Zero complaints. The technology works great. The staff is very knowledgable, friendly and they make you feel comfortable as well. It's nice to know your skin is in the hands of registered nurses, and not random people without credentials. Most places I researched did laser hair treatments in addition to a long laundry list of other cosmetic treatments. Laser hair removal is what Ideal Image does and that is it; they are experts in the field. read more

first of all I paid 2200 for my treatment it's not that much but to me it is, so I got 60 units of Botox 1 and half syringe of filler ok so I told her forehead crows feet and chin dimples with Botox and my lips and nasal folds with filler so we do half of the procedure when she was done my lips they were not even one side was bigger she said it's because I already had un even lips , ok so make them even I said she said it don't work that way if ur lips are uneven so will the filler NOT TRUE, that's why some of us do this so we' can balance what we had un balanced in the first place . I leave come back two weeks later my forehead is not moving but the between my eye brows still has the wrinkle , my chin still dimpled and crowd feet still there so ur telling me u put the whole 60 units on my forehead ?? I come here for Laser Hair Removal. I see Maddy, and she is great. I have been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue. They have always been friendly, and thorough in the treatments. I have had good results from the areas I have treated. I have come here for three separate areas at different times, and once your treatment sessions are done, you can come back any time for a maintenance session. read more

They were offering a buy 2, get 1 free sale of lip filler back in August of 2024. I purchased, pain in full, ended up also receiving an Alle discount of like $60 off as well. I went in for the 2 I paid for, I still have my 1 free syringe left. They've been good to me thus far, never had any issues with them. I look forward to scheduling my last syringe with them! They made my lips even and full, she valued my opinion, and she gave me further recommendations for people to have additional work done that can't be completed at Ideal Image. I think she did great and I'm excited to schedule my next lip filler appointment! read more

This place rocks!! Super friendly and personable people! Frequent flash sales including Botox for $9 a unit. Injectors are good and I've had positive results. Good communication. So glad I found this place : ) read more

Horrible experience all around! The high pressure selling to the poor customer service. The receptionist was rude and barely acknowledged me and the tech was dismissive, inexperienced and was in a rush. I couldn't wait to get out of there! I should have just left! Do not sign ANYthing- they have you sign for a service and then keep billing you! Their billing department states that it is "a contact" and try to send you to collections! I thought I was getting a "deal" -instead I was angry by the time I left! Then I kept getting billed on a monthly basis and had "thugs" calling me to collect money on a service I never received and never asked for. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and won the dispute- but am still getting harassing calls. The had a "contract" that was signed electronically- it was NOT signed by me! When I tried to speak with the management, they kept saying "it's a contract- you have to pay". CRAZY. I would NEVER go back for ANY type of treatment! With SO many fabulous places to go- steer clear of Ideal Image! read more

I've used this location several times and have always been satisfied. That is, until new management took over in January. I made an appointment six weeks ago, told the girl who answered the phone exactly what I wanted done, however she didn't quote me a price like they usually do. When I went in today, I discovered that the girl who scheduled me put in the wrong area of my face ( I was supposed to get Ultherapy), and the technician made it out that I was "switching areas" and it was going to be a problem, that they would have to try and get the manager on the phone to get approval for the "switch" and it was going to be a time consuming "dilemma ". Ridiculous. After arguing that I wasn't switching anything, that the girl made the scheduling mistake, they tried to charge me $1800.00 for the small area I wanted done. I had my whole face done last year and it was $1100.00. Again, ridiculous. Needless to say, I left without getting anything done and will never go back. I will look elsewhere for more courteous, professional people who realize that they are not doing me a favor, I am doing them a favor by granting them my business. read more

i spent 2000 with ideal image look at the pics on google reviews. I have to big bumps on my smile lines and my lips are all blistered up and feel like I have marBles or beads under my skin. It's like a lump. Both my smile lines and my lips I got fillers. they won't return my calls and I have a wedding to attend and in less than 2 weeks and after days of calling they called me saying u can come in so they can massage my face and lips for the big marble like balls to go away. This is not my first rodeo. I been getting fillers and Botox other Places without any complications and the worst part is they won't take any responsibility for this.mess or show any concern for their clients. read more

WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! I'm over 50 so I have had plenyty of cosmetic procedures! Lots of Botox and fillers. the office Manager is poor excuse for a human being! The Esthetician is very inexperienced! they are not empathetic at all. Adrianne the reception was awesome but she is no longer there. they don't believe in numbing for any procedure!! I have had a botox and fillers from several other places. Its always easy & painless. I asked for numbing creme they said it's extra. That's ridiculous I walked out now I got to fight them for a refund read more

I had written a review which stated my complete disappointment with this place, the customer service replied with an email to contact them which I did, and as I had expected, NO RESPONSE from them! This place is not a place to go to especially if you are considering injectables. Take it from me, pay more to get the real thing done by real professionals and end up with a result you are going to be happy with. I ended up with bumps along my smile lines which I don't know will ever even out. The injector was nice - but nice doesn't cut it especially when they are not experienced enough and just inject wherever. And there's no coming back for a touch up. Will just want you to pay them more to come back. STAY AWAY!!! read more

do not use their services. they injected my upper lip without my permission and i had to pay $500 to another clinic to repair. they don't answer their phones. i have spend 3.5 hours on hold just today...total time approx. 20 hours on hold. i have spend thousdands of dollors and enrolled in the lift tiime membership and get no attention. they are inexpericed and their customer service is the worse i have every experineced . i am a business owner and know how to help folks ...these folks just pass the buck....you buck!! read more

I wasn't going to write a review but then a similar experience happened to a friend and I had to share. First off, absolute rip off. They took total advantage of me being naive about cool sculpting and told me that they were giving me a deal later to find out I was paying more than double the average cost. Same thing happened w my friend with laser hair removal. Second, it didn't work and the before photos were better than the afters!!! I literally looked worse and to this day I am so insecure about it. I cried at an appointment and tried to get my money back or atleast some back and they wouldn't. The women who sold it to me was no fully transparent at all. Do not go here I swear you will regret it. Ideal image feel free to respond because this was a year ago and I'm still so upset about it. read more

They charged me $4800 for two small area and after 2 years my hair is growing back even though they told me its guarantee or if it came back I can go to them they still charge me $170 .I was fine with paying the package since its guarante but why im getting charged again??!! read more

I went in for a cool sculpting appointment on my lower abdominal area. I was told that it wasn't a painful procedure only to find out how wrong a statement that was. I was in so much pain and felt like I was going to vomit. I started getting overwhelmed and anxious when nobody answered my request to come to my room. I had to scream out to someone in the hallway to remove the clamp off my stomach. It was awful. The girls who were working in the office were sympathetic and assured me they'd cancel my account and that I wasn't alone in the way I felt during the service. I lasted 5 minutes. My appointment was supposed to take 1.5 hours. I later found out I was charged 2000.00 for a service I did not fully receive and can not physically tolerate. This is called theft. Nothing has been reversed or "cancelled". I absolutely will not pay for a service that wasn't completed. I've never encountered anything like this. It's deplorable all around. Is this how they do business? read more

I've been trying to contact my connection from the top.... In the summer I was in class tact with a lady who fixed my laser time frame because of a whole mess. Well I signed a contract, got it in writing what the contract meant to make sure k understood correctly and I did. Well 4 months later the place tells me I have no more sessions when I have 12 months left! Got a random email saying "they inquired to extend it and it's denied" even though I didn't inquire to do so as I've already signed a new contract summer 2021 and it's in my contract. Now no one will reply to my emails..... So it goes back and forth with them. They mess up- someone made it right. And now another mess up that no one will email me back about!! More than frustrating they won't even look at the contract and emails I have that show what I'm getting done read more

I paid thousands for my package of laser hair removal. a year in after being consistent and on time for all my appointments and it looks like I never received laser hair removal. Costs thousands, it hurts(they also make you pay for numbing even when paying thousands for package), and ALL the hair is still there. I exfoliate and take every step to ensure I get good results in between sessions, and it always comes back. I even have the perfect skin and hair color to have successful removal. Ideal image just causes pain and doesn't work. never give in to their packages I should have just buy singles at other medi spas. read more

They do not get back to you. I had paid WAY too much for laser years ago when laser was BIG and pricey and for touch up they lock you in an $86 per session for a lifetime BUT that price has been raised and the office made it complicated to make an appointment, lots of online paperwork that was not received even though they say they sent it. Had to contact them so many times before finally saying never mind I rather not work with this place. A total joke. read more

These people are horrible with their "hide the ball" charging policies. I paid thousands for my package of cool sculpting and was sold on what it would cover, only to discovery that suddenly it only covered half of what I paid for. And they won't do a thing to rectify their false sales and marketing! Offering a small discount after ripping me off for 50% of what I paid for and did not receive is NOT a resolution. Promises that they will get back to me, also never happened. Don't trust a business who cannot even respond appropriately to a patient by providing real answers to questions. And yet they keep sending me emails constantly trying to solicit more business? Bad reviews for these folks are quite accurate. These folks are horrible! Do not use these people! read more

IDEAL image in Scottsdale. I've been there several times and the staff is just horrible. Today was my 3rd appointment for laser hair removal so they said they have to go stronger. they WILL NOT numb you. They have to order it for you and it's extra I think that should be included. I went there for Botox too. Girl is inexperienced and no numbing as well read more

I was sold a package for three areas for several thousand dollars. I paid half in advance and half before my cool sculpt procedure in Dec 2020. Today is March 10th. Plenty if time to experience a change if a change was coming. NO CHANGE AT ALL. I was two minutes into my first area when the girl told me I probably wouldn't notice much results from the session and that I should plan to schedule more visits for several thousand dollars more. I was furious. I was never told this information prior to paying THOSANDS for the service. She was right, I didn't notice ANYTHING, not an ounce of change. I had/have 12 lbs to lose of stubborn fat. They certainly play on one's desperation. Don't spend your money. read more

Ideal Image has poor business practices. They charge a "processing fee" for refunding payment; however, the refund would not have been necessary but for their failure to provide notice of the price increase to the annual membership fee. Was not given the opportunity to know what the increase was or cancel the membership prior to the credit card charge. read more

I've been having laser hair removal services for almost 2 years here and on my most recent appointment the nurse covered my legs in burn marks. The treatment was so painful I had to have her stop before it was even completed. I have been over a half dozen times prior and never had this issue. I'm just praying the burn marks fade and don't scar my legs. I will not be returning to ideal image- very disappointed since they charge way more then other places in the valley for laser hair removal! read more

Do not waste your time with this place! They stole my money and lied to me! I was told I could receive a refund if I decided I didn't need the extra svc I paid for. After my first service, I saw 0 results, the procedure was beyond painful, and in the months after I was swollen and numb and VERY uncomfortable. I decided I did not want the other procedure. I have been trying to get the refund I was told I could get for $1250 for 8 months. No one will call me back, I filled with the BBB and got 0 results. Now filing with the fraud department. HORRIBLE customer service if you ask me and a complete fraud. read more

I have had two cosmetic treatments so far at Ideal Image and have been very pleased with their services. The staff is very nice and I find their pricing to be extremely reasonable in comparison to a few other spas I have gone to. I went to Ideal Image in 2010. They wouldn't take my money directly, forced me to sign up to a third-party company "CareCredit." I tried to set up monthly automatic payment with this company and they kept charging me $39 late fees. (Late fees on automatic payment?) Needless to say this company was not reputable and Ideal Image didn't do their research before partnering with them. After that experience, I went to Laser for Less in Scottsdale. They charge $100 for an area when Ideal Image charges $350 (Prices: Legs/Per session). Quality is the same (6-8 sessions), for a fraction of the price.Trust me, this place is overpriced crazytown. read more

Horrible experience. Got Botox and had bruises all over. They hire inexperienced injectors. Cancelled remaining services and they charged me a $100 admin fee. They are a rip off. Do your research read more

BEWARE of the sales tactics here! Similar to what you will see with other reviews, it is true that they pre-sell services that you may not be eligible for and then refuse to provide refunds. Clinically, I was not a candidate for cool sculpting for which they told me I would need 6 rounds. The corporate office argued with me about whether I was treatable or not even though I have my chart, which states I was not treatable. I requested my contract, which they did not provide. They also stated that they only provide refunds if someone is contraindicated for a treatment, but their online terms and conditions DO NOT state this. They also blocked my number so I could not contact the person who was working on my case. The nurse at the office even told me that I would be able to get a refund but I have been refused it. I would understand if they refused a refund if I simply didn't like the results but I was not able to even get the treatment I paid for. Do not recommend anyone give their business to Ideal Image at any location. I feel bad for the nurses who work there as they seemed like good people, however, the corporate sales tactics are not worth it. read more

I went here for work on my lower abdomen. I was told I was a perfect candidate since I had just had a baby & had extra unwanted stomach fat. I really thought it would work since they state that if you aren't gaining weight & maintaining your weight after each treatment it will work. You wait two months in between treatments (I had two) & then three months before your final consult to review before & after photos. What a waste. I actually lost 2 lbs from my first set of photos & the freezing did absolutely nothing . Even my nurse made the comments that you couldn't tell. What a waste of way too much money. It's painful & the numbness lasts 3-4 weeks after each session. Would not recommend to anyone. The two stars are only because I loved the nurse who did it. read more

They do great work here. Maybe pricey but they pay attention and guarantee there services. Most of the staff I believe are Registered nurses.. and they keep the integrity of your skin by being inquisitive and professional! I have had services for the past year here and love the staff, location, and result. I agree it is pricey though..They are on a whole nether level of professional! They are like a medical laser hair removal clinic -THAT IS ALL they do, so they make sure they are damn good at it!! Just make sure and book your apt before you leave each time! read more

I have gotten laser hair removal with ideal image since 2019, I was told it would be 75% off, (which is such a lie and was manipulated into going through with it with all of the excuses as to why they are the best and so forth) As I did at the end of my membership that I had signed papers saying it would be FREE LIFETIME guarantee hair removal. Asked the lady if after so many sessions of my laser hair removal if I have hair grow back I can come in for free touch ups? I was told it would be $25 for touch ups.. I thought that that was an ok deal considering how much money I paid up front.. further more i didn't get all of my sessions in for that treatment membership because COVID shut them down. Once things started to open I asked for a touch up, and to get another service of hair removal, I went in for another membership service and the touch up, paid $35 for my "LIFETIME GARAUNTEE" for the first membership I paid for and now I called to schedule another touch up and was told that the price has raised to $100 for touch ups. I feel like this is a continuous "of prices raised since last time" and that isn't how any business should treat loyal customers... not worth the money, I've been bamboozled read more

Total scam! Totally misleading!! They get you into a legal contract promise you the world then when you get there they won't do what they said they would do. Avoid at all costs. This business tries to put up an image of a medical office, yet it wasn't until an hour and fifteen minutes into my appointment that I finally heard the costs of the procedure. I have had laser hair removal completed twice before, and their pricing for 2 areas on my face exceeded $4,000!!! Outrageous. After an hour into the appointment, the entire pricing segment of the process felt like I was buying a used car. Completely disrespectful of my time. A treatment of my face shouldn't require a pricing specialist, their manager, and a call into "their manager" for approval. Ridiculous. Don't let them waste your time!! read more

I love love love this location. So easy to get to and really clean. The woman behind the desk always greet me with a smile and I feel like we always have something to talk about. The laser techs Morgan and Janet are so gentle and they educate me on what's going on and they are always professional. I've been in for about 6 appointments and they make me soooo comfortable before the laser procedure. Yes it hurts. But it's soooo worth it!! I was waxing before and didn't care for the aftermath after waxing. Laser is where it's at! And ideal's in office financial package helped me get the results I've always dreamed of. No more bumps or razor burn!!! Thank you ideal! Bonus: my boyfriend didn't know I as doing these laser treatments until like the 2nd treatment and he really appreciates no more bumps. read more

This place is a rip off, I went in for a consultation for laser hair removal and was quoted with a price of over $1,000 and that's with 50% off. Save your money!!! I paid almost 4 thousand dollars for 4 areas and that was suppose to be after their "amazing" BOGO promotion. Ya right!! I finished my 9 treatments in May of 2013 and my hair is about 50% grown back.. This place seems so great because they advertise a lot guarantees their services for life but it's a scam. I told them my hair wasn't all gone and they told me to come in because of my lifetime warranty but of coarse they wanted to charge me more! I have been going to ideal image since 2012 and finished my 9 treatments two months ago. Throughout the treatments i had amazing results. The staff was friendly and flexible and made you feel very comfortable. Now that my treatments have been completed for about two months now, the hair has started coming back. I went back in since when I bought my original treatments they were "guaranteed results" and was told since it isn't working, there must be something wrong with my hormones and if I want to continue touching up, I must pay per treatment. I feel completely ripped of considering my two areas cost almost $4k. I knew I was paying more than other places would charge but was okay with that since it was lifetime guaranteed.
