I was truly disappointed I'm this place, mostly the uncaring kids that work there. Six days after…read moremy car was towed there (including the weekend, to be fair) I stopped in to take a picture of the codes necessary for the correct part. Kraig was good to tell me them over the phone the day before, but it sounded like he said it was a PCM, when in fact, it was a BCM. Wish he would've been more clear, but not a big deal. When we were walking out there, we noticed the right rear tire was flat, even though my car was towed there & was a-ok at that point. Kraig stated it must be a slow leak; wasn't like that a couple of days ago. This was a Tuesday, yet they're closed on weekends (??). In checking out the tire, he then said it was getting low in 3 hrs. Be that as it may, When I picked up the car after it was done, immediately I saw big white scratches on my rear bumper that was not there before. Went in to inform Kraig & while we were looking at it, I then noticed a smaller mark on the front bumper, which was completely repainted just a few months beforehand & was also fine when it was towed there! He tried to downplay it & said he'd get ahold of the owner. In the meantime, I received photos from the tow truck company proving it was fine upon arrival there, yet Kraig said the owner was only willing to pay for the back bumper! Thankfully I disputed the charges with the AMEX (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), so then he caved in & paid for both bumpers. I later found out they will actually use a quad runner ATV to push in and out cars if necessary!! The tire was suspicious since it happened well into their possession, but I let it go since I wanted nothing else than to move on & put this behind us. If all this wasn't enough, they didn't even have the courtesy to use a paper floor mat, so my car was rather filthy especially on the driver side. Unless you want your car treated like this folks, there are places very close by (Ewerts Automotive, Art's automotive) that treat their customer's cars with more respect & are much more reasonable. Low integrity automotive charges approx $185/hr, which is comparable to dealers!!

I had the frustrating job of arranging the purchase of 5 vehicles within 6 weeks between family and…read morework. Crase Auto Sales was a fabulous experience in a frustrating situation! We found a truck online, talked over the phone, went in and did the paperwork - and came back later with the trade-in. No hassle. No b.s. and most of all No attitude! They were easy to talk with - casual (which is #1 in my book) - and I had no problem trusting what they said. It was clear they are salespeople looking for long term relationships rather than to get you out the door after making a quick buck. I didn't even know they existed until this transaction - but, I now know they'll be my first stop each time we need a vehicle. They went above and beyond to the point of personally driving the payoff check to our bank to make sure it was properly credited after the first check was lost in the mail. It doesn't get much better than that! On top of the positive experience, their extended warranty was far more reasonable than the other places we had been. I can't say the same things about the other places we purchased from during that time. I wish we'd have stopped here first - I would have gotten all 5 of them at the same place and saved myself a LOT of aggravation. Don't hesitate to go here for a car! It's worth the drive from wherever you're driving from!

I was informed by Jim that everything on the was working.... When I picked up the and was going through it testing to ensure that things on the were working properly. I found the left rear sliding door would not lock. The sales person at that time didn't look surprised at all and offered to take $200 off the selling price. This was telling me they knew about it and flat out lied. How can you possibly miss a door that will not secure during your general inspection when you first receive the vehicle? Also, I took the vehicle to get the oil changed and as the Oil Change location was pulling out the dipstick to check the oil before starting the oil change, half of the oil dipstick tube came out with the dipstick. It was broken in half. You know they have to have checked the oil when the vehicle first came in so they were well aware of the dipstick tube being broken and once again when I had asked if everything was working as it should, they lied. I would not trust purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. It doesn't matter if it is a no-warranty and is a "as is" used car dealership. When you ask the specific questions and they lie about it, that tells you a lot about the lack of integrity with this business. I do not recommend doing any business with them. No matter how inexpensive the vehicle may be priced, and no matter what questions you may ask, you cannot trust them. Move on to a another dealership.

It took no less than 1.5 hrs each time, and they refuse to take appointments, leaving busy working people at the mercy of things being up int he air... which I cannot work with. Recently, we moved to the Joliet area, and as I was not super impressed with the service department at the other dealership, I decided to give Ron Tirapelli a try based on their glowing reviews. They did not disappoint. Not only did they get me in the next day, they allowed me to make an appointment (shocker) and had me out the door in less then 45 minutes total. The facility is clean, and the people are nice and knowledgeable. Looks like I'll be coming here from now on!

Lo and behold they list my old vehicle for nearly 15k more than the trade in value they gave me. Great way to treat a repeat customer! I felt very rushed and failed to really take the necessary time. This is the first time I every was given such vague information and I should have brought my A game that day but I did not and I paid dearly for it. The certified used vehicle I got was unsatisfactory. I was told about the 14 day/1k return policy that they then denied and refused to honor. I was never told that they did not participate nor did the vehicle I bought have a window sticker that the sales manager claimed it had that disclosed such. There was no window sticker in the car at all. I had previously bought three vehicles here but never again!
