I had the frustrating job of arranging the purchase of 5 vehicles within 6 weeks between family and work. Crase Auto Sales was a fabulous experience in a frustrating situation! We found a truck online, talked over the phone, went in and did the paperwork - and came back later with the trade-in. No hassle. No b.s. and most of all No attitude! They were easy to talk with - casual (which is #1 in my book) - and I had no problem trusting what they said. It was clear they are salespeople looking for long term relationships rather than to get you out the door after making a quick buck. I didn't even know they existed until this transaction - but, I now know they'll be my first stop each time we need a vehicle. They went above and beyond to the point of personally driving the payoff check to our bank to make sure it was properly credited after the first check was lost in the mail. It doesn't get much better than that! On top of the positive experience, their extended warranty was far more reasonable than the other places we had been. I can't say the same things about the other places we purchased from during that time. I wish we'd have stopped here first - I would have gotten all 5 of them at the same place and saved myself a LOT of aggravation. Don't hesitate to go here for a car! When inquiring about a particular vehicle (2018 Dodge grand Caravan) and speaking with Jim, the question I asked "is everything on the vehicle working as it should?"... I was informed by Jim that everything on the was working.... When I picked up the and was going through it testing to ensure that things on the were working properly. I found the left rear sliding door would not lock. The sales person at that time didn't look surprised at all and offered to take $200 off the selling price. This was telling me they knew about it and flat out lied. How can you possibly miss a door that will not secure during your general inspection when you first receive the vehicle? Also, I took the vehicle to get the oil changed and as the Oil Change location was pulling out the dipstick to check the oil before starting the oil change, half of the oil dipstick tube came out with the dipstick. It was broken in half. You know they have to have checked the oil when the vehicle first came in so they were well aware of the dipstick tube being broken and once again when I had asked if everything was working as it should, they lied. I would not trust purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. It doesn't matter if it is a no-warranty and is a "as is" used car dealership. When you ask the specific questions and they lie about it, that tells you a lot about the lack of integrity with this business. I do not recommend doing any business with them. No matter how inexpensive the vehicle may be priced, and no matter what questions you may ask, you cannot trust them. Move on to a another dealership. read more

Too busy on personal business, I was told to wait a minute until they were done on the phone. I ended up walking away and going to a different dealership! Don't waste your time with these people!!! They sell cars with water damage. They bring cars from Florida that were damaged from the Hurricane. Check the rocker panels for water.

These guys are either morons or don't care. I would steer clear of them, and their service department just hung up on me.

I've brought my truck and my husband's work car in here quite a few times and I am ecstatic that these people are SO honest, friendly and knowledgeable. They don't try to talk you into expensive repairs or parts, they give you choices and tell you ALL your options of repairing the problem, and best of all, they make it affordable. If they discover anything else wrong, they let you know and leave it completely up to you if you want them to do anything about it...they've even offered cheap temporary fixes to hold you over. If you need any work done on your car that you can't do yourself, this is the place to go, you can definitely trust them! One more thing, their charge for oil changes is MUCH lower than the franchise oil-change place down the street, for better quality work! read more

They assured me that the car I purchased was in good condition, they even let me drive it and keep it over night to have the mechanic of my choice look it over. I spoke with Tony on the phone. Sounded like a genuine good guy. Asked about a truck in stock. Told me me it was still and come on in. Tony was a pretty laid back guy,but I wouldn't want to piss him off. Typical old schooler. He let me and my son walk around the truck,get inside, prior to him even introducing himself. Tony ask if we wanted to drive the truck and went on got the keys and plates. Told us a route to take and went about his business. Tony let us check the vehicle on the road by ourselves, which you don't find to much anymore. The vehicle was in great shape and drove great. When we got back we sat down and discussed a price. The price was already great and he still knocked off about another 500 bucks. Sara handled the paper work and even provided us with a better warranty on the truck the previous provided at no extra charge. Sara also explained the paperwork in a manner that everyone can understand. I'd say we were there maybe a little over two hours. That's almost unheard of. I purchased my Santa Fe from Crase in October 2017. From start to finish the process was smooth and effortless all thanks to Sarah! Sarah understood that not all people have time to speak over the phone and we were able to negotiate all through text. This is not something that I have found with other dealerships. I provided what I was looking for and what I could afford payments wise and she made it happen. Once I got to the dealership to inspect the car, I could not find any faults with it. The engine was perfect! I had it inspected by a mechanic and he even stated that it was a good solid deal! The interior was pristine and was set up with all weathertech accessories. Bought a car after looking it over and checking car fax. The next day I got a check engine light. They must have reset it before we bought it. I brought it back to them and they said it was nothing and reset it. The check engine came back on a few days later. I'll be bringing it somewhere else to see what they have sold me. read more

my daughter could have died!!!! she bought a car from them that they said was completely checked out by their mechanics and was safe. she is 18 and bought her first car with cash after saving for 2 years :) come to find out her whole entire front end was completely damaged underneath the vehicle and our mechanic said it needed over $2000 in work and she was not to drive the car it was too dangerous!!! i've had my mechanic for over 20 years, he was serious! yes i am a women and not car savvy at all but that is not a reason to put my childs life in danger! shame on you!!!! read more
