worth it. They then led me through a quick tour of the various rooms, which were all gorgeous, clean, and decorated with a super cute aesthetic. I sat down and discussed my goals, and they were able to help me choose my best options. I got my chin area done which at first can feel uncomfortable until you get used to the feeling, but they ensured I had everything I needed. They calmed any nerves I had and answered all questions.
