Went in there for the very first time and appearance is very important to me. After talking to the young man at the counter I turn around and look at the chairs in the waiting area. Wow are they terrible. All of the chairs look like they went through a war. It's time to update the chairs. If I notice them other guests have too as well. Time to invest in new ones. read more

Called first and asked if I could come in to have my brakes checked while i waited. They told me ok. Waited 3 hours and was told my back brakes needed to be replaced, pads and rotors at a cost of $587.90, for just the back brakes !!! Yikes. Had it done and noticed that the brakes don't feel any better for stopping. They come out, clipboard in hand, and announce to the entire waiting area, what your cost for repair is going to be. Also, the hours on the door say 6pm, but they did not accept anyone after 4 pm, telling them tomorrow, even for oil changes. My first time here, but will not come back for any further services, I consider the prices to be high and there was no improvement in the brakes after the expen$ive repair. read more

I like to think of myself as someone who is critical of people that don't do a good job. As a consumer I think that it could businesses should be just that they should be honest, fair, trustworthy, and put a confidence in you that you continue to give them your business. Mike more miles does not disappoint. In the several times we've gone there with several of our vehicles over the years we have consistently over performed any experience that I've ever had to date with any other car repair facility. From basic oil changes, to alignments to fixing a tire to a brake job you name it they have consistently performed well. Their prices have always been fair and they back up what they sell you. If they tell you what time they stick to it and get the job done. I trust them. My vehicles take my family from point a to point B and I trust Mike more miles with that. With so many scams and other things going on out there it's nice to have a place that I can trust. Even though I still call around and get all the restaurants they consistently have the best price. And when they don't I'll tell them that I can get a better price and they always match it. They always do a great job and they stand behind their work I haven't had any problems at anytime with any of the work they did. Their place of business is clean, they're reputable, and I trust them. hit a pot hole - first price was 800 for a tire and wheel and alignment - then was told both wheels bent - then was told the k frame and control arm were damaged but the other wheel is ok - 3400 bucks later. they refused to work with my insurance and i paid 1800 out of pocket. now i find they charged me for 2 new tires... only one different one on my car which is not new and lord knows where the other one is. this place will be in court! read more

Brought my truck in for an alignment and front bearing noise. They determined my front suspension system needed to be replaced which was much more expensive. Granted it probably did need to be replaced but the problem was all those parts didn't fix the original issue I brought it in for. The shop may be good at small things like oil changes but don't go for an alignment. read more

"STAY AWAY" I don't know where to start with this place I've had my truck here 5 or 7 different times each time it was here it sat for 3 to 4 weeks everytime it was serviced it left fudged up again the work was not done right at one time I was told the guy who worked on my truck was going to be fired the next day he was never fired he continued to do the work on my truck he installed a new vac pump for my 4wd snapped off my bolts and gave me the truck with no 4wd the truck was returned yet again for them to just jb weld the bolts back into place instead of fixing it properly every estimate I had here was off by 300+ this place is robbing people blind and it needs to be known I've spent over 3k here and my truck is still not running right because I let these incompetent clowns who think they are mechanics work on it my fault. I will never return here and I'm going g to see to it that everyone in Lockport knows how horrible of a shop this is i was lied to by the owner to my face 4 or 5 times that my truck was good to go every time I picked it up another issue oh just leave it here or bring it back ill cover it all and then there's a new bill guess he really didn't cover anything at all i have proof of picture messages if anyone is interested pm me I have pictures of everything most recent was a drive shift install was told 50 bucks when I picked my truck up the bill was 577 and there was a loose bolt on the drive shift they intentionally sabotage youre vehicles to get you back there. I had them fixed a belt on my front tire and a tire rod. A few months later, the belt broke and ended up breaking a few other parts. Then a few months later, that same tire had a little and was leaking oil. I took it back they told him that I needed over $1000.00 of work and it had to do with my engine. I took my car to another shop and the same issue that they were supposed to have fixed the first two times. I didn't have a problem with my engine. It has been months since I had my car fixed at the other shop and my car runs perfectly. I will not be back to that shop. read more

My son was in illinois for a baseball tournament over 150 miles away from home. I said I would drive down and have his car fixed on that Saturday morning. I went to a Mazda New car dealership and in typical expected response told me that they were to busy even though I was stranded 150 miles from our home. I found this repair shop close by and even though they were booked, got my car in and what I thought was a 39 minute job was more like a two hour job. Bit they got it done at a very reasonable rate. My broke down on the way to work, and had to have it towed. I like to try and fix my own cars, but I am getting old. This project look like a bit more then I am used to completing. Had a lower control arm replaced. I called Mike More Miles, and spoke with Alex Concannon. He helped me get my car over to their shop in Lockport. I was a bit worried because once the car got dropped off there, I felt that was going to be the beginning of a never ending upsale of additional services. My car is older, and probably could use some additional maintenance. I explained to Alex that I was only trying to get one more year out of my car. That was not the case, Alex listen to my needs and completed just what was necessary to put me back on the road. Also important, Mike More Miles did not take advantage of my situation. They knew it would have been costly for me to have my car towed to another shop, and could have upcharged their services, and/or delayed my work to complete other customers that had alternative options. They did nothing of the sort. They were great. Alex kept in communication the entire process, the staff completed my repairs faster than I anticipated., and I couldn't be happier. I will not hesitate to take my future repair needs to them, or recommend this place to anyone. In this industry, it is refreshing to find a place with integrity. Thank you Alex.
