I told him the reason I hadn't been in there was because I couldn't afford an expensive Uber ride there and then back if I didn't get approved. He said, "we already got you approved and I have ran all your information already". I told him I spent over $600 on Ubers/Lyfts last month. He said, "that is crazy! Do not worry, we will definitely get you in a car". I told him I cannot afford to waste time and money because I need this money to get to and from work. He said he would definitely have me driving off in a vehicle. I said, did you see my credit and history? He said, "we have seen it all. We just need you to get in here and we will have you driving off in a car". He guaranteed me that as long as I got there, he would have me drive off in a vehicle. Well here I am, spending $55 dollars to get home after spending $50 to get there. And no car. They wanted $2500 down. And most of the cars they had were worn down and some had bullet holes in them. I am so devastated and I do not even know how I am going to afford to get to work and back for the next 2 weeks. This was the cruelest thing I have ever went through. To have someone use my weaknesses and struggles against me to get me into a store and then not even help me. DO NOT GO HERE! They will tell you they can help you and that you are approved and then turn you away if you don't have thousands of dollars to put down. Even after telling you that you won't need a down payment. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB IMMEDIATELY.

Returned to dealership once part came in. Made appointment for 9am, again told it should take 45min to 1 hour so I waited Hour fifteen passes and nothing, so I contact them and told need another few minutes. Another 45 minutes go by and nothing, now told at least another hour or so. Absolutely no upfront honest communication by this dealership, expecially my service guy Brian Wilson. I would not have waited in their sh$$ty waiting room if told how long it was actually going to take. I will never return to this dealership, only went to them cause close to home. Will happily drive to Advantage Chevy in Bolingbrook or Naperville Chevrolet in the future.

Abe the owner let you do whatever you need to with the car, I took the car out for almost a full day to do a pre-purchase inspection and he didn't even copy my driver's license or anything. The car is not perfect and he didn't try to hide it when I point out something I see. He knows the battery is about spent and didn't hide the fact, and bought a new one from the BMW dealer. I have a trade-in and he showed me listing online for prices of the same car and wholesale value, etc, made the whole process pretty transparent to me. They don't have a large selection of cars in their storage but they also take requests if you are looking for a specific car to buy, he can try to find it for you from wholesale.
