Food was good, service hit a brick wall... I would try again, maybe short staffed for a reason or a Sunday crowd

I ordered a couple of dishes I had never tried before, including a steak and chicken crusted with pistachios. The bison steak was especially memorable. The herb butter on top was incredibly delicious and added so much flavor. The food did seem to take some time to come out. The kids ordered the beef sliders and absolutely loved them. We actually had to order a second round because they disappeared so quickly. Everyone working here was friendly and welcoming, and parking was very easy, which is always a plus. Overall, it was a really pleasant dining experience.

The restaurant is located away from other businesses, so the dim outdoor lighting made the ambiance more appealing. Outdoor seating-on the porch or in the grass was available, we opted for the outside porch. There is inside seating too. Free parking here. I was pleased with the service, as we were seated right away, with 30 minutes to closing. Staff was attentive and courteous. Food was average as we enjoyed the Curry Bowl, more than the angel hair pasta with chicken pistachio (see my pics). Curry had a good spice to it, veggies were fresh and good portion size that was sharable.

Got that last rotisserie chicken. Large salad was tasty. Chicken tenders were big and juicy. I got the wings naked with a side of buffalo sauce. As a note, they should call this "Sisters Bistro" as I only saw young females working here, maybe the brothers were out working the field. I found the red head with glasses really attractive, even though she didn't understand my East Coast accent. I was about to ask her out but remembered that I was married and didn't want to deal with child support, so I just took the food and left.

Brothers Bistro popped up in my search, and although the ratings were low, I clung to a shred of Christmas magic and optimism that maybe--just maybe--it would be okay. Pulling up to the building felt like the opening scene of a horror movie. And the horror? The moment I stepped out of my car, I was hit with the unmistakable smell of weeks-old grease seeping through the walls. When I opened the door, I swear the grease coated my entire body. It was everywhere. Layers upon layers of grease stacked into every crevice--walls, furniture, surfaces. Inside the hot display case sat one single corn dog, alone, looking like it was begging to be rescued. There was not a single adult in the building. I'm fairly certain the oldest employee was about 15. At one point, a child who couldn't have been more than 12 walked out from the back of the kitchen looking like he desperately needed a smoke break. I wish I were exaggerating. Now, the food... I should not have taken a bite of the chicken. I could smell the old grease the moment the bag hit my hands, but curiosity (and hunger) got the best of me. The chicken was absolutely diabolical. When I bit into the strip, an entire gelatinous layer slid out, and the skin quite literally melted off from how greasy it was. It took every ounce of self-control not to throw up on the spot. I ended up throwing away $14 worth of food. When I called to ask for a refund, the child working the register told me she couldn't process it and that a manager would get back to me. (Spoiler alert: they never did.) If you do not care what happens to you, your health, or your general will to live, and you're truly at your breaking point, this may be the place for you.

But that's just where the experience starts, and continues whilst your selection of food and beverages are served with little tips, anecdotes and expertise without anything feeling like it's a spiel. Now the food - tremendous! I'm actually forlorn we love so far away this isn't our local! As a couple, we always share. Our choice over two evenings (one being takeout as we weren't staying at the connected hotel were: Steak tartare (I don't enjoy eggs and they accommodated this by putting them in the side) Spanish octopus Golden beets carpaccio Bolognese with the golden trio of meat blend Duck confit cassoulet Pork chop Honestly, I would order any single one of these again without hesitation. Everything component belonged on each dish, and pleasant to eat separately or piled on the fork as one mouthful. (Also appreciated when getting our takeout order that chef referred to cutlery as cutlery - rare in the US - specially when plastic takeout) Don't miss this on your Zion trip, and definitely worth going out of the way for!

There's also a large green lawn area where kids can run around and play if they finish their food early or get a little antsy while waiting. 1. Octopus appetizer: Seasoned with Mediterranean flavors and really well done. The potatoes were incredibly soft and paired perfectly with the octopus. 2. Lamb meatballs: Slightly spicy, but a huge hit for all of us. The lamb was flavorful and tender, and the kids loved eating it with the pita. 3. Duck entrée: A very comforting dish. It comes with beans that complement the duck really nicely, making it a warm and satisfying plate. 4. King salmon: Another great dish perfectly cooked and nothing bad to say about it. 5. Fettuccine Bolognese: My kids ate every bite. It didn't taste like fresh pasta, but it was still very enjoyable and flavorful. I am definitely coming back to this place

Our server was attentive at first, but after receiving the charcuterie board and shifting into dinner, he didn't touch the table at all. We received our duck dish and were waiting for the other dish and side to come out, but luckily, my girlfriend insisted we eat. After finishing the duck dish and still waiting at least 30 minutes, I finally stopped our waiter to bring it up and ask for the check. All he said was it was coming, but we still just wanted the check. Not sure if the kitchen timing was off since it was a weekend and Valentine's Day, but very disappointed with the service. It should also be noted that when we sat down, two tables next to us were finishing up. We ordered our food before the new customers arrived at those two tables. Both of those tables received full service, including dessert, before we were even checked on. Even once we stopped the server to cancel the remainder of our order, there was no apology given.
