Andrew and Brian at Warren Auto are THE BEST!! There's no need to look for another mechanic! They're honest, experienced, thorough, and reasonable. I took my 2004 Honda there several times and they've always given me options and great service! This time I was there because the engine didn't start. I had clicking with the key in the ignition, and some electrical issues like the interior lights not working. I figured it was probably the alternator, not the battery since it held a charge after being jumped. I was never happier to be wrong!! Andrew called me to say Brian checked it all out and the alternator was fine! However, my 3-year battery (which I'd had for 5 years) was the culprit. They could replace it with either a 3 or 5-year battery. So happy it wasn't the alternator which would have cost a lot more! And so glad for their honesty which saved me money -- unlike some unscrupulous mechanics who could have lied to me and charged me for parts I didn't need figuring I was a woman and they could get away with it. I have been going to Brian for auto needs for several years now. It's always a pleasant environment. For me, going to a mechanic for an auto issue is always intimidating. You never know if they're going to cheat you, lie to you, or in my case, not take me seriously. I have gone to other mechanics who barely listen to me when I bring in my car, but not at Warren Auto. The work is done quickly, but always done in the best way. For example, last week my husband needed his muffler fixed. He had been needing it for a long time, but we didn't have the extra cash. We got a price quote a few weeks ago, and saved up the money. When we had the funds, we called back to order the part. The price quote was the same (not sure if that was coincidence or just the way Warren auto does it!), so we ordered the part. We had anticipated having to wait, but we were able to have an appointment the next morning. Only took about an hour, and everything was done! I've been to several of the local auto repair places in Lockport for my family's vehicles. Often leaving me with the gut feeling I am being oversold. Luckily, my neighbor urged me to try Warren Auto and I have finally found a place that has integrity! I brought my car in to have an oil change and have my front suspension looked at since another shop suggested almost 2,000 dollars of work. The mechanic at Warren Auto actually showed and explained exactly what work needed to be done. No hiding the ball or scare tactics involved. Warren Auto is the exact auto shop anyone would find themselves happy with. I came across them out of pure luck when being stuck in Lockport due to my car completely breaking down. When arriving to the shop, they immediately represented what the definition of excellent customer service is. Warren Auto is not the type of shop that will sell you any services or parts you do not need. They are genuine and honest while being very timely with their repairs. They are also great at keeping in touch along the way to keep you from feeling in the dark. Despite the fact that I'm not from Lockport, Warren Auto has my complete customer loyalty. Front & rear brakes, suspension work, power steering pump, alignment (2006 Ford) The owners/mechanics were courteous, honest, fair and had integrity! We went in with a competitors inspection and cost break down & Warren did their own instead of just going off of what the competitors said. They even took the car for a drive with my son...explaining the issues and sounds and validated the other inspection. When was the last time an auto shop took that extra step?!? They also offered several discounts reducing the final bill. The work took about a day and a half...9/3 & 9/4/15 and they completed as promised! I will use this shop in the future! read more

I've used Warren Auto before for some repairs, and they had the best prices around and provided spectacular service. So when I had to get a bent rim replaced on my Ford 500, I went to them. Within a few days, they had a used OEM replacement ordered and delivered, and they even brought me into the garage to check it to make sure I was satisfied with it. It was installed within half an hour, and I haven't had any problems with it since. I have been recommending them to many people at work, especially those with Fords, as the owner/mechanic is a former Ford technician. I will definitely go to them again for any repairs. read more

John P must be confusing Warren with the other shops in Lockport as some of them are indeed "questionable". I have always brought both my vehicles to Warren and he has yet to disappoint. Friendly and knowledgeable, the care they have for the customer is beyond question and is a nice change from the "big box" shops and dealers. Our first time there was phenomenal. Awesome customer service and support. They give you help in anyway that they can. Prices are great too so I don't understand why other yelps said they weren't. They also gave accurate dianostic as well. I can not express how happy both my husband and I are.
