Horrible place. Went for Botox. They upsold me to another tox that did nothing. She told me if it didn't work I could adjust at a follow up. I made an appt two weeks later because it didn't. Went in, showed the manager my before and after pictures proving it didn't and nothing. They don't care. They tried to SELL ME MORE. DO NOT do business here. Waste of hundreds and my time. read more

From my first day being met by the girls at the front desk, to Becky the best injector ever!!! To my girl Nina for facials. I have had nothing but the best experience ever!! Cynthia the owner is the sweetest person you'll ever meet! Everyone is always pleasant, kind... They are all the best!!! read more

The credit card I had on file expired and I never changed it and so they canceled my membership. I had over 15 credits (valued at $49 per) Those are now also gone. They say there is nothing that can be done. So essentially robbed me of over $700. I never had issues with any service there, but I had a long year of health issues and needed to take some time away from the spa. I'm very disappointed with this and for this reason I would not recommend them. read more

Becky is great. Lip flip was super fast and painless. My first visit here I got a discount for my botox which was awesome. I will be going back! read more

Glam MedSpa is fantastic. If you're looking for a place that offers a wide variety of Aesthetic services this is the place. They have reasonable prices as well. Their rewards programs is FANTASTIC. It's the best I've seen and worked with. The facility is beautiful and very relaxing. They have a wonderful staff who are well trained in their profession. The office manager is wonderful as well. I felt so comfortable during my consultation and didn't feel pressured to do everything all at once. What is great is that all of the "Injectors" assess each client's needs during a customized consultation prior to any treatment. They offer a treatment plan of things they feel you can benefit from, and then you decide which one works for you. Again very professional and not just about the upsell. Don't worry men they offer services for you as well. read more

What an amazing visit for myself and my husband! Aspen was such a pro! Hands down the best facial I have ever received PLUS she was very knowledgeable and helped answer questions and ensured I had all the information on what products to use and how to use them! I am a busy working mom so anytime I get to have a little #selfcare it is a big deal ! Aspen made our day and we will be back very soon! Thank you Aspen for your time and care today. It is appreciated a lot! Sincerely, Megan read more

I should've written this review a long time ago because this place is amazing. I highly recommend Becky. She makes you feel like a friend when you walk in. The spa is extremely clean and cute inside. They are always flexible with scheduling and the front desk receptionist Jessica is so sweet and knowledgeable. Everyone I've encountered has made me feel like home. They make me feel beautiful without any of the treatments, but with them I feel even better! I've been coming for preventative Botox and filler. When I wasn't initially happy with my filler, Becky and Cynthea took the time to figure out solutions that would work for me. I'm happy with the results. They offer so many different options and procedures and they are affordable especially if you have the membership. Get the membership! My friends who I have referred are happy coming here too :) I'll be coming back for a while! read more

Glam MedSpa - My lips after filler with Becky. I'm coming back for PCA peel, PRP, and Botox! - Medical Spas Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

I normally don't like Yelp (no offense) because I find it's typically a place where people come to complain and write nasty things. I love that Glam Med Spa has the high rating it deserves! Let me start by saying I have been going to Cynthia for 4 years. I am 51 and I have been getting Botox since I was 30. I have gone to different places and always changed because I was never thrilled with my results. I have a heavy eyelid so when I got Botox before, every person (including 3 plastic surgeons) put the Botox all over my forehead. Sure, absolutely no wrinkles but when I put mascara on it was all over my lid because my lid dropped making it difficult to put makeup on there. The first thing Cynthia said when I walked in was, " you have a heavy lid so we won't do your lower forehead." I had never had anyone tell me this! She is so detailed and careful with placement which creates excellent results. I have sent 4 people to her and they are "lifers" and won't go anywhere else too! I know the other ladies are equally excellent- 1 of my peers sees Becky and Cynthia gets her procedures from the other ladies as well. The results are that she looks amazing... she's beautiful and everything she has had done looks completely natural. They are worshipped because they want natural results and won't do something that draws attention in a negative way (we have all seen terrible Botox as well as lips that stick out creating 2 hot dogs instead of a fuller lip. If I haven't convinced you get a consultation and they will give you options- that's another great thing, no one tries to talk you into something but they let you know they have ways to treat anything you would like changed. Seriously- they should know if there is ever a time I don't show up and didn't call they are safe to assume I'm most likely dead They are the best and like I said, I have been using Botox for 21 years Love this place read more

I'm literally DEVASTATED!!!! I signed up for my membership June 9th 2020 for $49 after loving the botox I received! Again on June 15th I was charged another $49 FOR A UNAUTHORIZED DUPLICATE TRANSACTION. They assured me I could bank it into my account and I specifically asked if I could use it for my maintenance botox and my lip filler. Mind you thats my whole point of getting the membership so I could get discount on filler and botox BUT I DID NOT AGREE TO BE CHARGED ON JUNE 9TH AND JUNE 15TH TWICE IN ONE MONTH FOR THE MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT REFUND. I'll just add a bit of the letter I wrote for my bank. I was advised if cancel it forfeits my money so I was going to just use up my four credits on the only few services offered but THEN I REMEBERED THEY MISLEAD ME AFTER DOUBLE CHARGING ME ADVISING I COULD JUST LEAVE IT ON MY ACCOUNT AS CREDIT....NOT CREDIT ONLY AVAILABLE FOR A FEW THINGS!!!!!!!! I pondered for a very very very very long time since I DO NOT LEAVE HORRID REVIEWS I am ALWAYS able to come to an agreement and I RARELY has issues and I HAVE NEVER OUT OF MY THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF TRANSACTIONS WITH MY BANK EVER FILED A DISPUTE! The disputes are in process along with my double charge! The Botox and Filler were amazing. Becky is AMAZING just don't let them double charge and lie to you!!!! I've literally been ROBBED of $198 I am fully prepared to take this to small claims court especially with the unauthorized charged! I am waiting to hear back from my bank. here is part of the letter I wrote to my bank. I am writing this letter in hopes to explain my dispute clearly and thoroughly. On June 9th, 2020 I made a payment to Glam Med Spa the transaction posted to my debit card at 10:02pm for $49. Then on June 15th at 12:45pm Glam Med Spa made a DUPLICATE withdrawal of $49 just three days later. I called them immediately and they apologized for their mistake but said through their system they could not refund it. They said they will check with the owner and see what they could do. The receptionist never called me back so two days later I called them and she told me the charges will just be in my account so instead of having $49 to spend on my next services I would have a $98 credit on my account to use for my next visit. They continued the service withdrawing $49 in July, August and September. I went into my appointment on Friday October 2nd, 2020 with a credit of $196 that was banked into my account with them. Once I got there they let me know I couldn't use my own money on the particular service I chose that day. I WAS TAKEN COMPLETELY OFF GUARD AND HONESTLY I AM STILL IN SHOCK! I specifically asked the receptionist if I can use my baked money for the services and she told me YES. If she wouldn't have reassured me that my money could be used I would have immediately contacted my bank or spoke with the owner herself FOR DOUBLE CHARGING MY ACCOUNT UNAUTHORIZED. read more

Glam MedSpa - Glam MedSpa entrance ... Hey there Pumpkin! - Medical Spas Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They don't take care of there loyal customers. Becky screwed up and put fillers in the wrong area and made my problem worse. I spent money on 2 fillers. That's alot of money. When I called to complain after my plastic surgeon told me she put it in the wrong area they wouldn't do anything to fix the problem. No partial refund or anything. So basically I got screwed!!! I've been going to them for over 5 years!!! And this is how they treated me. Beware of them!!! read more

BEWARE!! If I could give zero stars I would. I've gone to this spa since 2021, first visit. I've had everything from Botox to massages. Never have had an issue until last month. I spent over $300 to have Jeuveau injection to forehead area. And it didn't go well, I called and advised what could be done, or what may have happened. As I've had injections there before, I'm only in my 40's. The owner called me, said it may be an issue with the product. However it was impossible for it to be an issue with the injector because she herself trained her. To which I thought was very ignorant and arrogant. Everyone can make a mistake. We're human, she was very rude and never apologized. Had no regard that I've been a loyal customer. I've read other comments about her attitude. She's a thief basically, if you pay for a service. And get nothing in return or any solution to make good on it. You're not only morally corrupt but a scam artist. Now, I have no idea if there was an issue with the solution or what was injected?! That's bad practice and liable. No calls to me no refund no solution. She could careless, BEWARE. read more

SO FUN! I got a massage off Groupon and it was so nice and relaxing. The only thing I wish was if I could undress and get into to towel to feel more relax. But overall it was really nice. I got dermaplaning for the first time and it was really nice after! read more

Wouldn't recommend, this is the movement I can make after about 3 weeks and 22 units of Botox, I am only 28 and not a whole lot of wrinkles. My main issue was in between the brow line and still completely have movement. My mom has very deep wrinkles and got 20 units awhile back and had no movement after. Not sure what kind of Botox they are injecting. But very frustrating. read more

First off, I really want to write, that no matter who you go to for services, they are all wonderful! My daughter recently came for a visit from California. As a gift I bought her some botox and lip filler. She is so happy with her results she received from Lauren. She looks so natural and will absolutely fly in for additional services. Lauren also has done services on me, and I LOVE IT!! She is amazing. Not only is she fantastic at what she does, she has a heart of gold. Since recently moving to AZ, I have found my go to girl! Lauren is so special, you are guaranteed to love her too!! read more

I've had my lips filled here by Cynthea, and she did an amazing job! She made sure everything looked even, and she wouldn't let me walk out the door without my lips looking absolutely perfect!!! I then returned a few weeks later for a vampire facial. She was very professional and very knowledgeable about the process. There was no pain, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. A few days later, my skin was seriously GLOWING. I can't wait to go back again for another facial, and I'll only trust my lips with Cynthea. read more

I went here for a facial and it wasn't like any other facial I've been too. Usually facials are more relaxing but when I went , i just felt stressed and uncomfortable. They forced me to get a pic of my face when I didn't want to and I will admit I was breaking out that week from stress so the last thing I wanted was to get a picture taken. The esthetician also kept repeating and emphasizing how "bad my face was" as if I wasn't already aware. Sure it's part of their job, but there's a better way of approaching than kicking someone down about their skin and repeating it aloud the whole appointment. I was also her last appointment of the day and I was aware because of her leaving me alone in the room for 15 minutes to go start cleaning and packing everything up for the day. This was the estheticians words btw, not mine. This was also a 1 hour appointment but I was only in there for 45 minutes in which she was doing her other cleanup tasks for 15 minutes. Horrible experience and I won't recommend to anyone read more

Paid twice as much as I ever had and have little to no results. Very disappointed and have never had a bad Botox experience with any other MedSpas. Also, my injector told me I had no Brilliant Distinction points but I had 300 and it shows she took them! Buyer beware! read more

I told Becky that I do not do a lot at once and she tried to upsell me to 44 units just in my forehead. I said absolutely not so she went down to 24 units (still an upsell) and complete BS. My eyes are both sagging now and I told her I DO NOT NEED A LOT. Her one vocabulary word is "longevity" which she will not have with this client. Never again. read more

I love this place. I was really nervous but Becky was super calming and very encouraging. I explained what I wanted and she was great at listening and making suggestions. I was there yesterday and I've already been receiving compliments on my lips. She does great work. read more

I cannot say enough good things about my two experiences at Glam MedSpa! It was my first time trying Botox, and I am so happy with the results! Lauren was professional, patient through all my rookie questions, and conservative. She is amazing at what she does! So amazing, that I decided to join the membership program. I scheduled my teeth whitening for a week later. Another great experience! Jessica was so kind and gentle. The hour flew by, and was painless! I watched Jessica interact with a couple of other patients through my experience, and was so impressed with her! She was such a sweetheart and you can tell her goal is to make the customer feel comfortable and beautiful! I will be returning read more

Could have not been more impressed with Cynthea and Glam MedSpa! I received the tear trough filler treatment and am in love with the results. Wonderful experience with Becky! Tear trough filler makes a difference. After seeing the results, my hubby wondered out loud if he should have it done--that's not like him! For me, no noticeable bruising or swelling, I ran errands & saw friends the same day. Much less expensive than previous experience with injectables at a surgeon's office. Love the private, homey suite and Becky's easy-going nature. I usually get anxious at these appointments but I was completely relaxed. read more

I came here looking for a new spa since my old salon canceled appointments all the time for random reasons. And these girls were SO NICE. I am genuinely impressed at how helpful and polite they were. I am new to botox and chemical peels. I had my first Vi Chemical Peel with Cynthea last year and I absolutely loved my results. It really gave me baby fresh skin and helped with the discoloration. She was knowledgeable and explained exactly what to expect. I came back to Glam this year to try Botox. Its only been a week and I am obsessed with my results!! I have a needle phobia and Cynthea was patient with me and even gave me a distractor tool. She explained what to expect during the procedure and afterwards. I left with instructions written out for me. The location is super cute, clean and organized. I will definitely be back for more! read more
