Looking for dinner in an unfamiliar area while traveling through Hurricane, Utah on our way to Zion National Park. We chose Triple TJs Cafe because of its convenient location. It turned out to be the best choice we could have made! The food was delicious, the staff was warm and welcoming, and they checked on us regularly throughout the meal. One of us ordered the pineapple chicken, while the other had the country fried steak. Both were excellent choices. The portions were generous, the prices were very reasonable, and the whole experience felt like true down-home dining. We would definitely stop here again on our next trip through the area. read more

I don't even know where to begin-- has officially ruined every other meal for me. I ordered the filet mignon with mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans... and I'm not exaggerating when I say it changed my life a little. I've had steak before--plenty of it--but this filet? This was on another level entirely. It was so tender it didn't just melt in my mouth, it practically dissolved out of pure generosity. "Tender as a mother's love" somehow still undersells it. Every bite felt like it was perfectly crafted just for me. Even better than Taleel said it looked--and that already seemed impossible. Now, my wife went with the spaghetti (like she does at least once a week), and according to her, it's basically perfection in a bowl. She said it's the kind of meal you crave constantly--the sauce is rich, comforting, and so full of flavor it makes every other spaghetti she's ever had feel like a mistake. Honestly, the fact that she orders it weekly should tell you everything you need to know. The mashed potatoes and gravy? Absolute cloud-level comfort. I'm convinced they were whipped by angels. The green beans? Somehow stole the spotlight too--fresh, flavorful, and refusing to be overshadowed. Every plate felt like a masterpiece. Every bite made me stop and wonder if food is supposed to be this good. If you're anywhere near Hurricane, Utah and you don't stop at Triple TJ's... you're making a serious life mistake. 10/10 doesn't even scratch the surface. This place is legendary. read more

Wife and I came in for dinner. She had the Fish & Chips, I had the Chicken Fried Steak. Very quick service, super fresh steaming hot meals. Nothing fancy, but great flavors like your mom would serve. We are in Hurricane - visiting Zion Ntl Park - and were looking for an affordable dinner option. Triple TJs had many food options (varying in price, quantity, and style), attentive service, and a cozy ambiance. I had the senior-sized country fried steak, which was basically just a smaller sized dinner portion. How awesome is that?? It was delicious and perfectly filling for me! We were a little hesitant to come in anyway we took a chance and came in and just loved it. Thank you so much. Server was knowledgeable and efficient. I had the cup and a half with a grill cheese and potatoe soup. Friend had fish n chips. The chips that came with her meal were seasoned beautifully! We actually dipped them in the potato soup and it tasted pretty good. The potato soup was really really good. But It was very hot and it did take a while to cool down, but was delicious. Good energy. Loved the images of Zion and surroundings on the walls. I do recommend this place. The art on the windows doesn't give one an idea of what kind of business it is. But take a chance! read more

Checked this place out after someone recommended it. Granted. My husband and I ordered their salads, chef and the chicken, and they were totally not worth the cost. Very shallow dish. If you're a grown man, there's no way these salads will even fill you up in the slightest bit. The chicken was equivalent to one tender sliced up. Just totally not worth the cost. Let's hit this running, get the ribs. I swear you will NOT be disappointed and you will NOT be sad you spent the $$ for them. They legit fall off the bone. Okay review over. Just kidding... Okay so the corn was good, mashed potatoes they were well paired with the ribs. The star of the plate though was the ribs. My husband ordered the spicey chicken sandwich and fries he enjoyed it, wished he had cheese with the sandwich (he likes cheese with almost everything ha ha). We stayed at a local hotel here in Hurricane for a week while visiting Zion. Searched for another place to eat and found this location online and went here based on menu and reviews. It's a medium sized and quaint little cafe located in the corner of a strip mall with plenty of parking. No outside seating was available and it was too hot which was probably why anyway. The staff was extremely nice, the cafe was clean and had a typical traditional American cafe menu. I never heard of or had a Rueben Sandwich but I had their version of it as a burger as seen on their menu. If you are ok with eating Sauerkraut (I am) I highly recommend this burger. Definitely one of my favorites as it was good. Great prices also read more

We were heading to Zion the next day and were staying across the street at My Place Hotel. What an awesome place to pick for dinner. The food was great, I had the Ruben and my wife had a Salad. The walls are covered with Taleel's photos and she gave us lot's of advice on visiting Zion including driving out Kolob Canyon which was just as amazing as Zion South Entrance and not at all crowed. read more

We went to Triple TJS for the first time while vacationing, Located in the corner of a strip mall sits an unpretentious looking little restaurant. We were greeted when we entered and able to be seated immediately. Looked to be a lot of locals in to eat as well as picking up to go orders. The walls are covered in National Park pics taken by the owner and are for sale. We had the Pineapple Chicken and Chicken Fried steak. Both excellent, Good portions and served hot to the table. Prices are reasonable. We got great dessert to go, cheesecake and apple pie. The owners son makes home made breads for sale - bought a loaf for breakfast - lemon berry - excellent. Able to recommend this place to another vacationing couple at the hotel. read more

Plain food. Nothing special about the flavors. We tried the ribs, chicken wings, and another dish that apparently was not memorable. Our family felt it was very overpriced for the food and quality. This is not high quality dining. We were under impressed with the dining room as well. This is not a place we will return to mainly for the cost. Everything about our experience at Triple TJS was fantastic. Greeting with smiles and no wait. Sat at a very comfortable booth after a long day on the trails. Both my husband and I ordered the bbq bacon burger and got the onions caramelized. They were cooked perfectly and delicious. The fries were also very good and came with a fry sauce (basically like a ketchup/Mayo mix). The staff all checked on us throughout our dining experience and never did we have to ask for a refill, napkin, etc. We finished the meal with the lava cake and it was also wonderful. Food is great!!! Great Service! Only flaws are the wait staff has their hair hanging across their face and they are constantly moving it to the side or astonishingly putting back in their face. I find this very tacky. Also their Cokes are always flat when served. Snd refills are even worse since they dump it from a pitcher rather than pour it slowly thus losing any possible carbonation left. read more

After an 8 hour drive some food was much needed! So thankful that Triple TJS Cafe was open. They followed all the Covid rules with masks on employees, and every other table being closed. Very small place unable to social distance and the staff was not wearing masks. Felt like a sardine cramped in close quarters. I heard such great things about the key lime pie, thought I would try it. First, the slice is extremely small less than half the usual regular pie slice. Key lime should have a tart taste, this was not key lime pie. There was no key lime taste and it wasn't even tart. Putting a slice of lime on a pie does not make it key lime. The key lime pie is much better at Cafe Rio Mexican than here. Having to pay $4.00 for a slice of pie which isn't even an inch wide is ludicrous. read more

Best customer service! Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and they took great care of us. I think our server's name was Taylor. She was super and so was the hostess. Food was great! I had chicken fried chicken with gravy and real mashed potatoes, great diner fare! My husband had a rack of ribs and he said they were the leanest baby backs he's ever had. A local eatery, this restaurant serves traditional American food. My favorites are their salads and burgers. The presentation of the salads is very appetizing and makes me glad I'm watching my calories. The burgers are perfectly fine and support a higher activity level with more calories! :) Everyone I've brought to this venue is glad they came--fun for friend lunches. read more
