Expect the staff to ask you about oil preferences (brand vs generic) and show you your oil levels upon completion. I had been putting off my oil change due to time constraints and felt bad showing up at 5 pm, an hour before closing. I asked if they can still take me and I appreciate the fact that they said the last car accepted is 10 mins to close. I'd never do that, but it's nice to know that they'd still take you (for an oil change I'm assuming). Overall, good experience!

When I was done vacuuming it, I tried starting it and it would turn over. I asked the gentlemen across to help me jump it and he did. It still wouldn't turn over. So I walked over to the oil change place and spoke to Jake. Josh, another worked jumped into action and walked to the car with me to help me try and get it started. Jake took over for Josh in the shop. After testing the battery, he found it to be fine. He jumped he car with his cable jumper and THANKFULLY it started!!! They didn't charge anything and were so incredibly helpful and I am so incredibly gracious! Thank you to Josh for all that you did so I wouldn't be late picking up my child from preschool. Thanks to Jake for helping out too and checking up to make sure everything got started! These two deserve to be recognized and they deserve a raise! I am one happy Mom!

They're so honest about exactly what you need done, what you can skip that a dealer will try to sell you, and do it all at a reasonable price. Most recently, I brought in my daughter's Jeep Wrangler for an inspection before her Spring Break road trip. Besides noting it was due for brake and filter changes, Angel also noticed an oil leak. Rather than trying to gouge me for a diagnosis, he told me to take it to the dealer and have them diagnose it. Sure enough, it was a damaged oil pan that had to be replaced- under my warranty. Many shops would try to quote you a price and do it, but I appreciate it when these guys tell me to take the cars to the dealers when there's a big problem. Just the best place- I wish more businesses were like this. The world would be a better place: 5 stars, absolutely the best in the business.

Initially, I was hopeful that they would resolve the issues I was facing, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. After bringing my car in for repair, I was assured that everything would be taken care of. However, it became clear that the service I received was subpar. They claimed to have conducted a test drive and completed the necessary repair, but my car was left in an un-drivable state. I later learned from another mechanic another place that they did not perform the repairs adequately, which has now cost me $1,400. When I approached the manager, Frank, seeking assistance and a resolution to this matter, my concerns were met with indifference. He showed no willingness to work with me or acknowledge the substandard service. As a single mom, this experience has been not only costly but also frustrating, leaving me feeling unsupported and misled. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend Firestone to anyone.
