A&M and UT are friends in our family!

Bright, roomy, and space for all your friends - this beautiful salon is glittering with chandeliers and short wait times. I know how to move my feet and enjoyed a nice long pedicure with meticulous care minding every detail here. Perhaps a little slow, but more time for relaxing, if you have it!

Not sure why they are averaging three stars in reviews, as this salon is probably the best I've been to in Austin! I got a manicure and pedicure today and service was high quality. My nails came out amazing, exactly mirroring the inspiration I showed the nail tech. I was there for about an hour and a half, but I was able to sit in on work calls while I got some self care in---talk about multi-tasking! The vibe is also super relaxing and they play music at an appropriate volume. Pricing is decent too. While the parking situation is always horrible at the Triangle, I would definitely come out to this salon again because of the high quality service I received today!

    The perfect manicure

The BEST manicure I've ever had! I've been here so many times and honestly every person is fantastic. Today I had Celine for the first time and showed her a picture and told her I wanted gel-x. She delivered EXACTLY what I wanted, which I know we can all relate to getting a manicure and hating it but being too shy to say anything. I was seriously grinning ear to ear because this was money so well spent! Can't wait to come back!

Great experience! Walked in and was surprised at how bustling and how many staff they had there on a Friday at 2pm. I only waited 2-5 minutes and got a gel manicure for $40 + $3 for nail design per nail. Included cuticle prep, nail oil, and even a short hand and shoulder massage at the end!

I got my nails done here twice hoping for a good experience. First time was my bad just chipped but just went today and it was not good. The color for dip is not the same as on the sheet, she didn't fully remove my previous dip so there's blue still on my nails, she seemed rushed, spots are missing the color I chose and while it's not horrible it does look a bit messy for what I paid for.

Don't let The set for you. This will only last a week at most a week and a half.

if you're just looking to pay overpriced and a full set of prepared because the will only last you one week maybe one week and a half because they will start lifting after the end of the week these chop shops don't care about spending the time Do it the right way? All they care about is to make a quick buck off of customers. I've been coming here for the past few months and every time I come my nails always start lifting after week one Nails should not do that. It's all about prep work before putting on acrylics, and if you do try to say something when you're getting your nails done with Nail Lady she will tell you oh we do that later so repeat prayer to bite your tongue because they won't do it later I have so much anxiety when I go to nail places because I know every time I come there they fuck up my nails so please spare the $80 for a one week lasting set and go to a licensed professional with their own little studio shop and give them your hard-working money instead of these chop shops

I've given this place three tries and have yet to find a nail technician that I would go back to. During my manicures, none of the technicians have asked what I think or how they are doing. Although the interior is beautiful, the quality for value is abysmal. For a $45 manicure, I at least expect them to attempt to push back my cuticles, but they don't even do that. This manicure pictured is unfortunately for my engagement photos. I got it done today, but the thumbs already look grown out and the dip powder is very thick. Additionally, the tech aggressively filed down the sides of multiple nails until they bled or split open. She definitely noticed and did not address it. I sincerely hope these wounds don't get infected.

This is my nails less than two hours after my appointment at the salon. All of the jealous coming off and peeling. So, so disappointed.

these pictures are taken less than two hours after I left the salon. went to the salon and asked for dip nails. The dip nails she did were so thin that I could see my own nails through them, so I asked her to fix them. She suggested putting a gel top coat of the same color on it to make them shiny and not see-through. The whole bit of gel paint immediately lifted and pulled off. The other nails are already lifting too. So disappointed. update: updating to three stars because I returned to the salon next day and they fixed the nails with no problem: the manager and nail tech were friendly and accommodating. the salon is also clean/nice and service is prompt.

    Nail hair and bumpy

I just got my nails done and there colors did not match what you picked out on the sheet. There's hair in my nails. Will not be coming back.

getting my nails done for graduation
    Anna G.

I have been wanting to get my nails done for my upcoming UT graduation and I decided to check out a new place... and I am so glad I did. I love this area of the Triangle because it is really pretty and has ample parking. I came at around 2 pm and it was not packed at all. I was quickly seated and my nail tech was amazing! I showed her my design from some inspo I found on Pinterest and she loved it. The process was speedy and the design turned out better than expected. She took her time filling my nails and prepping my cuticles. I got acrylic nails, almond shape. I am very particular about the shape of my nails and how I get them done. I don't like when they leave them too thick but she did amazing and filed the bottom and top to make them a little thinner. I paid about $80 with a tip which included the manicure, prep, almond shape, design charge, and the full service. Overall, I will be coming back. Amazing job!!!

I highly recommend if you are not already treating yourself to the occasional massage to do so now…read moreand at Milk & Honey! Prior to your massage you are given some time to enter the locker room and leave your belongings in your locker and change into your robe. You have access to the showers, toiletries and hair styling tools. Once you step out of the locker room you enter a dim lit lounge where they have light snacks and the most delicious tea while you wait to be called for your appointment. I decided to go with a lengthy 120 minute Ultimate Massage with Katie since it had been quite a while since I've had one. This included a full-body brushing (you get to keep the brush afterwards), your choice of Signature, Deep Tissue or Sports massage and a warm oil scalp & neck massage. Prior to your visit you fill out a survey to decipher how you would like your massage to focus on. I prefer a firmer massage, but not too intense that it's not enjoyable. Katie was understanding of what I wanted and also receptive to how tense some of my muscles were and adjusted as the massage proceeded. I appreciated how she answered any questions I had during the massage and checked on me periodically to make sure everything was to my liking. The massage was fabulous. Just keep in mind that the oil scalp and neck massage while it feels amazing is going to leave your hair super oily. Be prepared to shower and rinse your hair several times. After my appointment I relaxed in the lounge for a bit and then utilized the showers to rinse out the oil in my hair. You are welcome to stay as long as you like. I can't wait to come back for another massage!

Unfortunately, the experience with Milk + Honey was incredibly disappointing from the start. The booking service that coordinated our appointments made an error with our timing. By the time we arrived, the Milk + Honey staff said they couldn't accommodate us. While I understand scheduling constraints, what was frustrating was the complete lack of effort to help. There were no alternative solutions offered, no attempt to adjust services, and the response we received felt dismissive, essentially "well, you didn't make it on time," despite the situation being out of our control. As a result, 2 out of our group of 6 had to leave without services, and we were still charged a no-show fee, which is 50% of the service cost. To their credit, the booking company acknowledged their mistake and worked to make it right. They helped us rebook at 50% off and added complimentary services, which we appreciated. However, because of the no-show fee, we essentially still ended up paying full price overall. The issues didn't stop there. At checkout, we added a 20% gratuity, but it was calculated on the full service price plus the added treatments, not the discounted rate we were actually paying. This resulted in what effectively felt like closer to a 50% gratuity. Again, this is less about tipping itself and more about transparency and principle. To make matters worse, we were not given a receipt at checkout and had to call afterward to request an itemized breakdown just to understand what we were charged. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and, more importantly, like our best interests were not a priority at any point. For a place that positions itself as a luxury, customer-focused experience, this fell far short.
