Where do I begin... First, I scheduled my CO2 laser appt in December 2025 and couldn't get in until…read moreMarch 2026. I was scheduled for a Tuesday and they called me the Friday morning before leaving me a message telling me the machine needed to be serviced and needed to move my appt to Thursday. I called back that Friday twice and left 2 messages. I called Monday left a message and called again. I didnt get a call back from girl until Monday late morning. Mind you, my appt is scheduled for Tues 7 am and there is alot of prep with antiobiotics and pills leading up to my appt. For a simpler procedure, sure no problem, but with CO2 laser there is SIGNIFICANT downtime and preparation with pills, so a HUGE inconvenience. I had strategically scheduled time off work, and had my fiance schedule time off work as well, because I needed a driver for day of surgery and post op day. So I lost 2 days of income because of this. I asked for some sort of compensation for the major inconvenience and she was pretty dismissive about it and said no, sorry, not our fault, the machined needed something fixed. To not give some sort of compensation for this is insane. To back up for a moment, when I went in for my initial consultation, I never saw Dr. Laris, I saw an assistant and I told her my concerns were laxity and I'm interested in lasers, do lasers help with this. She told me to do the CO2 laser so that is what I scheduled. When I came in on procedure day, she makes the comment to me, "Oh why are you doing the CO2 laser you have no sun spots, are you doing it for preventative reasons?" I was appalled. In that moment I was filled with self doubt and frustration that I just paid $4500 for a laser that wasn't going to address my needs. I don't have sunspots or terrible skin, that wasn't my concerns. I felt absolutely duped. By the way its 3 months post off and my under eyes are still so red and I don't see any difference in my pores, no tightening, so far disappointed. But maybe I'll see some results in the next few months... I also have to comment that calling them and leaving their surgical center messages was a nightmare. The spa answers and transfers you. The spa cannot schedule surgical center procedures. I left over 12 messages and received 2 call back messages. But no one continued to follow up with me even though I left numerous messages. I was so frustrated, I told spa side front desk girl, I will stay on the phone, can you go over to the other side and grab someone, because this is ridiculous. When I got someone on the phone, her response, oh it looks like we called you back 2 times. I said ya and I left you messages after these which means you have to call back to continue to followup!! That is how this works! Why do I have to leave 10 messages after, and still get no call back! Front desk girl had to track you people down. So annoyed and disappointed by their lack of understanding and zero ownership of their frailties. Overall, I was so unsatisfied with the whole experience. Their staff and business model needs training and updating. I will not go back there.

I was left with hypopigmentation on my cheeks and scarring on my chin and nose. I found Dr. Lal through a recommendation, and he has been the one guiding me through the remediation and healing process. He travels often for speaking engagements and he sees a lot of patients, so there can be a wait, but he is absolutely worth it. He knows exactly what he's doing, explains everything clearly, and will never recommend anything harmful or unnecessary. You can tell he genuinely has your best interest in mind. On top of that, he's funny, personable, and just has a great heart. They have billed my insurance and i have self paid without issue. I do book in advance because i want to keep things on schedule. On a rare occasion they have had to reschedule they have made every effort to accommodate. I rarely wait long to be seen but when there is a delay i don't mind. He is incredibly busy and takes such good care of me and my skin. Its because when he sees a patient he is 100% present and sometimes things take longer than expected. The staff is amazing mianni and yossana are the best medical assistants I have ever met in my entire life and I'm not exaggerating. I've gone to Morgan for injectable's and would highly recommend her. They are definitely the assets. The front desk people are really friendly and do a great job accommodating all the requests. I see Nikki the most and her efficiency - I'm sure its not easy being the main point of contact at such a busy practice but they do a great job The lobby is pleasant and parking is easy. I first met with Mr. Lal for a vitiligo study back in 2023. My first visit was an absolute disorganized mess. I reported to the address I was given, but the receptionist had no idea who I was, who Mr. Lal was, or even vaguely familiar of a vitiligo study that was literally happening in that office. It turns out Mr. Lal was using a back room of affiliated dermatology to conduct this study. I assume he did not have permission. I worked primarily with his two medical assistance, who likely never attended medical school, as they were also the most disorganized "medical professionals" I have ever encountered. Mr. Lal was late to every one of my visits, which were at least weekly, sometimes more frequent. I waited for up to an hour at times, at his mercy, and he never made an apology once. Part of the study required using the Excimer laser to burn off layers of skin in the affected areas. It was obvious Mr. Lal had never used an Eximer before. He literally caused the third-degree burns on my hands. I have had previous experience with the laser, and in trained hands, it is not as destructive as it was in Mr. Lal's hands. I did not complete the study. I drove over two hours every week to be treated by imbeciles who had no business involving themselves in such a complex study. I bailed before the study was complete. I hope it caused a financial loss for Mr. Lal, as he deserves nothing for his incompetence.
